*Special Title Enforcement*
- Champions will be held responsible for maintaining proper etiquette while remaining a Title Holder.
- Champions must travel with respective championship title at all times and held responsible for maintaining face of value.
- Champions must respect title lineage and not disrupt nor alter title face without proper permission from NWA/NJPW Board.
*Infractions*
- Any Champion whom at any point drops, tosses or improperly carries a title belt upon the floor, ring canvas or public forum will be fined $50,000.
- Any Champion whom at any point uses said title as a prop or personal gain to enhance one self privately or in an open forum will be fined $35,000.
- Any Champion (Or contender) whom uses a title belt as a Weapon in ring or out will be fined $100,000 and suspended immediately.
- Any Champion or Contender whom defaces a title belt at any time will be terminated of said contract.
- Any Champion that intentionally tosses a match shall immediately have the bout restarted, if prompted again, title belt shall be stripped immediately.
- Within the Act of 'Open Fight Night' should a challenger defeat a said champion he/she is qualified for a title shot within 30 Days of said victory.
- Any former title holder may enact their rematch clause within 60 days depending upon medical conditioning.
- Any and all champions must be given at least 7 Days to rest prior to their title belt unless under the guise of 'Pick Your Poison' or Special Event.
- A Title holder must either wear their respective championship around their waist or shoulder or upon approval have ringside manager carry it with both arms or placed in a respective case.
