Week 1
The show after a replay of what happened last night opened up with Ric Flair and the Horsemen in the ring. Flair having a black eye, a patch on his head and one hell of a bruise on his cheek but dispite it all he was standing with the World's Heavyweight Championship, JJ presenting him with a mic cracking open another bottle of champagne.
"Woooo, last night I shocked the world again when I defeated and destroyed Sting just like I said I was going to. The 'Icon' the caller of Justice was defeated before all of you, SIT DOWN FAT BOY Before I turn your daughter into a woman! I stand here, your champion, defiant of any and all challengers that walk down that aisle. We are the Horsemen, we are the greatest in the World and no man, no challege is too great for us cause we will conquor and reign over Professional Wrestling Forever!"
[Play Out]
Bret Hart, the New IWGP Champion made his way down to the ring holding that title belt proudly over his shoulder and entered the ring, Flair being held back by the Horsemen, Bret getting a hold of a mic.
"Prove it"
He dropped the mic down as Flair took his jacket off, handing the belt to Dillion ready for a fight when Dynasty and Owen spilled into the ring as back up. Oh it was going to be Harts/Horsemen II all over again, both sides ready for a fight.
[Play Out Bish]
"Hold on, we're not doing this tonight, everyone settle down. I'm already up to my neck in paperwork and there are going to be some changes going on around here. No one is making matches around here except the Boss, the Law, me, Eric Bishoff. You two want to fight then be men about it, Bret vs. Flair, Title for Title and just to make sure everything is fair, both sides are banned from ringisde."
Flair was screaming out he'd fight Bret anywhere whiel Bret just nodded, pointing at him as the Hart Family escourted him out of the ring.
"Holy Jesus folks welcome to Monday Nitro, the night after Starrcade and already it's Title for Title, Bret vs. Flair in the Main Event, we have a lot to get through here tonight as we will get exclusive comments from Prince Devitt and Richie Steamboat, Hayabusa will be defending the US Championship tonight and I'm being told at the end of the night, John Morrison will be giving his farewell address to the fans one last time, and by the sound of that it's time for the opening bout!"
[Play Out]
Hayabusa defending against Dustin Rhodes whom was all power and skill tonight, able to wear and tear at the new champion whom was still bruised from the night before, slowing down his high flying game to a mere crawl, having the advantage for most of the 12 minute bout, Busa countering the Lonestar into a DDT, now getting the momentum he needed and scored the victory a la Falcon Arrow. Busa rolled to the outside, holding his title belt over his shoulder exhausted, knowing now he had a long road ahead of him if he was going to keep it, Dustin so close on that one as we get pulled back in by Todd.
"Awesome effort there by our new champion Hayabusa, right now lets take you to exclusive footage and this is Post the Unifed Championship Title match with Prince Devitt."
[Promo]
'Prince Devitt if I could get a word real quick, you just lost the IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Championship to Taka the world wants to know your thoughts."
Serena was the first one to get a word in, taking the mic speaking for Devitt.
'How dare you ask him such a stupid question, my Devitt just wrestled the match of his life and you have the gall to kick him when he's down. Let me ask you something, what do Hitler, Napoleaon and Atilla the Hun have in common with Prince Devitt? They're all great leaders and a real leader has to lose in order to show his metal and reserve. Oh Taka got lucky tonight and when my Prince, the most dangerous man in Pro Wrestling recovers from this, Taka is a marked man.'
[Play Out]
It was the Bullet Club against the Hart Dynasty whom were rip roaring and ready to go since they were the big winners in the fatal four way last night, Tyson and Gotoh starting the match off, Gotoh having the strength in this one but Tyson got the upper hand, tagging out to David as they used double team moves to wear them down.
Dynasty seemed to have it in the bag tonight, Gotoh making a blind tag as Koji was able to turn things around in the later half, catching David with the Kojiclutch causing him to pass out. Bullet Club was victorious here tonight, that should have been the end of it but Devitt entered the ring and nailed Tyson over the face with the Silver Bullet. He would kick the rope as his body guard, Karl Anderson pulled David up and Devitt nailed him with the silver bullet.
He would tell his men to leave the ring, looking down at them and walked away, Natalya entering to check on her men asking if they were okay calling for a doctor....when she was nailed over the skull with the Silver Bullet! What a dirty rotten mother fucker Devitt was as he would pound the mat, calling her back up as from the back stormed Bret Hart whom tackled him down, The Club immediately spilled into the ring to contain him as Owen came from the back with a steel chair, hitting them off as Devitt spilled out of the ring, heading to the back, Bret and Owen calling for paramedics as Nitro would cut to a break.
Last night, the man they call Kane and myself fought in a contest against a Father and Son and while I applaud the efforts I am ashamed of the loss. You see now Kane, Kane is angry, upset and furious that once again, his spotlight was taken away. But not to worry, because from the ashes of defeat shall rise a Phoenix and with that Phoenix shall come more glory than ever before. The nightmares you dream are nothing compared to the nightmares you will all soon witness. The difference between Satan and myself, is Satan is imaginary, I...am not.
We came back from break as Natalya was being lifted into an ambulance, she was nearly comatose after that attack as Bret was about to enter when Bishoff intervened.
"Where you going? If you think you can just up and leave after I booked the Main Event you're wrong. You're staying here or I'm stripping you of that title belt."
Bret looked ready to punch him when Owen said he'd go with Nattie and not to worry about it, the ambulance drove off, Kevin Kelly coming over.
"Horrible turn of events here Bret, we're all wondering how in the hell you're going to focus on the title match coming up later tonight."
"Prince Devitt is a deadman the next time I see him and as far as Flair goes, I'm going right through him, take his title then put Devitt's head on a spike."
He walked off obviously pissed off as we prepared for the next contest.
[Play Out]
Well this was happening, Vader against Kenta, one of the stiffest matches you were going to see here tonight as both of them, well, how can you describe how this match was, both of them just pounded on each other, Vader having the size and strength advantage but Kenta had the speed and striking game, it didn't take long for either of them to be cut over the lip or eye, it was almost a shoot rather a wrestling match, both of them starting to mix it up with slams now.
Kenta seemed to have the advantage here, avoided a punch and dropped Vader with a Brainbuster, rising and caught him with a kick right to the head, knocking him to the outside. Kenta went after him but Vader tackled him through the stairs. He tossed him across the ring with a belly to back suplex, charging for a clothesline and smacked into the post, Kenta rolling into the ring and scored the win via count out. Kenta dropped to a knee, glad to have that win under his belt but knew this was far from over.
We move to the back where Bishoff was on the phone, Flair storming in.
"Bishoff, you gotta stop this match, Prince Devitt screwed it all up, Bret's going insane, I don't need to be killed in our match tonight you need to fix it dammit."
"Actually Flair you need to go put on your wrestling trunks and deal with it, you accepted the match, now it's your problem."
"Don't **** with me Bishoff, I'm the World's Heavyweight Champion and you will not have me screwed here tonight!"
Bishoff pulled his hands off his shirt collar and spoke.
"Go get ready Flair, or else just like John Morrison you'll regret ever screwing with Eric Bishoff."
Flair would push him in his chair and stormed off slamming the door, Bishoff fixed his shirt collar as his secretary came in saying Inoki was here to discuss the letter that was sent a few weeks ago, Bishoff admitting him in and the camera guy was asked to leave.
"Antonio Inoki in the building folks, not sure what all that is about..and that's Richie Steamboat lets take you to the interview area."
"Alright folks I'm here with Richie Steamboat, you want to walk up here please there is one question everyone is asking post Starrcade and that is why you turned your back on your father, the entire world, wants to know."
Richie stood there dressed in jeans and a leather jacket, the complete opposite of what we came to be used to, staring off towards the fans hearing them jeer at him, he ran his palm through his longer hair looking as if he just came out of a shower, leaning over and whispered into Kevin's ear.
"Ladies and Gentlemen Mr. Steamboat asks that you please quiet down so he doesn't have to speak over you."
They only got louder, of course they would as Richie would grab the mic, bringing it to his lips, then handed it back over and stepped off the stage, heading to the back without one word. There would be no answers tonight it seemed as we prepared for our next contest.
[Play Out]
Windham against Dusty Rhodes, the rematch from last night, now live on Nitro as Dusty took it right to the young Windham whom had the power in this match, giving it right back to him, finding out that again, Dusty was tough as nails, you could beat him until your hands bled and Dusty would still be standing.
Windham had the full upper hand for a majority of the bout but Dusty had that tenacity, avoiding the Widowmaker and caught him with a cross body then blasted him with Dusty offense, Windham trying to retreat but he was tossed into the ring and dropped with the Bionic Elbow, Dusty bouncing off the rope for the finish but Dillion caught his leg to break it up, Dusty getting nailed with the WidowMaker for the victory.
He would grin down at him, rolling out of the ring pushing a fan that got in his face on his ass, heading up the ramp proud of himself as he moved through the curtain.
We move to the back once again as a camera guy was trying to figure out what was going on in the meeting, turning the volume up.
"Yeah that's right Inoki, the Cruiserweight Title is my brain child, therefore I own it and the intellectual property behind it, changing the name to New Japan Cruiserweight Title is against policy. Therefore, I want that belt back, it's my property, my rights, give it back."
"No."
"What do you mean no? That title is the intellectual property of the NWA and it belogns to me, you have the IWGP Jr. whatever it's called you don't need both of them."
"No, I draft title, deal with it."
Inoki woud excuse himself as Bishoff would yell he'd see him in court, slamming the door shut tightly as we prepared for the main event.
[Play Out]
Here we go, Flair against Bret, Title for Title, this was happening and before Flair could get a word in, Bret pounced on him, pretending he was Devitt and began beating the hell out of him. Bret was going crazy on Flair for the first few minutes of the match, Flair trying to escape three times was tossed into the ring and Bret wasn't falling for any of his tricks, hitting Flair with powerful offense.
Flair was forced to chop and wrestle back just to slow Bret down for a moment, able to rope a dope him into the corner and started to take control, using those leverage moves and made sure to strut around the ring for his own ego, plus it bought him recovery time.
Flair tried working on those ribs but Bret was too smart for that hitting Flair over the back, trying to zero in on it as both of them went to the floor. They battled it out, Flair getting smashed into the barricade but fought right back, both of them battling back into the ring, Flair trying to cheat but Bret out wrestled him, dropping him down and would apply the Sharpshooter and unlike Sting, wasn't going to let go.
Flair shook his head no, unable to get to the ropes, screaming out to try and fight through this, Bret able to taste the World Title within inches of his grasp as he pulled back harder, Flair screaming out grabbing the ref by the foot when Bret was knocked off by a Silver Bullet from Prince Devitt.
The match was tossed out as Devitt kicked the rope and slammed the canvas with his fist, charging in and nailed Flair with the Silver Bullet, grabbing the ref and just tossed him out of the ring. He had a look on his face that said it all, he was pissed off over losing his title but more than that, he was proving a point that he was the most dangerous man in Pro Wrestling by taking out both champions, leaving the ring knowing there was going to be one hell of a fine for this, moving through the curtain to the back, Nitro cutting to it's final break.
"Ladies and Gentlemen welcome back to Nitro, if you're just joining us you missed quite a bit but Prince Devitt just took out Ric Flair and Bret Hart with Silver Bullets, Devitt is a very angry, upset individual and I'm being told this Saturday, Owen Hart is going after him and also in the Main Event, Taka Michinoku will be defending the Unified Championship against Kazarian be sure to catch that, right now lets take you to the ring."
[Play Out Morrison]
He came out with sunglasses on, jeans and shoes to match with his own version of an MMA Morrison T-Shirt which was only one sale for tonight only, standing in the center of the ring letting it all sink in. The fans just continued to get louder and louder not allowing him to speak knowing this would be the last time they saw him, Morrison moving over to a ring hand and took hold of a mic, knowing, he had to get it over with.
"First of all....I want to thank CM Punk for the best match of my life and also good luck at Wrestlemania buddy. I wish no ill-will towards him and you fans shouldn't either. Last night was the end of the road, the Moonlight Drive was placed in Park for John Morrison, I had an amazing time here as your US Champion, as you're World Champion and I wouldn't trade anything-"
[Play out Bishoff]
"Alright that's enough I gave you enough time to come out here and say your peace, your time is over and no matter how you sugar coat it Morrison, your time is up, done, finished and it's all your fault. Again, you just had to go for that gold star and failed all of these people that you promised you were going to win. You should have just backed away from the match and we wouldn't be at this juncture, no don't boo me, Morrison and Punk were given options to opt out and both of them with more Pride than the very word dove nose first in and he's the one suffering from his own transgretion. I did everything in my power to prove to the world you were at least a decent champion at best but you blew that too just like you blew your career here so you're now on my time, yours is finished, get the hell out of my ring, you are trespassing on private property.'
'Ah wait...before you leave just to show I'm not as cold hearted as these people think I am, how about....I give you...just...one more chance to keep your job here in the NWA? Just, one more chance because lets face it Morrison, years ago, I was the one that brought you in and gave you the name Johnny Nitro before you went to ruined that and became this sorry excuse for an HBK clone, how about, right here, in front of the live auidence watching around the world, get on your knees and beg me for your job back. Go on, do it, you want to still work here and keep your fan base, save face for your Rebels, then beg, right here, beg right here in the center of the ring and beg me for your job back because you're not even worth the ink that your contract is written on. Come on Jomo, Morrison, Johnny Nitro, beg me for your job back and I'll resign you right here on the spot and here's the contract to prove it."
Bishoff pulled out a new contract, his signature was the only thing along with Morrison's that was required as Morrison looked over at him, hand on the rope ready to leave as he looked around, hearing the crowd and having mixed feelings about this. He would be allowed back to work, back to wrestle as Bishoff spoke again.
"Go ahead, turn your back on your fans and make another selfish decision, go ahead and leave to Ring of Honor where no one even watches that on youtube or go across the pond to the WWF where you'll be lucky to be scraping the excrimate from the toilets, this is all you have Morrison, this or nothing all you gotta do is beg me for forgiveness and admit that you are the worst investment this company has ever made and you're only wrestling as a slave to these people and nothing more."
Morrison re entered the ring looking ready to attack but Bishoff took a step back, holding his hand out not wanting to get hit as he spoke up.
"Okay okay wait, I got a better idea since you won't take the easy route we'll go route B. You could have your job back by just begging for it, but now, if you want it back, next week, you'll be in ring action, and you should know the venue it's your hometown, and you're going to fight for your contract. But not just in any match a guantlet match. And not just against one opponent, but five of them and if you can get through all five of them within, I'll be fair, one hours time, you'll have your job back....if you lose or the time runs out...it's over. What you say Morrison?"
He would look at him knowing this was his one chance back, having no choice and would nod since his mic was turned off, Bishoff smirking at him almost as if he was going to screw him in the end, leaving the ring after shaking his hand, heading up the ramp as Morrison just watched him knowing next week was the biggest challenge of his life, win big or go home officially the question was, whom was Bishoff going to choose for him and was this a legit offer, but we'd have to wait until next week as the Show would fade to black.
War
The show kicked off with Bishoff making a surprise saying he was coming to collect the title belt that belonged to the NWA but Inoki had him escourted out of the building with warning.
The first match saw Trish having a comeback match against Melina trying to get her spirits back up from Starrcade, able to drive her down with the Stratusfaction for the victory but post match Melina jumped her from behind and literally rubbed her face over her crotch saying she was the new Queen of Pro Wrestling and Del Rey was next.
Second match saw La Sombra squaring off against Richie Steamboat whom the fans were hating upon. Steamboat was able to catch Sombra with a dropkick to the outside then a suplex upon the stairs scoring the victory via count out, getting a hold of a mic to explain himself...but then just walked to the back.
Third match saw MsChif battling against Gail Kim in one hell of an Angel's Contest, both of them proving their grounds, MsChif trying for the Emerald Destroyer but Kim slid from her grasp and dropped her with Eat-Defeat for the victory.
Fourth match did indeed see Owen Hart square off against Prince Devitt whom in the later half beat the living crap out of Owen, busting open his nose and busted him over the mouth, dropping him with the Silver Bullet for the victory, saying into the Hard Camera he was getting his belt back.
And in the Main Event, Taka did defend against Kazarian and this was Starrcade worthy, 22 minutes of pure action as Kaz almost won the title five times, trying to go for a KO but Taka nailed him in the end to score the victory in the end, retaining. Post Match he shook Kaz's hand and saw Devitt on the stage with his Bullet Club, whom pointed his finger at him and shot at him saying into the camera 'Re*Load' as War...came to a close.
Week 2
[Play Out]
"Alright well as you all know I am Eric Bishoff the General Manager of Monday Nitro and John Morrison is here tonight and will be out here in a few minutes. I want every single one of you people to cheer as loud as you can and scream as much as you want, because within one hours time, John Morrison will no longer have a job here in the NWA. Morrison, shock the world if you must I have personally hand picked all of your matches here, 5 matches in succession, let the guantlet begin."
[Play Out]
Morrison against well, his long time rival Alberto Del Rio, of course this was going to start the night off as he and Del Rio began to lock up. It was just like old times with these two combatants, last time they fought was inside of a cage and that was 22 minutes, now Morrison was striving to win.
Del Rio was being arrogant, sliding out of the ring to 'waste' time, able to trick Morrison to following him and pounced on him once re entering. Del Rio would hurt him, working right to that leg of his, trying to damage it the best he could until getting nailed in the face with a flying elbow.
Morrison started to battle back but Del Rio knew all of his moves, almost knocking him out twice as Bishoff was ready to ring the bell, Alberto catching him with a suplex calling for the Cross Arm Breaker but Morrison fought out and blasted him with the Nitroblast for the victory. 16 Minutes down only 44 to go as the next opponent came down.
[Play Out]
Barry Windham making his way down to the ring, grinning all the while as he would tackle Morrison to the buckle, hitting him with hard powerful offense, Morrison getting tossed around the ring like a ragged doll as Windham tossed him to the outside.
Ramming him into the barricade then the stairs, Windham exposed the concrete floor looking for a powerbomb but Morrison sunset flipped out, dropping Windham with a dropkick, barely avoiding the nine count as he and Windham locked up again, Morrison trying to use his speed but one slip up gave Windham a chance to catch him in mid air and slam him down.
He took a moment to bask in the jeers, moving to the corner and came in with the WidowMaker Clothesline but missed, Morrison going for the Moonlight Drive but was pushed to the ropes, Morrison going for the flying chuck but missed, Windham catching him off guard with one hell of a spine buster, covering only for two, Morrison barely surviving that as Windham continued to put the beating on him, setting him on top but Morrison fought back, pushing him off and dropped him with a missile dropkick, nailing Windham with a flapjack then right into the Moonlight Drive for the victory. 29 Minutes played out only 31 left as Morrison would wait.
[Play Out]
Oh this was bullshit, Koji AND Gotoh from the Bullet Club entering the ring, Morrison knew he was screwed here, just charging in and tried fighting for his life, getting a slight upper hand here but Gotoh had that power and just made it look easy, Gotoh and Koji hitting every double team move you could conjure up and Morrison was just a pin cushion to the thread at this point.
Gotoh dropping him with those heavy slams while Koji locked him in submission locks, not only wasting time but also just wearing and tearing at his body. The fans would rally behind him, Morrison finding that third wind trying to keep alive here, snapping free and began to fight back but just like that the advantage would slip away as the Bullet Club would take total control.
Time was ticking away here as Morrison was tossed to the outside, both members raising him up and drilled him with a double team powerbomb through the announce table. Morrison was out cold, Gotoh tossing him into the ring calling for it as he made the signal, they went for the Sunset Rider but Morrison came alive, dropkicking out of the flapjack and kicked Koji into Gotoh, causing a distraction as he took them down with a double clothesline.
He ducked and tossed Koji to the outside, Gotoh going for the GoToHeaven but Morrison slid out going for the Drive but Gotoh dropped him with a German Suplex, coming in with that powerclothesline but Morrison dumped him over the rope, getting a breather as Koji caught him from behind, going for the Orange Crush but Morrison slid behind him, bouncing off the rope, ducking a clothesline and caught him with the flying chuck, covering...NO Gotoh broke it up, tossing Morrison into the buckle and blasted him with a bicycle kick, coming off the rope going for another but missed catching Koji over the jaw, knocking him to the floor as Morrison caught him with the Moonlight Drive..for the victory!
[Play Out]
Aww bullshit, 15 minutes left and his next opponent was Kane whom slowly began to make his way down to the ring, Morrison saying the hell with it and leapt through the ropes, fighting him head on. Bad idea as Kane just slammed him through the barrier, into the steel post then back into the ring, Kane ever the dominate monster just began to rip into him as if he were a birthday gift, Morrison's only offense was bumping the canvas time and time again, barely able to stand as Kane started to choke him out.
Morrison fought free with his elbows, trying to fight back but Kane caught the leg and took his head off with a clothesline, grabbing at his face with the Iron Claw but Morrison fought free with a roll through, starting to use his kicks the best he could, dropping Kane to a knee and nailed him with a running knee, leaning against the rope a Bishoff watched him from the floor, shaking his head at him as Morrison went back to work getting dropped with a chokeslam.
Kane wasn't done here, tossing Morrison hard to the buckle and started to squeeze on him, trying to squeeze the life out of him, Morrison having to poke at the goodeye and caught Kane with a clothesline to the outside following suit. He could barely stand up as he hobbled to his feet, going after Kane whom lifted him up and flung him back first into the barricade like it was nothing then nailed him with a running boot over the face.
He would cut his throat with his thumb and rose him up, placing him between his legs going for the Last Ride on the exposed concrete, lifting him up but Morrison fought and countered with a DDT on the way down, Kane's skull cracking into the floor. Sullivan ran over to see if Kane was okay, Morrison forcing himself to his feet, moving to the apron to crawl in but Sullivan grabbed his foot, Morrison would kick him off having him crash into Kane and scored the win via count out.
Morrison had one more to go and only 3 minutes to do it, rolling into the ring and was dropped with a Cutter by Prince Devitt. He wasn't even supposed to be here as Devitt would punch and pound on the mat, spinning to his feet and moved to the corner, calling Morrison up and nailed him over the skull with the Silver Bullet.
Devitt would crash into the buckle hitting it, yelling out for him to get up, pointing the gun at Morrison and fired off, Morrison slowly rising up, lost in the woods as Devitt charged in and....nailed him with a Second Silver Bullet, covering...for the victory.
Prince Devitt was the man, the trigger man to pull the trigger on Morrison's career for good as he rose up almost with a war like yell, the fans just tossing debris into the ring as he didn't care, having a look of just pure disgust on his face, rolling out of the ring yelling into the camera the 'fucking world was his' making his way to the back.
Morrison lay flat upon his back, nearly knocked out but just exhuasted from the bout, Bishoff slowly entering the ring making a hand gesture as armed security started to make their way to the ring to escourt Morrison off the premasis.
"That's it Jomo, your time is over, all you had to do was just beg me for your contract, but now, once again, you blew it and now you're out of here for good, security, take this piece of garbage out of my building and make sure he never comes-"
Morrison tackled Bishoff, swinging with haymakers trying to just tear his heart out, Security pulling him off and started to punch and kick at him, beating at him with Billie Clubs, hand cuffed him then started to beat him some more. The fans were ready to riot at this point as Bishoff spoke up.
"Kick him, beat him, make that bastard bleed then toss his ass in jail. Morrison you're outta here! Say goodbye to John Morrison because I can tell you right now, the fake phoney wrestling ends with you and starts with me. Get the hell out of my company, get the hell out of my life and get the hell out of Professional Wrestling."
They would continue to beat upon him and started to pull him to the back, Bishoff ordering that the cameras not be allowed to follow as he wanted the last image of John Morrison to be him being dragged out like a carcus, Monday Nitro after that first hour, finally, went to a break.
'Ladies and Gentlemen welcome back to Monday Nitro, I cannot describe what just happened here moments ago, John Morrison was beaten senselessly and escourted off the premasis, John Morrison's career here tonight is over and all I can say is we're going to miss him and he deserved better than that. Right now lets take you to Kevin Kelly for the Return of the Road Report."
"Good evening folks I'm Kevin Kelly, on the road we saw matches that lit up the crowd and as you look here on the replays Bret Hart defended the IWGP Championship twice against Gotoh and Kojima respectively, Hayabusa and Taka Michinoku defended their championships against Cody and Dustin Rhodes on the road. Prince Devitt was making his rounds as he dispatched Eddie and Benoit, the Tag Teams were heating up as Hart Dynasty were able to score a win over Demolition and on the same night the Legion of Doom powered their way in and nearly destroyed Sugar and Spice and the women are really getting down and dirty as Trish got her revenge on Melina, MsChif got the win over Gail Kim and in and upset, Manami Toyota took over over Winter, right now my guest at this time, The American Dream Dusty Rhodes. Now Dusty since you're return you been locking up with Barry Windham, tonight it's Tully Blanchard, your comments."
"Oh yeah babeh the American Dream is coming at'cha lookin' oh so sweet against the nepharius Blanchard a man whom walks in the Shadow if you will of Ric Flair. On the road jack he called the American Dream out and here I am tonight baby ready to get it on. Tully you think you're bad because you hold gold but let me tell ya something as I preach to the gospel, Hard Times are coming down on ya daddy and you can beat me until I die, I'm sending these fans home happy, as God as my Witness you're goin' down tonight!"
[Play Out]
Hayabusa defending against Mr. Perfect and what a hell of a match this was, catch as catch can plus high flying tenacity you couldn't stop these two from trying to out perform each other, Perfect having the control for most of the match but the unorthodox style started to catch up to him, Busa able to catch him with a moonsault off the rope for the victory.
He would rise up hobbling on his knee some reclaiming his title belt, rolling out of the ring, seeming that his knee was hurting wanting to go ice it down. We move to the back where a camera man was trying to get word with Bishoff about John Morrison but he told him to back off and went to his office, trying to open the door but it was jammed. He would pound on it some as it swung open, two hands grabbing him around the collar and dragged him in, the door slamming shut as we moved back to the ring.
[Play Out]
Randy Savage against Karl Anderson? Techniqually he wasn't even on the roster but Devitt purchased him a one night licence to test his metal against him, sitting down in a chair watching the match from the floor, fans still pissed at him from earlier that tonight.
Anderson deffinately brought something unique to the game here, able to trick Savage time and time again into rest holds and basic wrestling, even taking to the air a few times to ground and pound on him. Anderson kept to his game, starting to trade blows with Savage, bad idea as Randy began to turn things around in his favor, proving he was the freakin' Macho Man, dropping him down on his ass.
Devitt rose up, slowly moving down the ringside area towards Liz, having a look in his eyes, Savage pointing at him that he'd rip his lungs out if he tried, Devitt just watching him, Anderson going for the Cutter but Savage dropped him with a backdrop, climbing the top rope and came down with the flying elbow for the victory.
He rose up ready for a fight moving to the floor, Devitt just backing off, shaking his finger at him some and slowly started to make his way up the ramp with Anderson, looking over to Savage and rose his gun finger up..and shook it, heading to the back.
"Well folks we're gearing up for the Main Event here in just a little bit, don't forget to tune into New Japan War on Saturday as Richie Steamboat will be rematching La Sombra, Trish and Lita will be teaming up against Melina and Gail Kim, Ultimo Dragon will be squaring off against Chris Benoit and the Main Event folks features Taka defending against Joey Mercury so tune into War this Saturday, right now lets take you to the ring."
[Play Out]
Main Event time as Tully brushed his shoulders saying he hated just being near Dusty but said the common man could only achieve common success, the match starting off with Tully being tossed around the ring and Dusty mocking him with dances.
Tully would try again, battling hard against Rhodes whom was making quick work of him, making sure to use Blanchard's temper against him, getting the fans behind him as a cheap shot turned the tides around, Tully now using his finess' game to wear and tear Rhodes down.
Blanchard moving to the floor grabbing a hold of a Dusty action figure and smashed it on the floor, making it symbolic before going back into the ring, taking it out on Rhodes, trying to slam him but Dusty began fighting back, hitting him with Dusty offense, coming of the rope with those elbows, dropping him down with suplexes and slams, looking for a finish but Tully again, turned the tides around, dropping him with a brainbuster looking for the finish.
He went for the Slingshot Brainbuster but Dusty countered out of it into a small package scoring the win. Tully was in shock, wanting a recount as he went after him post match, Dusty able to drop him down getting the upper hand as Arn and Windham spilled into the ring, starting to beat upon Rhodes, kicking and stomping on him. The Horsemen were looking to completely destroy him-
When a huge roar of Thunder hit and Sting made his way down to the ring with his ball bat, hitting Arn, Tully then Windham out of the ring, standing over the body of Rhodes protecting him, helping him up and got a mic from a ring hand.
"Justice was not served, Bishoff, you have until next week to fix everything or the Stinger is holding Nitro hostage."
Apparently that was the vistor Bishoff had earlier in the night and Sting was deadly serious, the Horsemen trying to get back inside but Sting had that bat and was swatting them away, it was obvious what he wanted, he wanted Flair and hopefully next week he would get him as Monday Nitro would Fade, to Black.
War
The Show kicked off with Steamboat against La Sombra II and this was a high intensity match just like it was the week prior, Sombra having the upper hand this week as Richie was tossed to the outside and just left the match, eating the loss and not seeming to care.
Second bout saw Ultimo Dragon have an in ring classic with Chris Benoit, going for fourteen straight minutes scoring the win via Asai DDT.
The Angels' Tag Bout kicked off with Trish and Lita working like fire and ice while Kim and Melina were having problems from the get go, at least that's what everyone though, pulling the wool over everyone's eyes and got the upset as Kim scored in the win over Trish via Eat-Defeat.
And in the Main Event Taka defended against Mercury whom cut a promo saying it was funny that Morrison was gone and he still had a job, going toe to toe with Taka tonight, trying to score the win with the Mercury Rising Powerbomb but Taka countered out and blasted him with the Flashkick to retain the Unified Title, looking up at the ramp and saw again, Devitt standing there, but this time alone, sending him fair warning as War, came to a close.
Week 3
The show opens up with Sting in the middle of the ring with his ball bat in hand, he had been in the ring before the show even began and security asked him to leave to which Sting would hit them off and out of the ring. He wasn't going anywhere completely taking this show hostage as he said, Bishoff, minus music came out with a mic.
"Okay Sting that's enough, I am ordering you to get out of this ring so we can get this show started, these fans paid for wrestling and you're robbing them of it, if anything, you're the villian not I Sting."
Sting moved to the corner and got a hold of a mic, bringing it to his lips.
"Bishoff, this show will not get started until you deliver justice in the palm of my hands or I'm going to come down there and take it from your ass."
"Oh really? You think so? Officers, arrest him for criminal trespassing and vagrant misconduct of professionalism."
Six officers started to make their way down to the ring, Sting just looking through them to Bishoff, speaking up as the officers got closer.
"Don't treat me like you treated Morrison Bishoff, cause if one of these officers takes one step closer, C.M. Punk won't be the only wrestler jumping ship."
"Whoa whoa whoa officers easy hold on. Sting...you come out here like a vigilante, a servant of justice and bark out orders when things don't go the way you want them to, you're just like Punk and Morrison and all the other winers can complainers in this company. You of all people I thought would understand how rules work instead of pitching a fit and acting like a four year old now you get out of that ring and lets get this show started."
Sting would look around, seeing the officers moving closer towards the ring as Sting said perhaps the coldest line he has ever said.
"Officers, your juristiction stops when you enter this ring, if you want to see your children tonight...walk away."
He put the mic down, he was done talking holding his bat in his hand almost daring them to get into the ring, the officers looking at each other and one by one..started to leave. Bishoff was beside himself, screaming at them to do their job but knew Sting was right in this case.
"Alright fine you win, I'll give you what you want, I'll give you that Re*match against Ric Flair at Clash of the Champions III but tonight, it's the return of Open Fight Night so how about you find yourself three tag partners because in the main event tonight it'll be The Four Horsemen against You and whomever you bring and if you lose Sting I will personally sign the papers to fire your ass."
Bishoff walked from the stage moving to the back, Sting grinning and would exit, seeming to already have a plan in mind.
"Welcome to Monday Nitro folks, huge Main Event scheduled for tonight, it's the Return of Open Fight Night and we have plenty of matches in store for you plus an interview with Ricky The Dragon Steamboat three weeks out of Starrcade V, lets get this show underway."

The opening contest saw the Legion of Doom square off against the Bullet Club, Devitt notably not on scene for some reason but it didn't matter as they re ignited their rivalry for the past few months but tonight LOD was not playing around. Ripping and Tearing into the Gotoh and Kojima whom were able to get some offense in but LOD was on their game tonight, dropping Koji with the Doomsday Device for the victory. They would high five each other and would exit the ring, The Bullet Club resting on the outside knowing this set back was going to cost them big in the tag division.
"Hell of a bout there folks I'm Kevin Kelly and tonight on the Road Report we can see here that LOD was not the only team making waves as Hart Dynasty came in and took down the Radicals, Hayabusa defended the U.S. Title against Karl Anderson but it was a Silver Bullet by Devitt post match that is stirring up the buzz. Randy Savage and Kenta went to not one but two 30 minute draws, Trish/Lita and MsChif teamed up against Gail Kim/Melina and Tamina to which Melina was able to score the win for her team over Lita and Bret Hitman Hart defended the IWGP Championship twice against Misawa and Mr. Perfect. My guest at this time folks is current IWGP Champion Bret, Hitman Hart. Now Bret you have been on fire since winning that championship but a lot of people are asking has the fire between you and Devitt gone out?"
"Absolutely not Kevin, I have been looking for him on the road and he mysteriously seems to vanish when I'm at the venue so tonight I have a big title match and again, Devitt is no where to be seen. Let me just say this, Devitt, after tonight, there's a Hit put out on you and you better pray someone else gets to it before I do."

A Fatal Four Way Cruiserweight Bout, again open Fight Night so both rosters were here tonight as it was La Sombra, Ultimo Dragon, Kazarian and Tiger Mask IV in battle, Michinoku was on commentary discussing the match saying on Saturday he was defending against La Sombra complimenting his style. The match carried out and Frankie was so close three seperate times, trying to get the win here but Sombra caught him with a cross body the a spinning headscissor Stunner for the victory.
Sombra just punched his ticket and pointed to Taka, signaling that belt was coming home to him, Taka rising up with a small applause, taking is title and headed off while Sombra stood in the ring victorious.
"Great victory there for La Sombra he'll have quite the match ahead of him this Saturday right now lets take you to a in home interview with Kevin Kelly as he speaks to Ricky Steamboat."
"Hello everyone Kevin Kelly here on behalf of the NWA sitting here with Ricky Steamboat whom just three days ago was finally admitting out of the hospital. Reports came in that you suffered two massive concussions due to the chair shots at the hands of your son Richie, the one thing we're all asking is, why did he do this?"
"I don't know Kevin, for the last few months myself and Richie had been fueding with Sullivan and Kane and I thought, everything was fine, I still have black outs every once and again but no where near ring shape."
"Well we hope you're ble to recover soon enough, are you planning on seeking any kind of retribution?"
"How could I? It's my son Kevin rght now he's angry, he's confused and until I can get a hold of him, sit down and talk with him, he going to continue this path-"

Richie Steamboat completely ruined the second half of the interview, making his way down to the ring, almost knowing exactly what he was doing, sliding inside and stood in the center, letting the crowd get louder and louder looking towards the ramp seeing his opponent. It was open fight night and Mr. Perfect was coming down to beat some sense into him it seemed, the bout going for close to ten minutes before Steamboat caught him with a rope guillotine then a snap ddt, almost scoring the win as he was dropkicked to the outside, Steamboat making to get back inside but instead, backed away, Perfect charging in as Richie tricked him into the railing, dropping him with a ddt on the floor and rolled into the ring scoring the win via count out.
He rolled out of the ring with not even a grin on his face, heading up the ramp seeming to be affixed on something, still not answering any question pertaining to his actions against his father as we prepared for the next contest.
[Play Out]
Well this wasn't wise as Melina had actually called out Sara Del Rey to a contest, saying she could beat her and make it look easy, Melina came in with a punch, huge mistake as Del Rey turned it into a hammerlock then into a reverse hammerlock suplex, catching her next in the Royal Butterfly, Melina immediately tapping out holding her arm. She would shake her head, leaving the ring holding the belt over her shoulder moving through the curtain.

IWGP World Title Defense as Bret Hart was up against Karl Anderson, it was open fight night afterall and Bret wasn't one to refuse a challenge, taking out his agression on him. Anderson took one hell of a beating for five to six minutes, rolling to the outside where it was legal to cheat but that didn't deter Bret at all whom was able to beat him down further.
Anderson escaped back inside, jumping on Bret getting a small advantage, going for the Cutter a bit early but it was countered, Bret firing back at him missing an advance and smacked into the buckle, Anderson now using his wrestling game to wear him down.
He would use the New Japan style that he was taught to rally back against Bret, wearign him down with that strong style, dropping him with a series of suplexes and burning clotheslines, looking to put him away, loading up for the cutter but Bret countered that right into a back suplex cradle for the victory.
Bret rose up retaining his title as he was nailed with a Silver Bullet by Prince Devitt. He would stand tall as if having killed him, dropping down holding him up by the hair.
"You put a hit on me Bret? Unfortunately...that's going to come back and bite you on the ass...you want me Bret...then come fight me...in two weeks time."
He set the mic down and rolled out of the ring wit Anderson, pacing backwards just watching Bret lay there knocked out, knowing what he was going after, it may have been career suicide but Devitt would be the one pulling the trigger.
"Ladies and Gentlemen I'm back here with the Four Horsemen whom in just a moment will be facing off against Sting and his army."
"Sting, Woo, you can bring the dammed 86th Airbourne there is no way in hell you're defeating me, us, anything here tonight. You go down tonight and all your bitching, whining and complaining about how I beat you square in the middle of the ring. There are no more second chances and tonight your career is packed up and shipped off. It might be Arn, it might be Tully, it might be Windham, it might be me hell it might even be J.J. that puts you down but tonight the Stinger gets devenomized and the Horsemen are going to run you outta town. You can ship off to some other company that'll have ya because it's Horsemen Rules, Horsemen Law and Horsemen Forever, Woo!"

Well Sting brought some back up, major back up as it was he, Dusty Rhodes and the Legion of Doom, Sting starting things off with Flair and the battle began. Sting just cleaned Flair's clock, barely giving him a chance to fight back, Flair Sting tagging out to Dusty and that old rivalry began once again.
The horsemen tried to lend a hand but LOD or Sting were able to stop them at every pass, Hawk now getting tagged in putting the beating in Flair as if it were child's play. Tagging out to Animal whom tore Flair apart, giving him a grand tour of the ring before tagging out to Sting whom finished the job, Flair being tossed to the outside having regrouped with his team.
LOD and Dusty went to the floor and began to brawl, Flair rolling into the ring for safety but Sting stopped him, slamming him all around the ring and dropped him with with a StingerSplash, covering but Dillion broke it up.
Sting took his liberty's with him, Flair able to catch a low blow and tag out, Windham now putting the work On Sting for a small while before tagging out to Arn then Tully respectively, all four of them making sure to put the beating on him.
Windham in his arrogance said he wanted to finish him, going for the Widowmaker but missed, Sting catching him and slammed him down, tagging out to Dusty whom began to put the beating on Windham, dropping him with the Bionic Elbow, going for the cover but Tully and Arn broke it up, enter LOD whom began to fight them to the outside, Flair coming inside getting the blind tag, knocking Dusty down going for the win, Dusty turned the tides around tagging out to Sting, Flair not paying attention as Sting caught him with the Scorpion Deathdrop, covering for the victory.
LOD and Dusty entered the ring making sure the Horsemen didn't try anything, Flair rolling to the outside rejoining his team, Sting standing tall in the center holding a mic.
"Flair...in two weeks time, there will be no escape, as justice, hard justice is going to be served..inside...of a 20 Foot High, Steel Cage."
Sting put the mic down, Flair wanting to get back inside but they pulled him back, not wanting to start an even bigger war than they already had, Sting actually grinning at him now knowing there was no escape as Nitro would Fade to black.
War
The show began with Natalya back to ring action squaring off agaisnt Serena from the Bullet Club. The two would battle it out with Natalya scoring the win but Serena beating her down post match saying little girls should never mess with guns.
Second match featured Cody Rhodes squaring off against Eddie Guerrero, having a sporting bout that went ten minutes with Eddie scoring the victory.
Bret Hart came on scene saying he knew Devitt was in the building calling him out and even put his belt on the line but his answer that night was Joey Mercury whom said in five minutes we would have a new IWGP Champion, 3 minutes later he tapped out to the Sharpshooter, Devitt still no where to be seen.
Richie Steamboat had a quick match with 'Sugar' Shane Helms, defeating him in under five minutes, getting a hold of a mic......and later set it down, leaving the ring.
Forth match had pitted MsChif wanting a bit of revenge on Tamina from the loss at Nitro, able to score the win with the EmeralDestroyer but Tamina post match dropped her with yet agin another spear.
And in the Main Event, Taka Michinoku battled against La Sombra in a classic 22 minute match, Sombra having the speed and Taka the intensity, able to just barely and I mean BARELY slide out of the headscissor stunner, dropping him with the Michinoku Driver for the victory. Taka rose exhausted, having his belt handed to him before shaking Sombra's hand, giving him a moment to shine in the light when Taka was dropped from out of no where by a DDT from Richie Steamboat.
He stood tall hearing the jeers, picking up a mic and spoke into it.
"I fooled you all once..and in two weeks..I'll do it again."
He dropped the mic and left the ring, seeming that he..was going after Taka making his claim known as War, came to a close.
Week 4 - Go Home Show
The show opened up with Chaos as Arn and Tully were battling with The Legion of Doom at ringside, having a dark match prior to the show starting, one thing lead to another and away we went, officials coming down to the ring to try and break it up, things getting bad to worse once Windham came down to assist the Horsemen but the crowd erupted once Dusty flew down to help LOD, Bishoff coming out.
"Okay hold on enough enough, knock it off, we're going to have order here in the NWA, it's obvious you guys still want to fight so in the main event it'll be The Horsemen against Dusty and The Legion of Doom, now get to the back and prepare."
Well Bishoff made that official heading to the back, Dusty and LOD starting to make their way up to prepare for round two later in the evening as Dillioin was giving instructions to the Horsemen.
"And that's how we kick off Nitro folks glad you can join us, we have even more matches in line for you tonight as Hayabusa will be defending against Alberto Del Rio, in tag action we'll have The Bullet Club against Hart Dynasty, IWGP World Champion Bret Hart will be in action tonight and even more, right now lets take you to the ring for our official opening match up."
[Play Out]
Busa against Del Rio whom was grinning at him, tossing his towel aside and began the match, using his Lucha style against the Japan style, having the size and power game over him with ease, working upon that shoulder of his to wear him down. He took a bit of pride actually in this match making sport of Busa, going for that Breaker early but it was countered out of it, starting to catch Del Rio off guard with his high flying game, both of them going to the outside. They would battle it out with Busa catching him with a dropkick, Del Rio hitting him by surprise with a steel chair getting the match tossed out.
He would beat upon him and wrapped the chair in his arm, slamming it hard into the steel post letting him lay flat upon the floor before locking in the cross arm breaker. Del Rio would wrench on it before letting go, backing away slapping his chest hearing the rally of jeers come his way, heading up the ramp with Ricardo.

Bullet Club against Dynasty and these two teams quickly went to battle with each other, it seemed they were the new targets and perhaps it was a stab at Bret in some sense, Dynasty able to hold them back for a small while but it was the Club whom were able to catch them out from out of no where, Gotoh dropping Tyson with the GotoHeaven for the victory. They made sure Dynasty was hurt and beaten prior to leaving, making a statement as they headed up the ramp.
"Ladies and Gentlemen Kevin Kelly here with the Road Report over the week Kenta and Savage had their rematch with Kenta able to score the win finally via pinfall, Demolition were in action defeating Harlem Heat, Hayabusa whom we saw earlier was able to defeat Dustin Rhodes and Bret Hart was in action defeating Del Rio whom we saw not long ago, my guest at this time, well, is Alberto Del Rio whom I declare horrible actions against Hayabusa a little while ago."
"See that's where you're wrong Kevin, I sent a message to Hayabusa, the U.S. Champion, I'm going for that title perro and at Clash of The Champions I'm going to put the Phoenix out, for good."
"Well we'll have to see about that, right now lets take you back to the arena."
[Play Out]
Randy Savage on scene tonight squaring off against the man they call Vader, big match here tonight for both of them, Vader obviously having the power here able to toss Savage around, Liz trying to help from the outside, giving Savage that moral support that he needed, starting to fight back against Vader, actually turning it more into a striking game, ducking shucking and jiving, dropping Vader with a double axe getting the momentum-
[Play Out]
Until Kane made his way down to the ring and moved rather quickly, entering the ring and would start to choke Savage, the ref calling for the bell as Kane dropped him with a chokeslam. He would turn and caught Vader, using both of his hands and would bodyslam him down then booted him out of the ring, setting the posts ablaze. He stood dominate in the ring, seeming to have no purpose other than chaos, looking around the ringside area but then exited the ring, heading up the ramp.
"That would be Kane folks, a big bad monster here, not sure why he did what he did but then again I don't see Sullivan anywhere. We still have two more matches here tonight, I'm being told that Alberto Del Rio is going to face Hayabusa at Clash of the Champions for the U.S. Championship, Eric Bishoff says in an official statement that Sting/Flair II will be the last time they will face each other, it will be one bout to a finish, right now lets take you back to the ring."
[Play Out]
Holy Christ, Bret Hart against Kenta Kobashi for the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship, no match on the planet was going to top this, Bret and Kenta locking up as it was strong style vs. techniqual, the fans completely going crazy for this match up as Kenta held the advantage for the first ten minutes of the bout, tossing Bret around and beating him down but this was Bret afterall whom was able to fight back.
Bret turned the tides around fighting the pain of a broken nose, trying for that Sharpshooter but he was kicked to the outside, Kenta going after him turning it into a brawl but Bret knew how to fight back, both of them moving back into the ring, Bret turning up the dial starting to hit Kenta from all sides with suplexes and slams, climbing the rope and missed the Bret Hart Elbow, Kenta picking him up and came down with the Burning Hammer, loading up and took his head off with a roundhouse kick, covering only for two.
Kenta thought he had that one, moving over as Bret caught him in a small package...ALMOST three there as both of them rose, Kenta picking him up and nailed him with the GTS, covering.....ONLY for two, too close to call as Kenta slowly climbed the top rope, lining up his shot going for a lariat but missed, rolling up as Bret caught his legs, going for the Sharpshooter but was kicked to the buckle, Kenta coming in but smacked into the buckle, Bret drilling him with a german suplex, going for the Russian Leg Sweep but Kenta picked him up going for the GTS again but Bret climbed upon his shoulders locking in a victory roll...for the victory!
What a match, 27 minute and change, Bret laying on his back forcing himself to his feet, retaining the title belt here on Nitro, Kenta being a sportsman and shook the mans hand after that bout, leaving the ring as Bret took a moment to enjoy the victory, rubbing his nose.
[Play Out Devitt]
Devitt came down, having the club with him following in suit, moving to the ringside area having them encircle the ring, Devitt slowly climbing upon the apron and just looked at Bret leaning over the ropes and just stared at him, Bret watching his back ready for them to jump in as Devitt..dropped to the floor and started to walk back, the Club slowly leaving ringside and walked up with him, mindgames, that's all it was, mindgames as Devitt had put the squeeze on him tonight, letting him know, he was coming, for that title.
"Well ladies and gentlemen I'm back here with Dusty Rhodes and the Legion of Doom whom in just minutes will be tangling with the Horsemen, gentlemen, your thoughts."
"The Horsemen have ridden against us in the past and tonight is no different, we're going to beat them down and drag their carcus's all around the city, tell em Hawk."
"The Horsemen think that just because they got the gold they make the rules, well let me tell you punks something, you're looking at the two ugliest men in professional wrestling when we're done with you, you're gonna look even uglier than us."
"Ooh yeah baby, The American Dream and The Legion of Doom, Hard Working Red blooded americans comin' to ya tonight, Horsemen you're going down and if we gotta beat it into ya believe me we will by hook or by crook, lets go!"
"They're on their way folks lets head to the arena."
[Play Out]
Main Event time here as Dusty and Windham hit things off, going back and forth with Dusty holding the advantage, tagging in and out to LOD whom put a hell of a pounding upon Windham, Arn and Tully respectively, hell they spent most of the match on their back if anything as team Dusty just came for business tonight.
Dusty began to take control until Tully was able to turn the tables, using Horsemen tactics to wear and tear at him, Windham and Arn able to keep Dusty down, making sport of him. LOD were dying to get back inside but every chance they were pushed off or unable to make it, Dusty being stuck in the ring for close to 12 minutes before finally dropping Arn with a spinebuster.
Dusty would crawl over, reaching for that tag but Windham and Tully pulled LOD down to the floor, starting to brawl with them, Dusty having to get back into the game, going to battle with Arn, going for a cross body but missed, Arn catching him with a low blow then rammed him into the buckle, coming down with a Spinebuster, Arn covering only for two.
He would roll to the floor, getting an old school fold up chair, rolling into the ring and cracked it hard over Dusty's head busting him wide open. The ref tossing the match out as Arn would start punching on him, Tully and Windham entering joining the fray, able to keep LOD out of the game until they came in with Chains, Flair storming into the ring to back up the Horsemen, complete total gang warfare as from the rafters came Sting having his ball bat, swinging at everyone as the Horsemen started to back away.
LOD ready for round II, Sting standing over Dusty pointing the bat at Flair knowing in just a week he's have him all to himself inside of a steel cage, Justice was about to be served and Flair was going to go through hell in order to keep it as Monday Nitro would fade to Black.
New Japan War
The show began with 'Sugar' Shane Helms trying to patch things up with Frankie Kazarian, saying he knew there was a rift and trying to make ammends, Frankie shook his hand as they had a match against Ultimo Dragon and Tiger Mask IV, despite being reuinited, team Japan was able to take the victory.
Second bout featured La Sombra getting some ring action against Chris Benoit, one hell of a match here that saw Benoit score the win via flying headbutt.
Third match saw Serena from the Bullet Club take charge against a returning Natalya, these two women went to complete war, battling it out to a no contest as both of them had to be pulled apart after punching each other nearly out.
Fourth match saw Eddie Guerrero testing his metal against Joseph Mercury whom was brash and cocky, though you couldn't out lie cheat nor steal Eddie whom pulled some shinaigans and scored the win via roll up.
And in the Main Event, Sara Del Rey was on scene, putting her title belt on the line against Tamina whom dared her to enter the ring on the road. Tamina gave it her all, the second go around she had with her but in the end, she had passed out to the Royal Butterfly, Del Rey placing the belt over her shoulder wondering whom could be next, seeming almost bored as New Japan Pro, came to a close.
