Week 1
"Ladies and Gentlemen welcome to Monday Nitro, it's Open Fight Night and we have one huge show packed for you tonight, Prince Devitt against CM Punk, Lita against Gail Kim, Chris Benoit against Joey Mercury, both matches are #1 Contenderships, Keiji Mutoh will defend the IWGP Championship tonight and our main event, Kane vs. Macho Man Randy Savage, so much is happening plus the latest installment of the Road Report coming your way."
[Play Out]
Opening bout tonight was CM Punk against Prince Devitt, while Devitt fired at him with his fingers, Punk pointed to his knee as the match began. Nine full minutes of action, this was stiff, real stiff as Devit caught Punk over the nose with a knee busting him open but Punk fired right back with elbows over the head, Devit rolling to the outside a few times to slow the pace down, trying to wear and tear on Punk whom took pride in teaching his kid a lesson in the ring.
Devit had the upper hand for a small while, flipping out of the corner swinging but missed with a kick, Punk catching him with clotheslines and a bulldog, rising him up for the GTS when Devit made a gunshot with his fingers, getting nailed with the GTS, Punk going for the cover when he got his head taken off by Gotoh's staff. The ref tossed the bout off a Hirojima started stomping and kicking at him, finishing him off with a double team spinkick on both sides of his head, Devit finishing him off with the running knee leaving Punk laying. He woudl then shoot at him with his finger and rolled out of the ring, making sure to have the IWGP Jr. Championship around his shoulder as he headed up the ramp, this match was just to send a point obviously to the entire division, Nitro cutting to a break.
"Randy Savage, the shrew you call Elizabeth is in our custody and while you fret over what we have done, you should be concerned over what hasn't been done, which will be inflicted upon you tonight. In my hands, once lived a man whom spawned the very man known as Kane and at one point, he was the only man Kane had any form of affection, guidance or respect for, though the memory, the pain, the anquish of his own father stabbing him in the back burns his soul to the very core. As Kane pours it's contents into the camode, you now realize what you face tonight is the very being of anger, rage and unbridled fury. If this is what he did to the man whom bore him, imagine...what tonight, he's going to do to you."
[Play Out]
Lita vs. Kim III and tonight Bishoff was going to make sure we were going to have a winner between these two, the winner getting a title shot against Sara Del Rey and having already faced twice, these two knew each other rather well in the ring, Kim sticking to a counter game while Lita stuck to the unortodox high flying game, trying to keep things at her pace, avoiding Kim's submission, both women falling to the floor.
They would battle on the outside, Lita miscalculating and crashed into the barricade, holding her head as she was cut open, Kim tossing her inside having it in the bag, beating her down for three full minutes, going to finish the job as Lita caught her off guard, using her speed and dropped her with a suplex, climbing the top rope and leapt with the Litasault and missed. She rose getting a kick to the ribs, Kim raising her up for a powerbomb as Lita rolled out of it, kicking her in the ribs going for the Twist of Fate, spinning as Kim recountered that into Eat Defeat, covering..for three.
There you have it, Gail Kim as the #1 Contender to the throne, finally after three battles defeating the pillar Lita in the center of the ring raising her hand up in celebration as on the ramp stood Sara Del Rey, having the title belt over her shoulder, having watched the whole match and gave Kim a slight nod, heading to the back.
"Congradulations for Gail Kim, her and Del Rey are going to have one hell of a match at Halloween Havoc, ladies and Gentlemen lets take you backstage to Kevin Kelly for the Road Report."
"Good evening folks whie we were gearing up for Super Brawl we were on the road from Tuesday all the way till Friday Night as on the road the Rhodes Brothers still were unable to catch any victories still bickering amongst each other, Hart Dynasty made a return to the ring defeating Sugar and Spice, Tamina returned to ring action but she was cut off by Winter on two occasions, Prince Devit made his presence known defeating Owen Hart but the big news was the Triple Victory over Tiger Mask IV in Josepth Mercury whom failed to defeat Randy Savage last night but made a challenge to Chris Benoit tonight, the winner will be called #1 Contender to the Cruiserweight Championship, right now my guest at this time, Barry Windham, whom last night-"
"They watched it, they saw what happend, the goddammed Japanese Invaded Horsemen Territory and screwed me out of the United States Championship. I broke my hand but I'm here to compete tonight against Muta for the IWGP Championship, why, because Chono is at home licking his wounds, Misawa is at Noah jerking off and Kawasaki Kilbasa or whatever his name is hasn't signed on the dotted line yet. So while I can't kill who I want, I'm taking my frustration out on you tonight Muta and there is no wrath of God or Rage of Satan that is going to stop me tonight. Mark my words tonight I am leaving this arena with his head on a silver platter."
[Play Out]
Benoit against Joey Mercury whom wanted a shot at the Cruiserweight Championship dispite his loss to Savage last night, taking it right to Benoit with fuel, fire and desire, letting his feet to the talking through most of the match but it only took one small mistake for Benoit to catch the leg, turning it into a Cloverleaf.
Mercury fought free with the rope, trying to fight back, almost scoring the win via count out, missing a chance rebounding off the rope getting into a slugfest with Benoit whom hooked the arm and latched on the Crippler Crossface. Mercury would struggle trying to get out of it, reaching for the rope as Melina screamed at him trying to help but Mercury was in too much pain, tapping out. Benoit would release him, letting him walk off like a wounded deer in the woods, raising his arm up and would to his chest, knowing it was official, him and Taka at Halloween Havoc, the matches were already lining up and it was just the first week of Nitro, we having to cut to a break.

[Play Out]
Windham against Mutoh for the IWGP World Championshp and tonight Windham wasn't kidding around, broken hand and all he went right for Mutoh whom the first chance he got, went right for that hand, slamming it into the buckle, twisting it, kicking it and slamming it upon the canvas, even stomping on it cutting Windham's offense nearly in half but the Ace in the hole was J.J. Dillion whom was able to give Windham a little bit of ground with distraction.
Windham kept to a grapple/hold game, knowing he had to wear Mutoh down reguardless, using his weight and power offense to keep the game in his court. Muta had to dig deep on this one, dropping Windham with side suplexes and leg sweeps, Windham probably one of the toughest guys we had on the roster as Muta caught him sleeping with a kick to the jaw, going for the Shining Wizard but Dillion caught the leg. Mutoh reaching for him when he was clothesline out of the ring.
Windham met him on the floor, getting a steel chair and cracked it over his back, no DQ's on the outside but Windham forgot about the 20 count, both men getting counted out here but Windham continued to just beat upon him with the steel chair, grinding it against his throat and ribs wanting to literally destroy Mutoh when from the back like a bull ran Masahiro Chono, Windham pulling away and escaped through the crowd, Chono nearly running after him but kept back not wanting to fall into a trap, Windham yelling that he'd get him soon enough, and Misawa and Kenta in the weeks to come.
"No winner here tonight folks, Mutoh still champion but this rivalry, well, it's spreading like cancer, right now lets take you to post match comments last night from Super Brawl prior to our Main Event match here tonight, this is an NWA Exclusive."
"Good evening wrestling fans I'm standing here with the Beast from the Rookies Vader whom if I may say so tonight you did nothing wrong, the better man won and you Sir proved why champions must go through you, any comments?"
"Tonight proved two things little man, one, is that John Morrison deserves all the credit in the world, he was a man, he came at me like a man and beat me like a man, he's earned that title. Two is something a bit personal, for the last few years I've paid very close attention to the Draft and how times are changing and unbeknownst to a lot, my name has come up three times in negotiations and it almost seems I have to destroy people to be noticed around here. I'm not stupid and I know this company is running out of ground for me to walk on and no other company dares sign a man of my age...so I think Kevin...that Vadertime...is over."
"Mr. Vader you're not...contemplating retirement?"
"What I"m saying is tonight a younger, more durable champion passed me over, time has passed me by, so I think until the time is right, Vadertime..is over."
"Wow wrestling fans this is the first time of us hearing that, if last night was Vader's last match here in the NWA we wish him the best...Bobby what are you doing?"
"That no talent fat ass of wasted space just cost me $350,000 in signing fees and a managers championship cut! I was an idiot to sign that lard ass and I hope whatever mountain he crawls under burries him in his sorrow. He's nothing but a big baby who can't cut it in this business and I'm glad to be done with him."
"Bobby he did put on one hell of a match last night."
"He didn't get the job done and in this business money talks and in Vader's case, bullshit walks, I'm on the phone leave me alone."
[Play Out]
Kane made his way down to the ring but Randy Savage jumped him from behind with a steel chair, beating it over his back, his knee, his ribs and over the head, breaking the chair with his skull as he reached under the ring, getting hold of a utility wrench and started to clobber Kane with it, climbing the apron and cracked it over his skull.
Savage was red hot, charging in and tackled Kane through the crowd barrier, fans fleeing for their lives on this one as Savage started punching the hell out of him, Sullivan yelling for Kane as Savage caught Kevin by the hair, dragging him to ringside and slammed him right into the steel post.
It was Savage law and it was his rules, picking up the wrench and went back into the crowd, Kane fighting back hitting him back to ringside, choking him against the steel post then flung him hard into the steel stairs. Kane got a hold of some camera cable and started to choke Savage with it, tying it around the post to keep him in place making a strong knot as he would move over to the time keeper, ripping the hammer out of his hand and started to make his way to Savage, swinging but out of no where Liz jumped upon his back.
Kane would reach back and tossed her off, Liz rising up slowly as Kane went after her, grabbing her by the hair as Liz slapped him over the face, Kane responding by hitting her with an uppercut sending her ass to the floor.
Kane would turn, going to finish Savage off whom kicked him in the ribs, breaking out of the cable and got a hold of the hammer, smashing it over Kane's skull. Savage would then tackle him and repeatidly started hitting Kane over the head with the hammer, 10, 20, 30, we stopped counting as Savage pulled him up, tossing Kane over the announce table and climbed into the ring, raising the fingers up and leapt with the flying elbow right through the table with the hammer.
Savage rose up like a wild beast, kicking a camera man and tossed him into the barricade, getting a hold of the camera and smashed it over Kane's skull, tossing him right into the steel post then into the ring where the ref was waiting, calling for the bell.
Savage was unrelenting, punching and kicking at Kane, bashing his head ten times into the turnbuckle, dropping him with a bodyslam and climbed the top rope but Sullivan grabbed him by the foot. Savage kicked him off leaping but Kane caught him by the throat and chokeslammed him down.
He whipped his head back, pulling Savage up and drove him down with a powerbomb, pulling him up and would latch him with the Iron Claw, completely suffocating him. The ref told Kane to break it having to call for the bell but Kane didn't care, Savage quickly losing oxygen as he was scooped up and dropped down with the Tombstone.
The ref ordered him out of the ring as Kane would uppercut him to the outside, Sullivan tossing in a chair as Kane held it and looked ready to destroy Savage with it....when the lights cut out and shot back on, Sting in the ring with Silent Justice, hitting the chair out of his hands, ducking a clothesline and hit Kane in the ribs, clotheslining him to the outside.
Sting stood ready for a fight taking his jacket off as Kane hit the apron, Sullivan quickly pulling him down..but Kane pushed him off, entering the ring and away we go.
Sting and Kane punching away at each other, Sting tackling him to the outside as they would battle up the ramp, security flying down, at least 30 officials to break this up as Sullivan grabbed Kane by the hair leading him to the back, Sting was ready to continue this as the fans wanted to see more, for now Nitro would cut to a break.
"Ladies and Gentlemen will you please welcome your World Heavyweight Champion, John, Morrison."

"Good evening Nitro fans. I came out here tonight to address a rumor that I was injured at last night's Super Brawl Main Event and reguardless of whatever rumors are floating around...yes..I was injured but have no fear because the resilant champion is here, ready to take on any and all challenges. Eric Bishoff banned me from competition tonight so I took his advice tonight but I had to address all of you Morrisholics out there as without all of you, this Moonlight Drive wouldn't have been possible. Tonight marks a very prestigious moment in my career..and for the NWA as I stand here World Heavyweight Champion I have surpassed all other previous World Champion reigns with the exception of just one...and I'm only one month shy of breaking that record. So, as I stand here your champion I will make the promise of the promise and this is, that this World Heavyweight Championship will be carried, by me past the record holder, right into Starrcade V where I will do the one thing, since the rebirth of the NWA that no World Champion has been able to do and that's win, return and retain as World Heavyweight Champion. I've faced a lot of opponents over the course of eight months, big, small, strong and ugly, they all fell to John Morrison and with the Draft in effect, who knows whom my next opponent is going to be, so I say this. Whomever is watching, I wish you the best of luck taking this title away from me, because outside of the good Lord taking it from my hands you can bet your bottom dollar that I'm not giving this up without a fight-"
[Play Out]
Nature Boy Ric Flair made his way down to the ring, looking like he came out of a mens catolauge dressed in a $75,000 suit and tie with $3,000 shoes and a rollex watch that cost more than what the fans paid to get in combined. He walked over, getting a hold of a mic looking to Morrison with a grin.
"Woooo, oh yeah baby, I can hear all of them in the rafters, screaming, yelling, jumping up and down just at the mere sight of you. You walk with a swagger that turns women on, you have the looks of a god, you have the arrogance of the gifted and you hold the very title belt to prove it. Over the last eight months, you, Morrison have done the impossible and that's be Ric Flair. Well pal, I'm calling your card right now, because you've lived the life, you've had enough champagne, you've been the company man enough, it's time you give me, what I deserve and that's a World Title Shot."
"Whoa whoa easy there Flair, might I remind you that you can I have done this, twice already? Spring Stampede, I Nitroblasted your face off and Uncensored you took a Moonlight Drive to defeat, quite frankly, I want someone I haven't challenged yet and can sink my teeth into-"
"Now you hold on! You listen to me right now! Yes, Yes, Yes you beat me, you beat me Twice in two MULTI Man Matches, not one on one where the Nature Boy can give you the wrestling match of your life! You can use all your accolades you can promote everything about you, you've beaten all sorts of men, but you have NOT beaten Ric Flair! Dispite what anyone says, you have YET to beat me pal and everyone here and everyone at home knows dammed well that my deathbed on your best day you couldn't do it. You know why Morrison? It's because no matter what you do, when these people look at you holding that World Heavyweight Champion, they think...of me. They think of the 16 Time Limosine Ridin' Jet Flying Kiss Stealing Wheeling Dealing Son of a Gun because I MADE that championship what it is and what it will forever will be. NO World Title on in the Universe means more to the world than that one right there, it has the oldest lineage, the most respect and it's worth more money than God! That title belt, is MY title belt and Anyone Past Present or Future who wears it all says, thinks and believe's that it belongs to me. Custom made from strap to rivet, that belt is mine and will forever be mine until the day bodyslam God from Heaven! Here's the truth! You want to be recognized as a real champion, you want to be considered the greatest champion to ever walk this earth? You want to be considered a real champion that would make Samoa Joe and Stone Cold Steve Austin bow in respect to you!? Fight me! Go on, Fight me! Because until you defeat Ric Flair your title reign has and will mean nothing! Beat me Morrison, go on, Beat me! Beat me and you will be a made man for life! You will go from Champion to Legend just like that. Up until now, it's meant nothing, now, you have the chance of a lifetime to defeat...God. Beat me Morrison and forever you will be Immortal....but refuse, in the dead of night you'll know in the pit of your stomach that when you had the chance, you didn't have the balls to defend it against the Face of Pro Wrestling. This biggest match of your Life! Right here! Beat me you're Immortal...Lose to me, you lose it all, but facing me will define EVERYTHING in your career. Say Yes, Say No, Prove to me, prove to the World that you BELONG as a World Heavyweight Champion. Mono e mono, no distractions, no multiman, the best walks out and I'll give you one week to make your decision, but I warn you, the choice you make will define a legacy you may not be ready to handle."
Flair would walk past him, putting the mic down and started to make his way up the ramp, having said, more than his piece here tonight as he made his way to the stage, Morrison looking down deep in though, looking to the World Heavyweight Championship. Eight months, eight months as World Champion and this would be the biggest match of his career dispite everything he has been through, speaking into the mic.
"Flair...."
He turned slowly, fixing the cuffs on his jacket looking to Morrison whom held the Title belt in his palm, placing it over his shoulder.
"You're on."
Morrison put the mic down, Flair grinning and wooing out getting what he wanted, Morrison raising the title belt up refusing to take his eyes off of him knowing what he just got himself into, as Monday Nitro would Fade To Black.
All*Star Wrestling Results
The show began to Prince Devitt making his way to the ring to battle against 'Sugar' Shane Helms, actually catching him with a cheap shot in the early going, able to knock him out on his ass at the two minute mark, proving a point.
Second match had seen once again Randy Savage squaring off against Kane and this time it was No DQ. It was everything from Nitro times two, Savage and Kane nearly killing each other as Sullivan wa the X-Factor her grabbing a hold of Liz but it was Ricky Steamboat whom made the save on this one, not forgetting two weeks ago but Kane was too strong for Savage, dropping him down for the victory and would start to slay the Dragon when once again, Sting came from the rafters and the fight was on, officials having to break it up once more.
And with that taking up the biggest chunk of the night, the Main Event would see The Horsemen defend their titles against Team NOAH, Kenta making his debut tonight as he and Misawa, well, there was no way to describe this match, stiff wasn't the term to use for it as they went for 19 minutes, Kenta getting a work out when Barry Windham spilled into the ring, starting to beat upon him, the match getting tossed out. It was a three on two assault with the Horsemen leading the charge when Chono and Mutoh spilled into the ring to even the sides up, the Horsemen retreating for now but knew eventually they'd get all four of them one way or another as All*Star Wrestling came to a close.
Week 2
"Good evening, I'm Eric Bishoff, contrary to popular opinion I'm a wrestling guy and this is a wrestling company, while some hold ranking systems and ignore them when they want or do what's 'good for business' we here allow our wrestlers to earn their spots through wrestling, so tonight I have personally approved tonights card to be one of the best ever. As it pertains to the World Championship, while John Morrison IS our champion he is not an authoritarian and therefore, I am removing the title card from Halloween Havoc. Myself and Inoki book the matches around here, not our champions, over the next few weeks we will hold matchs to determine the Number One Contership to the World Championship. Welcome to Monday Nitro."
[Play Out]
This was our opening bout tonight, Barry Windham whom was still nursing a beat up hand against Kenta Kobashi, the match he wanted and probably not the right time to be wrestling him as the match went on. Kenta was relentless, making his Nitro debut count forcing Windham to retreat to the outside three seperate times, having to regroup against him but with a bad hand that wasn't possible.
Dillion tried a distraction tactic but the experience from NOAH taught him to ignore it, Windham was able to get an eye gouge in, working upon him the best he could in the corner, pounding away for four minutes until missing the WIdowMaker Clothesline, getting kicked right in the jaw, raising him up and slammed him down with the Burning Hammer, covering for three.
His debut tonight and he scored a big win, rolling out of the ring making sure there would be no jumping or ambush tonight, Windham taking his frustration on the ref saying he pulled his hair, Nitro cutting to a break.
[Sullivan Promo]
"Ladies and Gentlemen I'm sitting here with Kevin Sullivan in his private hacenda, all of us here at the NWA are rather concerned over the actions of Kane over the last few weeks, random attacks on Randy Savage, Rick Steamboat, on the road he's gone after fans and last week we had to personally apologise for the message you sent out featuring Paul Bearer."
"We apologise for nothing, for you see what I'm doing for Kane is something his own family refused to do for him. He is the bastard seed from rape and while that is not his fault, his own Father, his own Brother not just once, but several times over his life and pro wrestling career have scorned him. Bearer's memory, body and spirit was Kane's way of forgiving him for all the years of neglect and abuse."
"Okay but that was the man's father Kevin it was a little harsh dumping the ashes or memory as you call it down a drain."
"Was it? Compared to the pain and abuse Kane has been through you side with the abusers? Everytime Kane is with his Brother, The Undertaker steals the spotlight. The only time Paul Bearer cared for his son was for his own personal gain. You see Kane is incapable of Hate, he wishes not to be a world champion, nor revenge but to be accepted into this society as an equal amongst the people, but until people accept him for whom he is, not a beast, not a monster, but a man. Mark my words, by the end of the calendar year, you all will witness all of what Kane can be, and no one will be able to stop him, not evening the Almighty Undertaker or the Angel of Justice Sting."
[Play Out]
Tag Team Action here tonight and The Horsemen were squaring off against the former Tag Team Champions but current US and IWGP Champion, Masahiro Chono and Keiji Mutoh and what could you expect from this match but pure mayhem and chaos. Arn and Chono just ripped into each other with the stiffest of moves while Tully and Keiji had the finess game on their side. Dillion whom didn't travel far from the last match was barking out orders, trying to keep the tides in their favor tonight in some respect, Arn able to put a beating on Keiji having his busted over the head hardway with stiff punches.
He tried to put him away but Mutoh had turned into Muta, spitting the red mist in his face, catching him with unorthodox offense then the shining wizard, Tully coming into the ring with the tag title belt but was kicked out of the ring by Chono, Dillion clobbering Muta over the back with the steel chair as the ref tossed the match out.
Muta didn't take too kindly to that, grabbing Dillion and blasted him with an uppercut then a bodyslam, Chono sliding into the ring as they finished him off with the Blackout. No title changes tonight but Team ChoMuta made one hell of a statement, they weren't going to allow the Horsemen to run this or any show, doing their signature pose before leaving the ring.
[Promo Package featuring Angels]
We came back and Dillion was red hot at his men tonight, screaming and yelling behind closed doors complaining that tonight he was embarrassed to represent them and they had better start showing why they were considered Horsemen and fast, we then move back to the ring.
[Play Out]
Well the return of Hayabusa only to be ruined by one big red Machine Kane whom was going to destroy him limb from limb, Hayabusa however was not afraid of him, going to the center of the ring and looked up at him. Kane would strike first or attempted to as Hayabusa was able to dodge most of his strikes, hitting Kane from all angles of the ring, able to clothesline him to the floor.
Busa got a little dangerous leaping over the rope with a plancha but Kane caught him, ramming him into the steel post then into the barricade, hitting him with heavy uppercuts before tossing him into the ring, now starting to use that power offense and rest holds, esspecially that dreaded trapisius lock. Busa would struggle for a bit, unable to really take much more of those power holds getting stuck in the corner, catching him with a double boot to the face followed by a bulldog. Busa would raise him up for the Falcon Arrow but Kane was too strong, grabbing him by the throat and chokeslammed him down.
He would signal the end was near, pulling him up for a tombstone but Busa slid behind him, catching him with a kick over the head, coming off the rope when he was caught by the face with the IronClaw, raising him up right into a vertical choke the ref yelling at him to break it but Kane was aiming high here tonight, the ref calling for the bell as it was a blantant choke, tossing Busa down and tossed the ref to the outside, getting a hold of a steel chair and re entered the ring when from the rafters came Sting, standing in his way with Silent Justice.
Kane wasn't about to back down, not tonight but Sullivan got between them, saying something to Kane whom dropped the chair and exited the ring with him, Sting pointing the bat at him knowing this was far from over, Kane heading up the ramp with Kevin as we moved to the back.
"Ladies and gentlemen welcome to the road report, you thought that was intense take a look at these results here as Tamina was ring dominate taking out Winter on the road but Winter got her back the night after with a vicious DDT. The Rhodes Brothers were still bickering, almost picking up a win against Hart Dynasty but failed just shy as Dustin left the team high and dry. Ultimo Dragon stole the spotlight all three nights as he defeated Joey Mercury but also right behind him was CM Punk whom fought Hirkooki Gotoh and Kojima respectively, also on the road Ricky The Dragon Steamboat had that much awaited rematch with Mr. Perfect, defeating him on Wednesday. Right now my guest at this time, CM Punk. Now Punk on the road you've been gaining some ground but it seems you're actually gunning for the new comer Prince Devitt whom last week got the last shot on you."
"You know Kevin I've been here five years and there's always one asshole who gets under my skin, last person to do that now works for Ring of Honor..or was he traded to TNA, either way, Devitt comes in here and thinks he can get the best of me after I had him beat in the ring, I already took out his hired gunman, tonight I take out him out and he'll find his place real fast as I put him right to sleep."
[Play Out]
Punk waited in the ring as the music had played for Devitt but he was no where to be seen. Punk getting a bit aggitated as an official came from the back, talking to the referee about the situation whom walked over to Justin Roberts.
"Ladies and Gentlemen I have just been informed by NWA Personale that Prince Devitt has opted out of this scheduled match this evening, CM Punk therefore wins by forfit."
Oh the fans didn't like that as Punk rolled to the floor, yelling at him that he was getting screwed tonight, heading up the ramp rather pissed off. We move right to the back where Eric Bishoff was arguing with John Morrison.
"I don't care who the hell you are, you don't make the matches around here and we'll find you another opponent."
"Stop being the corporate kiss ass Eric, if you would have allowed me to wrestle last week Flair would have gotten his title chance anyway I just cut out the middle man, I'm giving these fans what they want and as World Champion there isn't a dammed thing you can do about it other than support your champions decision."
"Oh there's plenty I can do about it, this is not your show nor will it ever be, this is my show and when you get that through your head you can return to Monday Nitro, as of right now-"
He went to finish his statement when CM Punk barged into his office.
"Eric! Where the hell is that pompous prick Prince Devitt, we had a match tonight and he opted out, I'm looking for a fight tonight."
"Punk first off don't you ever barge in here like that again, second of all I'm right in the middle of a conversation with, where the hell did he go? Dammit."
"Hey you're conversation is with me now, I don't care what you have to do, you get that jackass to the arena, I want his ass in the ring so I can break it."
"Look Punk why don't you go bitch to Inoki about it, I have much bigger things to worry about right now than you."
Bishoff exited his office as Punk just looked on, in a fit of rage tossing items off of Eric's desk and left the office, telling the camera man to move the hell out of his way as we prepare for the Main Event.

Now this was a Main Event, Bret Hitman Hart against Ricky The Dragon Steamboat, the Starrcade Rematch for free right here on live TV, both men stretching out and went over the rules as the bell sounded.
If you missed Starrcade, you were getting a version of it right here tonight between these two, Steamboat countering, Bret's techniqual game, endurance wasn't the factor, wrestling repitoire wasn't a factor, hell knowledge wasn't even a factor as these two went back and forth in the ring, Bret, then Ricky, Bret then Ricky holding the advantage over each other, Steamboat showing signs of pain in his leg, Bret of course, focusing upon it.
Using leg locks and drags he would put so much pressure and work on that knee of his that Ricky was able to in the later half catch Bret sleeping, ramming his chest into the turnbuckle now had hurt ribs, Steamboat using that to his advantage as they went to the floor.
Ricky not afraid to use to outside to his advantage, ramming his chest into the barricade then back into the ring, climbing the rope for the flying chop but Bret met him on top, dropping him down with a superplex. Both men were already at the 39 minute mark, almost meeting their Starrcade record as it came to blows, Ricky winning with a dropkick as now it was pinning combinations back and forth, Bret and Ricky able to counter and recounter out of each one though Bret was a smidge faster, catching Steamboat with a snapmare.
Ricky kicking him in the head, going for a crossbody and missed, Bret grabbing the legs as Steamboat pulled him in for a pin, Bret just barely kicking out at that one, getting rammed right into the buckle one more time as Steamboat underhooked the arms going for the Dragon DDT as Bret countered right into a Northern Light Suplex...for the victory.
42 Minutes 7 seconds, Bret Hart was able to get the win here tonight as the fans went crazy for that main event, both men rising up unable to believe what they just pulled off, Ricky asking the ref how Bret pulled that one off as Hart rose his hand in victory, Steamboat pulling him over for a handshake and mouthed to him 'we're 1 and 1 now' and left the ring, Hart basking in victory for a moment before leaving the ring, proud of tonight and proud of the Main Event he put forth, heading to the back.
[Play Out Morrison]
"Alright simmer down chances are I won't be out here long but let me catch you up, Eric Bishoff has refused to allow me to face Ric Flair at Halloween Havoc claiming that I had no right, on Open Fight Night mind you, to make a match when that was the whole concept of Open Fight Night. You know what Eric, I dare you to come down to this ring and tell the world why you will not allow that match to happen, a match that these fans have already paid to see. Come on Eric, this is Pro Wrestling we don't discuss this in the back, it's an open forum come out here and talk to your champion."
[Play Out]
"Morrison I've had enough of this from you. For the last eight months we have groomed you, spent millions of dollars promoting you and this is the thanks we get by flushing that all down the toilet and just making matches on the whim? Listen here, I am the General Manager, I am not going to allow the inmates to run the asylum and if you think that title belt belongs to you, it doesn't, it is property of the NWA, you are it's champion, our champion and you better start acting like one instead of a spoiled brat whom isn't getting his way. There are other guys in the back waiting for a chance to face you, we'll find you another opponent and we can put all this behind us."
"So that's how it is Eric? I'm THE Company's Champion correct and this is their property, so I'm nothing more than dollars and sense to you and the investors and the commission watching correct? So you're not done squeezing every last drop you can out of me, for the last eight months I have done everything this company has asked of me and I have proven the critics wrong not once, not twice, but several times, you're not going to find another champion that these people have stood behind more than I and if you want to put THIS show on the map, have me face Ric Flair, have me beat him and then everyone will stop berrating you and this show as second tier because of it's 'company' champion."
"John, this is the last time, return to the locker room and we will discuss this like gentlemen. Ric Flair already had two chances to beat you, he blew it, we're not going to ignore all the work we've done here and allow him to negate everyone's hard work. You represent this company, our credo, now it's time you respect your Masters and-"
Morrison hit his mic right out of his hands, oh he was pissed off now.
"It's always money money money with this dammed company, with you at the helm that's why it crashed 12 years ago. Sure you brand it as Pro Wrestling but it's always whom pulls in the most dollars. Goddammit Bishoff I wrestled top tier talent and have walked in the shadows of defeat and bathed in the light of victory and I'll be dammed if you tell me that THIS company is being represented poorly by a champion whom doesn't need a band of babysitters to watch him wrestle or by some company who goes through an identity crisis every three months. This is the NWA, I am it's Champion, I am THEIR Champion and I will beat the very best this business has to offer because I am a World Champion and unless you have a dammed good reason, that match is on at Halloween Havoc and if I have to go over your head and prove you wrong then so be it."
Bishoff almost attacked Morrison right there, completely undermining his words as he picked up the mic, Morrison ready for a fight right there.
"Fine Morrison, we'll have it your way, Halloween Havoc, Flair, Morrison, World Championship, it's on. And in two weeks time you're going to realize that you can't beat Ric Flair. When you lose your World Title and you let this company down and most importantly, all your fans down, you will have no one to blame, but yourself. I did everything in my power to make you a champion these people can respect and you just flushed it all away, I hope, you can live with yourself."
Morrison heard enough and blasted him with the Nitroblast. The crowd going SILENT then popped for that one, Morrison was hot, red hot as Bishoff was out cold. The match was back on as Morrison now understood what he was going up against, this match with Flair, was everything and it wasn't any time to fool around, victory was mandatory and his obstacle was Ric Flair yelling out the Year of the Rockstar will never Die! As Monday Nitro would fade to black.
All*Star Wrestling
Inoki deffinately wanted to follow up with Nitro seeing the chaos that ensued by booking the first bout being Tamina against MsChif, an 11 minute fight that saw MsChif lock in a Texas Cloverleaf but Serena came from out of no where, breaking it up and ruining the match, beating the hell out of MsChif then out of Tamina, screaming into the camera this company got rid of her sanity and now she was going to destroy it.
Second match of the night would see The Horsemen whom were still sore over Nitro face off agaisnt The Rhodes Bros. for a title shot and they tonight, were ready, for some reason, Cody and Dustin were able to work very well together, almost scoring the win three times but Blanchard was able to score the victory on Cody then later dismantled both of them post match, seeming to have their mean streak back.
Third match would see Hayabusa squaring off against Owen Hart in a classic match that saw both men take the advantage, Owen missing a wheel kick as Busa was able to catch him with one of his own then drove him down with the PhoenixDriver, an elevated DoubleUnderhook Spinning Sit-Out Powerbomb for the victory.
And in the Main Event CM Punk got his wish facing off against Prince Devitt whom was without Gotoh and Koji as per orders of Inoki and this was the fight Punk wanted. He tore into Devitt like no other but he gave it right back to him, again able to bust him over the mouth with his deadly knees and feet, trying to finish the game but missed a running knee in the corner, Punk picking him up and blasted him with the GTS...as the posts would ignite and Kane made his way down to the ring.
Punk was pissed off, leaping through the ropes to face him but Kane was too powerful for him, taking Punk out as the ref tossed the bout out, Devitt exited stage left as Kane continued to battle Punk, dropping him in the ring and got a hold of a chair but didn't get far as Sting stood over Punk's body with the ballbat waiting for a fight, Kane would retreat as a groggy Punk pushed Sting yelling he didn't need his help, Sting...giving him ONE warning to never do that again and left Punk in the ring as All Star Wrestling, came to a close.
