Build Up:
WWF Raw Run though May Week 1 -Opening Promo: Dusty Rhodes comes out and says that a lot of people have been getting away with murder lately and he won’t stand for it anymore. He then calls of the Miz, Wade Barrett and Jim Cornette. When they come out he lays into them about last night’s main event. But before they know it Samoa Joe comes out and charges into Barrett and Miz. Dusty yells out security to restore order but Miz and Barrett use the distraction to beat Joe down, warning away referees as they lay into him. Joe though gets up from that and tackles Miz down laying into him, but Barrett is right on him from behind. Finally a mass of security and referees manage to pull this mêlée apart and Joe is taken to the back under heavy protest. Dusty says that this is exactly what he is talking about and says that they better all start obeying the rules or he is will have to take measures. He then says he will be back later to call of Cena and Rock then leaves. -When we come back we see Miz and Barrett yelling as they walk back to their locker room with Chelsea and Cornette with them. Chelsea goes to put her arm around Miz but he shrugs her off and yells at her about last night when she wished Wade luck and “that kiss.” Then yells at Barrett for it. Barrett yells back about treating her better and the argument gets heated now between them. That is when Bryan Danielson walks in, looking not in the best of shape but excuses himself past then, bumping into Miz somewhat. Miz yells at Bryan now to watch what he’s doing. Bryan says he is going out there defend his pure title in a match and walks off as Miz yells at him and now he and Barrett agree he should show more respect. -Bryan Danielson comes for his pure title match but is jumped by Miz and Barrett and laid out, through him hard into the entranceway and leaving him there. -Backstage Dusty runs up to them and says that he has already had Joe thrown out and now he is throwing them both out as well. He says he is also fining them $5,000. Barrett and Miz yell in protest as security throw them out. -Paul London and Bryan Kendrick VS the Dudley Boyz: During the match the commentators mention that the second match in the best of 5 series will be next week. The Dudleyz do take it to Londrick with hard stiff offense, throwing them around the ring but the men who beat the Tag Team Champions last night using their amazing Ariel skill and double team moves, ending with Kendrick hitting sliced bread for the 3 count. London celebrates, heading in very hot into next weeks second match of the series. -Dolph Ziggler and Velvet Sky come out. They taunt Chris Sabin saying that their relationship started a couple of weeks ago when Velvet just “wasn’t satisfied” with him and lusted after Ziggler. “And who can blame her?” Says Dolph. He then says that it was that night two weeks ago when they “did the bad thing” in the locker room while Sabin and Shelly were out filming promos. Velvet then gets on the mic and says that she is sorry but she just needed more man than Chris could be and last night she had that man multiple times and every position you can imagine. Dolph rubs it in some more then hold up his title and says “oh yeah and I am still the X Division Champion. But you lost and now you go back to the bottom of the ladder. Time for other challengers.” With that they leave to heavy boos. -Backstage we see Sabin backstage going crazy, our cameras catching him tearing up the locker room as Shelly tries to calm him down. When Dusty comes in we learn that he was held back there in the locker room while Ziggler and Sky were in the ring. Sabin yells that he wants Dusty and is generally throwing a fit. Dusty then tells him he understands but he needs to calm down and take the night off ready for his Tag Title match series match next week. When Dusty walks off Shelly says he knows it hurts, he understands and if it was him he would be doing the same, that Sky was his friend too. But he says that Sabin needs to get his head straight before next week. He then calls for security to “help” Sabin out of the room and out of the building, saying that he will call him as he leaves. -Number one Contendership for the Women’s Championship: Mickie James VS Victoria VS Ayako Hamada: After a great back and forth heated bout with all sorts of twists and turns and towards the end of the 11 minuets a few very close near falls with break ups all around. Victoria is able to hit the widow’s peak for the victory. Victoria is heading to face Kong in three weeks. -The Pope comes out with the Brotherhood and says that last night was a sham and he will prove it because right now he is issuing an open challenge to anyone in the back who wants to face him. Anyone at all. GOLDBERG answers that challenge to a massive reception! When the music dies down and the bell rings he at once charges forward into Pope spearing him down into the mat! He then stands and signals for it, heaving Pope up and dropping him with the jackhammer! But then R-Truth and Jackson hit the ring beating down into Goldberg for the DQ to heavy boos. Goldberg though then stands and spears the crap out of Jackson and then shrugs off Truth as he stands and then nails him with the Jackhammer! Then as his music hits Goldberg leaves the ring, leaving the entire Brotherhood lying as he snorts and storms up the ramp to the back. “My God!” JR calls “Goldberg is here! Goldberg is in the WWF! And he has struck big! -King Kobashi VS Amazing Red: Red does get in a few good kicks and highflying moves but Kobashi then fights back and nails the Burning Sword Hammer followed by the Orange Crush for the 3 Count. Kobashi now heads out of the ring, whipping his hands with the job done. -AJ Styles now cuts a promo demanding a title rematch with the Miz. -The Big Show comes out and says how he destroyed Jushin “Thunder” Liger last night, so much that he had to get the victory via count out. Dusty comes out and says that even though it was because of Show’s horrible and unprovoked attack last week he is right. He says that he has spoken to Liger and he has spoke to Liger’s doctors and they have all agreed that he will be able to compete in three weeks at Judgment Day. So he going to go ahead and make the rematch: Big Show VS Liger at Judgment Day for the IC title. Big Show nods to that and says that Liger better heal up because in three weeks what he did last night will look like nothing because he is going to destroy him and finally end his reign, taking that IC belt home. -Kofi Kingston VS Alex Shelly: Shelly seems distracted by what he going on with Sabin. And after a great high flying battle Kofi manages to avoid a frog splash from Shelly and then hits the SOS and gets the win. -Bryan Danielson now bursts into Dusty’s office and demands a match with the Miz or Barrett. He then says that since he has earned it when he brought the pure title to the WWF that he is in line for the WWF title shot anyway. Dusty says just like AJ he will think about it. -The Easy Ryders VS KENTA & Marufuji: KENTA and Marufuji hand the Ryders their asses for most of the match but in the a cheap shot from E on Marufuji followed by a Rough Ryder from Ryder and then a hooking of the tights with the feet on the rope get the win for the easy Ryders. KENTA though goes nuts swinging hard kicks to the chest of both and sending the Easy Ryders backing up the ramp in retreat, but as they do they hold up their arms in victory some more. -Dusty Rhodes come out looking very worn down from the rough night he is having and then lays into Cena and Rock demanding they get out here. They do indeed coming out looking very pleased for themselves. Dusty says that last night they crossed the line and then some with the rules in the WWF and that he demands an apology off them. Rock says that Dusty doesn’t get to make demands of them because what is he going to do fine them? There are millionaires. Fire them? The show would be nothing without them! Cena then gets on the microphone and says that in other words Dusty ain’t got s**t on them! And that he needs to shut his fat mouth and get out the ring before he makes him Rhode Kill! Dusty does not look imitated and says he fining them both 5,000 dollars, Cena and Rock do not look bothered though. Then RVD’s music hits and he comes out. He then lays into Rock and Cena saying that they stand for everything he hates, they stand for greed and monopolizing the wrestling business while men like him are killing themselves in this ring for the people because they love it! He says he didn’t wrestle for nothing in the most violent matches imaginable in ECW to get here to the WWF, to get over here only to see the Rock and Cena steal the business back for the unworthy. Rock and Cena laugh at them, make fun of him and then lay into him beating him down when HULK HOGAN comes out and chases them out of the ring. The crowd is going nuts as Hogan tears his shirt open and points to Rock and Cena as they are backing down the ramp! Raw then fade off the air as Hogan is threatening Rock and Cena and helping RVD up. Smackdown! -Smackdown opens with JR and King telling us that Hogan had indeed signed a contract with the WWF and we will hear from him later tonight. -The Easy Ryders VS KENTA and Marufuji: The rematch does not go as well for the Ryders and KENTA hits the GTS and gets the win. -The Pope comes out with the Brotherhood and says that he was savagely attacked by a demon on Monday and he will do everything he can to avenge that and to drive the demon back into hell from where he came. -Mickie James VS Sarita: Mickie James -Victoria cuts a promo saying that Kong may have beaten everyone else here but she is a new animal and at Judgment Day that Women’s title is coming with her. -Alex Shelly VS Paul London w/ Brian Kendrick: Notable by his absence is Sabin, the announcers saying that that doesn’t look good for next Mondays series match. Shelly though fights his heart out and then is able to get the win with the Shellshock. He has at least got some momentum back for the Guns. -Dolph Ziggler w/ Velvet Sky VS Kofi Kingston: Ziggler is way to overconfident, even taking a minute to make out with Velvet on the apron but that allows Kofi to hit the Trouble in Paradise when he turns around and get the win. -Broadus Clay (Making his debut) VS Shannon Moore: Broadus Clay -The Big Show VS Nunzio: Big Show destroys him and gets the win with Chokeslam. -Hulk Hogan promo on the Rock and John Cena. He has that when he signed with the WWF he saw what was happening and he decided to come back and put a stop to it. And now is going to team up with RVD, HBK and anyone else who wants to stand up for professional wrestling and drop the big leg of the pretenders Rock and Cena. Because everyone knows that there is only one megastar of Wrestling and that is Hogan and Hulkamania…brother! “Whatca gonna do Rock and Cena when Hulkamania and the wrestlers run wild on you! -Pure Championship Match (That was meant to happen on Raw): Bryan Danielson VS… Christian! After an incredible 20 minuet wrestling classic between these two Bryan is able to reverse the Killswitch into the cattle mutilation…but Christian manages to get to the rope. But then is not as lucky as Bryan drops him with the regal plex and gets the win and retains again. The two then shake hands and Christian holds Bryan’s hand up with the pure title in the other hand high as Smackdown comes to a close.
WWF May 2012 Week 2 Run though Raw -Samoa Joe comes to the ring and demands that Miz get out here right now “and bring that big boyfriend of yours with you!” He sneers. The Nexus music hit and Cornette comes out on the stage. But as Joe is focusing on him Barrett and Miz jump Joe from behind and beat him down into the mat. Joe fires back but a few good chair shots takes him down. Security, refs and Dusty try to stop them but Miz and Barrett drag Joe over the guard rail and through the crowd to the backstage area. Once there Wade finds a cinder block and sets Joe’s arm up and Miz brings the block down hard over Joe’s arm, smashing the block and Joe’s arm underneath it. Even the beat Joe cries out holding his obviously broken arm from that one. Security now drags the laughing Nexus away as Dusty is yelling at them and EMT’s rush to help Joe. -We are reminded that the Tag Team Best of 5 series second match will be later tonight. It is also announced that following last week’s victory on Smackdown, if Kofi Kingston can defeat Dolph Ziggler again here tonight then he will get an X Division title shot at Armageddon. -Dolph Ziggler w/Velvet Sky VS Kofi Kingston: Ziggler hammers into Kofi, his usual cocky manner wearing a bit into anger over last week’s “embarrassment” as he works away on him. Kofi does manage though to use his high octane offense to come back and then hit the SOS for the cover…but Velvet is on the ring apron distracting the referee. But then Chris Sabin runs out to a huge cheer and pulls Velvet off the apron, those two getting into a yelling match. Velvet then slaps Sabin across the face, he turns back her slowly looking mad as hell. Velvet now goes pale and backs off holding out her arms and begging off as Sabin stalks her around the ring. Meanwhile in the ring Dolph watching this in confusion as he rises then turns into the trouble in paradise for the 3 count! Kofi wins and gets his title shot. But Sabin now charges into the ring and tackles Dolph down hammering into him as referees rush the ring, pulling him off. Sabin kicks, screams and yells as he is pulled back off of the man he hates more than any other. Now Alex Shelly runs out and gets in Sabin’s face, trying to talk him down and reminding him that “we have a series match later! We need to focus on that! You here me Chris? I need you to get your head on!” Sabin sneers but nods as him as Shelly helps the referees take Sabin to the back and Dolph grabs the X Division title belt, Velvet and leaves as Kofi looks on, pointing to him and gesturing the title belt around his waist as we go to break. -Dusty Rhodes comes out onto the stage and announces that Samoa Joe’s arm is indeed broken and he will be out of action indefinably. He says that he would love to suspend Miz and Barrett for this but he can’t as Miz is the WWF Champion. But, he says, if there is one more incident like this he will strip Miz of the title! And that is a promise! He then announced that since Joe is out of the picture he has taken under consideration the two other men who asked for a title shot last week and indeed deserve one. So tonight it will be Bryan Danielson VS AJ Styles, the winner will get the Miz for the WWF title at Judgment Day! -The Big Show VS Broadus Clay: The Big Show dominantly with the chokeslam. He continues he stride towards his rematch with Jushin Liger next Sunday. -Victoria & Michelle McCool VS Ayako Hamada & Mickie James: A fast paced back and forth womens battle takes place. In the end though a missed chick kick is countered into a Windows peaks for the 3 count. Victoria continues her winning streak heading towards her Championship match with Awesome Kong at Judgment Day. -The Pope comes out with the Brotherhood and says that tonight he will prove how much better the holy ones are than that devil Goldberg by allowing Ron Killings to drive home the Truth tonight. Goldberg comes out. -Goldberg VS Ron “The Truth” Killings: Goldberg with the spear and jackhammer in 2:01. Pope and Ezekiel go to rush the ring but Goldberg snorts at them with a sneers, which makes them thing otherwise. They drop off the apron and look on as Goldberg leaves. -Best of 5 Series 2nd Match for the Tag Team titles: Paul London and Brian Kendrick VS The Motor City Machine Guns: Despite Sabin looking obviously distracted to begin with which allows Shelly to get beaten down when Sabin isn’t paying attention for the tag on the apron, eventually Sabin gets into it and the Guns fight back. The rest of the match lives up to their fantastic battle at Foundation and then some as its high flying offense and double team combination one after the other that wow the people and boggle the mind. In the closing moments The Guns hit the Made in Detroit and go for the cover on London but Kendrick break it up with a standing senton. All hell then breaks loose and the fists start flying back and forth, an all out brawl as all four men are in the ring. When Dolph Ziggler then walks out onto the stage, his cocky swagger back and as strides down the ramp and throws holds the X Division title up. That gets Sabin’s attention. He then escorts Velvet to the bottom of the ramp, the new X rated couple grinning into the ring as him and then starts to make out passionately, Velvet jumping up and riding Dolph as he grins broadly into the ring at Sabin. Chris Sabin’s face goes a new shade of red, he now runs across the ring and through the ropes, down onto Ziggler hammering into him as the crowd roars. However he has left Shelly high and dry in the ring as he holds out his arms and yells for Sabin to get back here, Kendrick then runs up behind him, up the corner and down with Sliced Bread for 1…2…3! Londrick win the second match of the series and their second straight victory in a row. The crowd who were behind the new team cheers as London and Kendrick hug each other and rise with their hands held high by the referee. On the outside Sabin is looking into the ring and curses, knowing what he has done…but then from behind comes Dolph who drives him down with the zigzag on the entrance ramp! He then stands with a grin and goes to leave when Kofi Kingston runs down and hammers into him to a heavy cheer. Referee and security now break that up as London and Kendrick go back to celebrating with the fans. “And if they win another one” JR says “they will win the Tag team titles.” -King Kobashi VS Naomichi Marufuji: We are told KENTA is away on a tour with Noah this week. After a stiff hard hitting chop and kick filled match Kobashi hits the Burning Sword hammer and gets the win. As his music plays he goes over and grabs a microphone, leaning over to Marufuji and in Japanese saying “I am the king of Japanese pro wrestling. You are nothing. So go and tell your partner that there is only one Kenta Kobashi and he is a King!” With that he raises his hands up to heavy boos and leaves. -Backstage interview with the Miz and Wade Barrett. Miz says he doesn’t care who he faces at Judgment Day because he will beat either of those overrated Indy morons. -Hulk Hogan and RVD come out. They lay into the Rock and John Cena and then challenge them to a match at Judgment Day. Cena and Rock then appear on the titantron live via satellite because they were “too busy to come to that backwards down.” They lay into Hogan and RVD and then accept the challenge. The match is on. -Number one Contendership match: Bryan Danielson VS AJ Styles: This lives up to their classic last year at King of Ring for sure. It is a wrestling masterpiece as they start out with scientific wrestling to start then transition into high impact offense, suplexes, kicks, flying from mostly AJ. Then after nearly 25 minutes Bryan hits the regal plex but AJ kicks out. A few minutes later AJ hits the Styles clash but the ROH Pure Champion kicks out! They then stand and go for each other again…when the bell ring. The TV time limit has expired, it’s the end of Raw and Finkle had no choice but announce the match as a time limit draw. JR and King are confused as to who gets the title shot as we go off the air. Smackdown! -We open SD with Dusty Rhodes coming to the ring announcing that he has made a decision regarding the WWF title match at Judgment Day. He says that he could make a triple threat match but…he has had a better idea. Seeing as how there was tension between the Nexus last week, he wants to see if they can hold together, also if Bryan and AJ can…work together. See, he announces that as Judgment Day it will be a Tag Team match of the Nexus against AJ Styles & Bryan Danielson. And the person of AJ, Bryan and Barrett who gets the pin fall or submission in that match will get a WWF title shot straight afterwards. But…if the Miz gets the fall then he does not have to defend his WWF title at Judgment Day. The crowd and everyone react to that as Dusty leaves to the ring. -When we come back we here from the Nexus who are laughing. They say that Dusty has just handed the Miz an easy night because that incident last week was just a minor spat that they have sorted out now. And they know that AJ and Bryan can’t work together. So, Miz says, Dusty you have just allowed me to use Barrett legally to stop them from ever getting their title shot at JD. He then says that Judgment will be the night of the Nexus, the Miz and it will be AWESOME! -King Kobashi VS Naito: King Kobashi. -The Easy Ryders VS the FBI: The Easy Ryders -The Rock and John Cena cut another pre taped promo making fun of RVD and Hogan. They say at Judgment day the crash test dummy and the broken down old dog will be put down. -Kofi Kingston VS Ron Killings: Kofi Kingston -Brian Kendrick w/ Paul London VS Chris Sabin w/ Alex Shelly: Awesome X Division match but is marred by Sabin being a little of his game, more so when Ziggler and Velvet appear on the stage allowing Kendrick to get the backslide for the 3 count. Shelly head is low and shaking at ringside and London and Kendrick celebrate again. It is not looking good for the Guns and their tag team titles. -Rob Van Dam VS Christian: Rob Van Dam -Bryan Danielson cuts a promo about his title opportunity at Judgment day saying that Dusty’s choice is fine. Because no matter he had to go through Miz, Barrett or even his partner AJ he will get the title shot and he will be WWF Champion again! -The Big Show VS AJ Styles: Styles throw everything he has as Show and does buckle him, but the Giant always comes back and hammer and throws AJ down and across the ring. In the end AJ nails the pele kick but that just stumbles Big Show. He the hits the ropes and comes in but is caught in for the chokeslam, but then kicks out of it and then nails Show with a second Pele kick, then a third with finally sends the giant down. But as he goes in to cover Miz hits the ring and drops AJ with the SCF for the DQ. Barrett and Miz now lay into AJ beating him down as Big Show join then and chokeslams AJ down hard into the mat then leaves him to the wolves…until Bryan hits the ring and fights the Nexus off, sending then into retreat as refs and security arrive and break it when Smackdown comes to a close.
WWF May Week 3 Go Home Show 2012 Raw -Opening promo from the Company. Miz brags about what he did last week to Samoa Joe and then he and Barrett mock Dusty’s match he made for this Sunday saying that he may as well have just given Miz the night off, because he won’t be defending this WWF title on Sunday! Dolph Ziggler taunts some about Sabin with Velvet on his arm and then moves on to Kofi Kingston who he says has got very very lucky and a lot of help from Sabin over the past two weeks and on Sunday he is going to put him down. Miz goes to talk again when Dusty comes out and says he is fining Miz and Barrett 10 thousand dollars each for what they did last week and just as he said last week if they do anything like that again Miz will be stripped of the WWF title and Barrett the MITB briefcase. He then says that he will give them a chance to flex their muscles as a tag team again tonight when they renew their greatest tag team rivalry in the main event against the men Dolph may know; The Motor City Machine Guns! -Paul London and Bryan Kendrick VS the Easy Ryders VS the Dudley Boyz: A heated three corners tag team bout explodes on Raw with action all around and Tag team maneuvers that astound from Londrick. In the final moment’s all hell has broken lose and in the middle of the chaos Bubba throws Robbie E into the ropes and the Dudley’s nail the 3D! But as they go for the cover Kendrick breaks it and beats D-Von back into the corner. As he does Ryder turns the rising Bubba around and nails the Rough Ryder! But then that’s broken up by London who then body slams Ryder and then hits the standing shooting star press for the 3 count! The crowd loves it; London and Kendrick win in spectacular fashion! What a match and what a streak London and Kendrick are on. They celebrate, jumping up onto the turnbuckles and holding their hands up to loud cheers. “And folks if they win their match on Sunday they will become the tag team champions best 3 out of the 5 in a whitewash. And seeing as what has happened lately between the Tag Team Champions, who are in action against the WWF Champion and Wade Barrett later, I would put money on London and Kendrick becoming the new Tag Team Champions on Sunday!” With that London and Kendrick leave, slapping hands with the fans as we go to break. -Backstage interview with Kofi Kingston where he says he will do everyone proud when he wins the X Division Championship from the show off on Sunday. -Kofi Kingston VS Brodus Clay: Brodus takes it to Kofi but Kofi eventually manages to nail the trouble in paradise and get the victory. -King Kobashi comes to the ring and in broken English says that he called KENTA out last week and he knows he is here. He says that KENTA stole his name and he is a pretender, he then says that he doesn’t need his names in all capitals to be noticed. Finally he says that is KENTA has any guts he will come out here and face him. KENTA hits the ring and slams into Kobashi with stiff chops, Kobashi though hammers back with ones of his own, going for the burning sword hammer but KENTA ducks it then heaves Kobashi up and nails the GTS! The crowd roars in approval as referees come out and separate the men, taking Kobashi to the back as KENTA stands tall in the ring gesturing for Kobashi to bring more. -The Big Show comes to the ring and is interviewed about his rematch with Jushin “Thunder” Liger for IC title on Sunday. He says that he destroyed Liger a Foundation, he beat him down more than any man ever has, so much that Liger had to get the cheap count out to win at Foundation. He then says that if Liger had any guts he would make Sundays match No count out and No DQ. Liger comes out, returning to a huge ovation and accepts. He then says simply that Big Show had him hurt last hit, this time he will have to hurt him far worse than that to take his title, of which he holds up. The match is set for Sunday. -Sarita VS Victoria: Victoria with a decisive win and then the widows peak. She gestures a title belt around her waist as she leaves. -Backstage we see a heated conversation between Shelly and Sabin where Shelly is telling Sabin that he better stop this crap because it is costing. He says that he will have the day when he will get Dolph, but for right now he needs to focus. Tonight he has a chance to prove a point by beating not only Dolph’s allies but also the WWF Champion and MITB winner! And then they need to focus on winning on Sunday because if they don’t its all over because of her! He then asks if Sabin hears him and slaps him across the face then saying that if he lets that happen he lets Dolph and her win because they will have cost him everything including the Tag Team titles. He then leaves, knocking into the camera as Sabin looks up after him. -1st Hour Main Event: The Rock and John Cena come to the ring and taunt Hogan and RVD some more. Hogan and RVD come out, the insults flying back and forth and promises that each side will destroy each other Sunday at Judgment Day. -The Pope comes to the ring and says that he has asked for and has been granted a rematch with Goldberg on Sunday. He says that all the demonics will stop because despite recent setbacks he has a holy surprise for the demon at Judgment Day, mentioning how apt that PPV names is for Goldberg. -Brother Ezekiel VS Naito: Brother Ezekiel dominates and then nails the dominator for the 3 count. At least one brotherhood member is standing strong as of late, Truth and Pope grin and raise his hands proclaiming as Zeek sneers into the camera. -King and JR go over the Judgment Day card including the match just added KENTA VS King Kobashi. -Main Event: The Nexus VS the Motor City Machine Guns: AJ Styles and Bryan Danielson come to sit in on commentary for this one, wanting to watch their opponents for Sunday up close. The match then begins, Miz starting out cocky but when Shelly takes it to him he tags in Barrett who cleans house. On commentary AJ and Bryan both bring forward good points why they should be WWF Champion and why they will get the win and shot on Sunday, however they do start to clash and somewhat argue over who of them it should be. AJ says that he deserves the chance due to all the screw jobs and Bryan says it’s time for new blood in the title picture, for someone else to get a shot. Barrett and Miz now cut off the ring and for minuets work away on Shelly, Sabin looking on begging for tag on the apron but Shelly keeps being hammered, it even look all over when Barrett nails the black hole slam into the cover, but Sabin breaks up the cover. The crowd though then come alive with boos as Dolph Ziggler and Velvet Sky stride down to ringside and just like last week start to make out. It does indeed gets Sabin’s attention, looking over with fierce anger at them as they kiss. In the ring then Shelly nails the tornado DDT on Miz and the crowd goes wild, stomping and clapping as he comes for the tag. Sabin looks like he is distracted, but then shoots back a look towards the ring with fire in his eyes and…Shelly get the hot tag and crowd blows the roof of as Sabin flies into the ring with a new wind, a new fire, his confidence is back as takes both Miz and Barrett down with a series of dropkicks and then a spinning heel on Miz into a cover for 2. Miz though comes back and then goes for the SCF but Sabin spins out of that and drops him with the Cradle Shock! But Ziggler is now on the apron…but then Sabin stands and runs over dropkicking him off the apron! Shelly then runs across the ring and nails Barrett sending him flying into the announce table. Back in the ring then the two pick Miz up and set up, nailing the Made in Detroit for 1….2….3! The crowd goes berserk as the Guns music hits and they jump up being handed their title belts and getting their hands raised. Dolph Ziggler now rises with the help of Velvet and looks into the ring in disbelief and then rage, having a tantrum and then charging off. Barrett himself can’t believe it, also mad, slamming the announce table. “Chris Sabin is back! The old Chris Sabin! Perhaps better than ever!” JR calls “London and Kendrick have a fight on their hands. The Guns have just beat the Nexus, and have just pinned the WWF champion! My God! What does this mean for Sunday. From Fresno folks goodnight!” JR calls as the Guns continue to celebrate, Sabin and Dolph screaming at each other over the ropes while AJ and Bryan now get into a stare down with Wade as Barrett grabs Chelsea and leaves with her, Miz picking himself up in the ring and wondering what has happened, then seeing Barrett leaving with his women, narrowing his eyes at that but following as they and Cornette call for him to follow. The Guns stand tall and AJ and Bryan look on as the logo appears and the show fades to black. Smackdown -Smackdown kicks off with the Nexus coming to the ring and saying that what happened on Monday was a fluke. And that it will just renew their fire to destroy Bryan and AJ on Sunday. Tag Team Titles Best of 5 Series Match Number 3
*Play Londrick & the Guns*
The crowd is alive, still standing somewhat in a buzz for this one as London and Kendrick stand on one side of the ring; on the other is Alex Shelly and the rejuvenated Chris Sabin. Both teams remove their designer no sleeved entrance jackets and hand them to ring hands, the Guns then removing their tag team titles and handing them over to the referee as they turn and go back to the icy stare down between the four men. “Chris Sabin came back to life after a month of almost a coma on Raw last week, allowing the Guns to beat the Nexus and pin the WWF Champion. That is a hell of wave of momentum they are riding into this one” JR calls. “Yeah, but JR London and Kendrick have been tearing through everyone, including the Guns, they are undefeated since coming back to the WWF in April. And have beaten the Motor City Machine Guns twice now in this series. If they win this then they win the Tag Team titles JR” King replies as now the referee shows the belts to London and Kendrick, then holds them up to the crowd to a cheer. “Yes indeed. This and any other match, if there is any, will be a Tag Team title match. So essentially by winning the first two matches London and Kendrick have now got themselves three straight title shots. It will be hard to beat those odds” JR replies. “I don’t think they will beat these odds” King replies “I think those belts are going home with them tonight.” “Well. Let’s find out. Here we go” JR says as now the referee has hadn’t over the belt and now gets between Kendrick and Sabin who are starting this off and calls for the bell. Kendrick and Sabin now start circling each other, feeling each other out around the ring now as we are underway. Kendrick stops circling now and reaches out, wriggling his fingers as Sabin to now comes in doing the same until with a start they lock hands, pushing against each other in a test of strength until Sabin grabs a side headlock. Kendrick though at once shoots him into the ropes and then on the rebound goes for a spinning heel kick but Sabin ducks it, Brian lands on his feet and turns as Sabin now grabs him and takes him over with a hip toss, Kendrick though brings his feet up and kicks Sabin off as he ducks down, then kips up and runs in taking Sabin down with a flying forearm. He then grabs the arm of Sabin and wrenches on it, before them running up the ropes and spinning boarding off them down into an arm drag sending Sabin flying across the ring. The crowd cheers for that a Sabin gets to his knees and glares over to the waiting Kendrick in a ready stance, London clapping to on the apron as Shelly yells for Chris to get back into it. They stand and now circle each other again until Sabin now runs in with a closeling but Kendrick ducks it with the matrix like limbo then goes behind and hooks the head but Sabin elbows out of that and goes behind, grabbing the waist and taking him over with a German suplex into a bridge, but Kendrick rolls back over and through, hooking the legs into a cover of his own for one. The two stand and go for each other again though this time Sabin takes Kendrick down with a side headlock takedown and then goes around and locks in a dragon sleeper with body scissors, pulling Kendrick down into the mat. Kendrick refuses to give in as the referee gets in his face, Sabin in response then reels back and hammers down with back elbows to the gut. Kendrick continues to cry out but stay in the hold, then able to shoot over and place his foot on the bottom rope for the clean break. Sabin stands with aggravation from that and leans down to pick Kendrick up but Kendrick shoots back a hard kick to the face and then stand, running in and taking Sabin down with a head scissors take down into a head leg scissors on his head on the mat. Sabin struggles in that for a moment but is then able to get onto his feet and jump over into in the head scissors into a pinning predicament. Kendrick manages to get his shoulders off the mat at one, but stays in the position, grabbing the wait and to a cheer standing with it twisting out of that into a rear headlock, but Sabin reverses that into a northern lights suplex. Sabin now stands and goes over, tagging in on Shelly now. Alex coming in as Kendrick tags out to London and rolls out under the bottom rope. Now it’s London and Shellys turn to circle each other, feel each other out around the ring until they now launch forward and lock up in the collar and elbow. London as once drops down and sweeps the legs, pushing Shelly down to the face on the mat and going around to the legs, but Shelly turns over and kicking him off into the corner then stand and runs in, taking London over to the centre of the mat out the corner with a monkey flip then leaping up onto the top rope and flying off with a diving corkscrew as London stands taking him down into a cover for 2. Shelly now stands and whips London to the ropes but Paul leaps up onto the top rope as he reaches the corner and then spin around in the air off the top rope down with a diving cross body for a 2 count. Paul and Alex stand again and now trade hard forearms to the head back and forth, London then kicking Shelly in the gut and then jumping over into a sunset flip to 2, rolling back out of that and going for a shoot kick but Shelly ducks it and then grabs his legs as he turns, standing with that and turning into the wheelbarrow, heaving London up as he calling over for Sabin. Sabin nods and then leaps up onto the top rope and down with a springboard leg drop driving London head into the mat as Shelly hits the wheelbarrow face buster. The crowd goes crazy for that move the gun stand and pumps their fists to the crowd. Sabin goes back out and grabs the tag rope as Shelly comes over and tags him back in. Sabin in and runs over, pulling London back with the leg from making the tag and then locks in the single leg Boston crab, really pulling back on it as London cried out in pain. Paul crawled over the ring, clawing over it to finally grab the bottom rope for the break. Sabin though then pulled him up and hammered into him, then hooking him with a double under hook, but Paul got out that and hammered away on Chris, he then grabbed his head and took him over to the corner, driving him head down into it and tagging Kendrick in now. Kendrick leaping over the top rope and now both men took as arm of Sabin and shoot him off the ropes into the opposite ropes into a double dropkick followed with a synchronized standing Senton from London to Sabin’s head and moonsault to Sabin’s body from Kendrick. London then got out of the ring as Kendrick now hooked the leg for 2. Kendrick now pulled Sabin up and hammered into his gut, then goes for a vertical suplex but Sabin reverses that into one of his own, heaving Kendrick up, going to throw Kendrick down with a forward suplex on the top rope, but Kendrick manages to get his feet down and then springboard off the rope, around and then down with a tornado DDT! Into a cover for 1….2….NO! Sabin just gets the shoulder up. Kendrick now scoops Chris up again but Sabin comes to life now and throws Kendrick into the ropes, Kendrick running back but then up and falls onto Sabin with double knees to the face for the diving face breaker knee smash into a cover for another 2. Kendrick now picks up Sabin’s head off and the mat and locks in a sleeper hold now, wrenching back on it and the pro Gun crowd now start to clap and stomp, willing Sabin to get out of it. Finally Chris is able to power to his feet and drive back elbows to the gut, but as he does Kendrick jumps over for the flash forward face breaker. He then goes over and tags in London who leaps up onto the top rope and down with a missile dropkick, then follows that up with a spinning leg drop into a cover for 2. London now goes over with a headlock but Sabin rolls back onto his feet and jumps up nailing a back kick sending London down. Sabin now goes over and tags in Shelly, using the top rope and slingshot Shelly into the ring and down onto London with a dropkick. Sabin heads out onto the top rope as now Shelly gets 2 from a cover attempt. Shelly now picks up London and Irish whips him towards the corner, London though leaps up onto the second rope as he Shelly run in comes down with the mushroom stomp to the back and then jumps off onto his feet as Shelly turns around and hooks him and hitting the frakensteiner into a cover for 2. London now picks up Shelly and goes for a elbow smash but Shelly ducks it and then drops him with a sit out face breaker. The crowd cheers as now Shelly heads out onto the apron, pointing to the top rope and climbing up onto it and as London stands flies off and hits the diving kneeling jawbreaker for 1…..2….NO! London gets his shoulder up. Shelly then hits nails a few good elbows and then nails the backpack stunner for another 2 count. He is frustrated as that as he heaves London up and drags him in the corner, booting away with hard kicks to the gut and then tagging in Sabin now. He then picks London up, heaving him up in the doomsday device position as Sabin heads to top rope now and flies off with a dropkick for the Doomsday dropkick. The crowd explodes for that one as Sabin scrambles over and covers, the referee making sure Shelly leaves before turning and counting for 1….2….Kendrick runs in and breaks that up. Sneering back as Sabin as he looks up at him anger as he heads back to the apron. Sabin them goes back to London and hits him with a double under hook suplex, then goes over and tags Shelly back in who leaps up onto the top rope and flies off with a frog splash…but at the last second London moves out of the way leaving Alex to crash and burn on the mat. The pro Londrick fans now come alive, yelling, clapping and stomping for London to get moving now, he comes to life and then starts to crawl now across the ring, looking up as Kendrick holds out his hand as far as it will go, shaking his body as he yells for Paul to move it and tag him. Finally London does jump up and hot tags Brian in. But at the last second Shelly also tags Sabin in. But Kendrick and Sabin run at each other with a full head of steam, Sabin running right into a dropkick but standing right from it into a second dropkick, standing right from it again into a dropsault, but he grabs Kendrick as he flips over, grabbing the head and reversing it into a DDT for 1….2….NO! Sabin now pounds the mat at that and heads out onto the top rope now, climbing up. But Kendrick is up and runs the ring, dropkicking Sabin off the top rope and sending him flying hard into the crowd barrier chest first! The crowd let out a massive “oh!” as Sabin impacts the black hard and falls to lay, clutching his chest on the black mats. When finally he rises still clutching his chest Kendrick his the ropes, runs the ring and flies over with the Whirling Twirlixer (Diving somersault corkscrew plancha)! The crowd blows the roof off for that move as both men lay out on the mats. Kendrick is obviously the first to rise but does so right into a cross body plancha from Shelly! The suicide dive taking them both down now. Finally now both men rise when London is up, then as Sabin and Shelly gather, steadies himself and then flies off with a shooting star press down onto both Guns taking them out of the floor far below! The crowd is going nuts, jumping up and down with cheers and some “holy shit” chants going out as replays of the moves, especially that last one are shown multiple times. When we come back to live action all four men are up and brawling, trading vicious shots back and forth on the out. Sabin is able to grab the head of London and drive it into the crowd barrier, then turns…right into a dropsault from Kendrick taking him down. But then Shelly runs up behind him and nails a jumping reverse DDT on the floor! Sabin now grabs Kendrick and throws him back into the ring now. He then grabs him and then front suplexes him down off the top rope, swinging him around and turning that into a spinning falcon arrow for 1…..2…..NO! Kendrick just gets that shoulder up. Sabin now stands and yells out, cutting the air and signaling for the end, waiting and gesturing for Kendrick to rise now. But the boos reign down now and Sabin’s attention is taken as Dolph Ziggler appears with the X Division title on one shoulder and the scantily clad Velvet Sky on the other. “Oh no. This is a great match, don’t you dare come down and ruin this!” JR yells as Ziggler has a cocky grin on his face swaggering down this aisle. “He’s the X Division champion. He can do whatever he wants JR” King replies “including Velvet haha!” “That’s not even funny. He has a title match of his own later. He needs to get the hell out of here. Oh wait!” JR yells as in the ring Sabin’s attention is on Ziggler and Velvet, yelling at them with from the mat Kendrick grabs him and rolls him up for 1….2….NO!!! Sabin just kicks out and the crow lets out a massive gasp, massive relief for the Guns fans on that one. Ziggler also did it and Sabin knows it. Both men rise up and Kendrick runs it with a kick but Sabin catches it, so Kendrick nails the ensurguri! He then covers for another quick 2 count. Shelly is now on the apron and is yelling over at Ziggler and Velvet now, but stops himself, knowing that he almost got caught up doing exactly what he was yelling at Sabin for on Monday and turning he attention back to the mat yelling “come on Chris! Come on! Ignore them! We got this! We need this!” He yells, holding out his hand and begging for the tag. Kendrick now pulls Sabin over by the head and tags in London now. They then hit the double Japanese arm drag and then both set up, London heaving Sabin up in the powerbomb as Kendrick goes to the top rope, London backing into him so he can grab the head and hit Sliced Bread number 2 off of Paul’s shoulders as he hits the sit out powerbomb for the Tower of London! The crowd pops huge for that move as now Kendrick is forced out of the ring but London has the legs hooked in the sit out position for 1…..2……NO! Shelly runs in and hits a running dropkick to the face of London to break it up! He then is forced back to the corner, on the outside Dolph yells for it himself, as does Velvet and point to the corner, directing the referee as the interested party they were. London is out on the mat for a moment and when he rises Sabin has already crawled across the ring and tagged in Shelly who runs in and takes London down with a swinging fisherman suplex and covers but London runs in and breaks that up. But now Sabin is up and runs in hammering into him, the four men no breaking out into a heated brawl. Sabin then kicks London away then runs over and runs over Kendrick for the overhead neckbreaker, then as he hits the mat belly first brings his head up as Shelly runs in and nails a dropkick into it. Then as he rolls out of the ring they grab London and him up for the made in Detroit…but London pushes Sabin off the top rope and then turns Shelly’s powerbomb part into a hurricanrana. He then runs up onto the top rope and then flies off with the 450 splash…but Shelly moves out of the way leaving him to crash and burn then crawls over and covers for 1….2….NO! London kicks out! “My God what heart! What a match here!” JR calls as the crowd is now in a frenzy. Sabin now comes back and heaves London in between his legs then up into the powerbomb. As Shelly stands he sees this and runs in and as Sabin powerbombs London hits the backstabber! But as Shelly goes for the cover Ziggler is on the apron distracting the referee to heavy boos. Sabin sneers up at this and then runs over, nailing the shinning wizard of Dolph and sending him falling hard off the apron to a huge cheer! He then turns and runs in dropkicking Kendrick down as Shelly heads to the top rope and flies off with the frog splash for 1….2….3!
The crowd explodes in cheers as the Guns music hits. “Ladies and Gentleman here are your winners of the 3rd Match: The Motor City Machine Guns!” Finkle calls to another huge cheers. “They did it! They did it! They retained their titles! The Guns are back in the hunt. Thank God for Sabin getting his head back on” JR calls over the noise. “Yeah but its only one JR. They have to win the next two if they want to keep them, they can’t lose a single one if they want to keep those belts” King replies. On the outside now Dolph is helped up, out of his feet as Velvet helps him too his feet and then carries him away as he yells into the ring in anger “poor Dolph! He has a wrestle later for his X Division title JR!” King exclaims as Ziggler is taken away to the back. In the ring now the Guns are handed their belts and hug them to themselves, then run over and hug each other. Shelly breaks it and nods at him with a broad smile saying “see. See this is you! Well done!” He smiles at his partner. They then go over to the corners and hold their titles belts up high there as London and Kendrick look on. The series continues.
*Play ominous package*
Goldberg VS Pope *Play Entrances*
Goldberg sneers over at Pope, seeming pissed just to be in this match again on his first WWF PPV. The Brotherhood gives a last few holy words before parting and heading to ringside. The referee then shakes his head and calls for the bell. Pope crossed himself in a last minute prayer then rushes forward and hammers into Goldberg, but it has no effect, he grabs him by the throat and heaves Pope up driving him in the mat with his version of the chokeslam. He then backs off into the corners and snorts, getting into position for it as Pope stands and turns…charging out of the corner and spearing Pope in half! The crowd is going crazy as he rises then signals for it. He then scoops Pope up and under hooks the arm, heaving him up and around then down with the jackhammer! Hooking the leg for 1….2….3!
The crowd roars and Goldberg’s music hits and he just lies over the fallen Pope. He then starts and sneers over to Killings and Jackson as they come to enter the ring. Jackson keeps going, looking like he wants to fight Goldberg but is held back and dragged down by Truth. Goldberg then shakes his head and leaves. Leaving Pope down and out on the mat and still undefeated in a very easy night.
Women’s Championship
*Play Kong & Victoria*
The bell rings and we are under way. Both women come out of their corners, starring daggers at each other as they go nose to nose in the centre of the ring. Kong sneering down at Victoria who just stares right back up at her. Victoria then reels back and strikes Kong first, beating her back across the ring and almost into the ropes when Kong gets a hand up and blocks it, hammering back with less but more forceful blows that beat Victoria back to the centre of the ring. Kong then swings with a closeline but Victoria ducks underneath and raises her hands back in a ready fighting stance. Again Kong launches forward for the closeline and again Victoria ducks underneath, this time running forward and jumping up onto Kong, curling around her body like a snake, hooking her head in the sleeper and pulling her down towards the mat. Kong storms around the ring frantically for a few moments trying to get her off but eventually starts to fade from the hold, stumbling back a little and dropping down onto one knee. Victoria nods her head as she vices in the hold stronger, clenching her teeth to exert all her might. The referee is in Kong’s face asking her if she quits when suddenly her eyes snap open and she stands, using all her strength to drop back and drive Victoria down into the mat but at the last second before impact on the mat Victoria counters that and rolls Kong up for 2. Kong kicks out and finally the two are pulled apart. Both women stand and Victoria knows she needs to keep on her, nailing Kong with a couple of good shots as she rises and then hitting the rope and coming back to the kneeling Kong and hitting a quick dropkick that sends Kong flying to the outside. “Wow Kong is in real trouble here” JR comments. Kong reached up and uses the ring apron to pull herself up onto one knee as the referee counts. In the ring Victoria has stood and now hits the far rope, coming off and diving over the top rope with a cross body but Kong manages to catch her out of the air, turns around and scoop slams Victoria hard back first on the announce table. Victoria lets out a cry of pain and the crowd reacts loudly and winces. A couple of replays shown of the brutal move. Kong takes a moment before shaking her head, shaking off the grogginess from earlier and comes back in. She grabs Victoria and throws her back into the ring and following over the top rope. Victoria rises but Kong grabs her and nails a clubbing blow to the back that send the veteran women down in pain. Victoria starts to rise but is again hammering into the mat with a clubbing blow, and again and again. Victoria comes up again and Kong grabs her, hooking her arms and driving her down with Tiger Driver. Cover for 1...2...NO! Victoria gets the shoulder up. Kong stands and grabs Victoria again, lifting her in her arms and then driving her down to the mat with a forward drop down slam. Another cover for another 2. Kong shakes her head and picks Victoria up and this time drops her with a scoop slam she follows up with a leg drop. She then goes around the head and hooks it in a reverse chin lock. Victoria’s legs kick for a moment until she is able to bring one leg up and kick Kong twice hard in the skull and make her release the hold. She takes the advantage standing, limping for a moment in pain but fighting through it and running forward hitting and standing cross body into a pin for 2! Victoria takes no chances and heads to the top rope diving off and nailing the missile dropkick for 2. Victoria rises to her knees in pain and fatigue but continues to fight on. Victoria runs forward for the monster again but Kong manages to grab Hamada coming in by the legs, drop her to the mat, turn her onto her belly and apply a Boston crab. Victoria fights the pain and eventually powers out, turning around and coming it again but Kong catches her by grabbing the legs, turning and nailing a perfect Alabama slam. Cover for 1...2...NO! Kong lifts her up again and begins working away with hard shots to the ribs and then a strong head but sending her back down to the mat. Kong then runs into the ropes and leaps up coming in for the big splash…but at the last moment Victoria moves out the way! Victoria stands and fighting her own body heads to the top rope, waiting for Kong to stand and then nailing a diving cross body. She does not go for the cover but instead stands in a ready stance waving her hands for Kendra to stand and when the monster does nailing the superkick. Cover for 1...2....NO! Kong gets the shoulder up. Victoria rises up with her hands on her thighs and breathing heavily but fights herself on She picks Kong up and hits a jumping up wheel DDT. Cover for 1...2...NO! Again Kong kicks out. Victoria is barely able to breathe from fatigue as she heads over and climbs the top rope once again. Standing with her back to Kong and then as she stands flies off with a moonsault. But no! Kong manages to catch her upside down out the sir and hits the sit-down reverse piledriver. Cover for 1...2....NO! Victoria kicks out to a huge reaction from the capacity crowd. Kong looks angry now as she stumbles to her feet. Grabbing Victoria and turning her, hoisting her up for the Implant buster…but no! Victoria drops back out of it turning it into a tornado DDT for 1...2...NO! Kong kicks out again! Victoria stands again, signally the end and as Kong stands nailing her down with another super kick for 1...2......NO! Kong just powers the shoulder off the mat. Victoria now lifts Kong up but the Monster now comes to life, driving three consecutive head-buts into Victoria and then grabbing her head, pulling her in and hoisting her up, driving her into the mat with an Awesome Bomb for 1…2…3!
“Here is your winner” Finkle calls as her music hits “and STILL World Wrestling Federation Women’s Champion! Awesome Kong!” Kong stands and snatches her belt from the official, getting her hand raised and then grabbing her title belt with both hands and throwing it up, holding it up to both sides to loud cheers and then leaves, leaving Victoria out of the mat, another victim beaten, another month retained of her Women’s title.

KENTA VS KENTA
*Play Kobashi VS KENTA*
Kobashi flicks his hooded robe in disgust as KENTA as he enters the ring, KENTA sneered at that. Kobashi then backs into his corner and pulls down his hood, before removing the robe and handing it to a ring hand who he told to look after it well, threatening with his deadly chops. KENTA shakes his head as they now step forward out of their corners. “For those who don’t know Kenta Kobashi trained KENTA in the All Japan Dojo. So he not only knew his name but agreed to him using it for his career” JR tells us. “Yeah but that was before he disrespected him in WWF JR. Remember what he said months ago about his change to King Kobashi. He never forgot that! KENTA is a disgrace to the name and he will be put down by the King here tonight!” King replies. “Your logic is as flawed as Kobashi’s” JR scoffs “Kobashi’s used to be a respected veteran loved all over Japan. But I know they must be shaking their heads at what he had become, what he has said.” The referee now stands between they that stare across the ring at each other from their corners. He checks with them both and…rings the bell. They circle each other for a moment and then finally after a fierce stare down launch forward into a collar and elbow tie up. Kobashi backs KENTA into the ropes and when forced to break swings with the spinning chop but KENTA ducks it and gets back to the centre of the ring. They circle each other again and then KENTA runs in with the arched big boot but Kobashi swats it away, but KENTA manages to get in a chop to the chest, then another. But he had started to play Kobashi’s game now. The King comes to life hammering away with hard back hand chops to the chest, KENTA takes them and then hits the ropes running in and hitting the arched big boot, but Kobashi doesn’t go down, just turning and staring back at him. KENTA is wide eyed then hits the ropes again, Kobashi goes for a chop but KENTA ducks underneath it and hits the opposite ropes but comes in right into another hard chop to the face. Kobashi then hits the ropes and comes back right into a running arched big boot taking him down to the mat to a cheer from the crowd. Kobashi rises from that right into a hard side kick taking his head off and sending him falling back down to the mat. His brown kick pads rebounded off the head of that one as the replays show. KENTA now comes in but Kobashi then rises up to life and hammers into him with hard slow but extremely powerful chops to the chest, each sounding like a gunshot going off. The master of the chops hammers away making KENTA’s chest raw and then going for the spinning chop, but he comes around KENTA jumps up and nails a jumping side kick to the back of the head sending Kobashi stumbling back. KENTA stands from that and then double under hooks the arms from behind, dropping back for a reverse tiger suplex into a bridge for a 2 count. Kobashi rises from that right into KENTA who runs in and starts hammering away with the beginnings of the KENTA rush, but as he turns to run for the ropes for the last part Kobashi reaches out and grabs him, pulling him back in almost a sleeper hold, under hooking one arm and driving KENTA back down hard onto his head with the half nelson suplex. KENTA now rolls away holding his head as the sneering King takes a moment to recover then stands and comes in. KENTA though is up and runs in driving arched boots to the head a couple of times with a face of rage then grabs then head and takes him over with the snapmare, then standing and nailing a shoot kick to the shoulder blades, the kick pads slapping with force as he does it again and again. He then runs and hits the ropes taking the seated Kobashi down with a running boot to the head. Then drops down and covers for a quick 2 count. KENTA now pulls Kobashi up and then backs him into the ropes, shooting him off the with the Irish whip then as he hits the other ropes runs in and nails his running big boot to the head again sending Kobashi down. Kobashi now rolls out under the bottom rope to try and catch a breather on the outside, waving off the warning referee and KENTA and holding himself as he breaths it off on the outside. The referee begins his count. KENTA though pushes him aside and comes out after him, hammering into him with a hard shot then grabbing the arm and Irish whipping him hard back first into the guard rail. He then runs up with a full head of steam and big boots KENTA over the security into the front row! The fans parting as security hold them back. KENTA then reaches over and grabs the out of it Kobashi, pulling him back over the wall and towards the ring, driving him face into the ring apron, the climbing up onto the ring apron and pulling Kobashi up onto it with him. The crowd now begins to buzz, getting louder as KENTA hooks the head and arm for a suplex, trying to heave him up but Kobashi holds his ground and then and then brings up his side karate like chops, hammering them into KENTA’s back then turning him and hooking him for a German suplex! The crowd rumbles loudly, gasping as he is heave up, but KENTA manages to bring his feet back down on the apron then turn, hammering into Kobashi then jump up onto the shoulder and drops back sending him over, flying off the ring apron to the floor with a hurricanrana! Kobashi yells out in pain as his back hits the thin black mats hard. Both Kenta’s falling and lying on the mats as the crowd let out a massive reaction and then roars loudly in disbelief. KENTA is the first to rise but down onto his knees, holding his head to try and shake off the damage he has taken. He then turns and comes back in on Kobashi picking him up, hammering away at the shoulder of Kobashi and then driving it down into the apron before rolling him into the ring and following him in, he then comes in and kicks away at the hurt shoulder over and over, injuring it further. He then picks Kobashi up and slams him with a scoop slam, then kicking at the shoulder again before dropping down and looking in a arm lock, wrenching on that hurt shoulder. The older veteran grimaces at that and then manages to roll back over to sit up but KENTA moves around and delivers a couple more good kick to the arm, he then rolls Kobashi over and now locks in a rear arm breaker with Kobashi on his stomach. Kobashi refuses to give it up despite the immense pain on the shoulder then rolls over to get his feet on the bottom rope for the clean break. But then as KENTA backs off he reaches up and drives a thumb into the eye, taking the advantage off of it to heavy boos as KENTA backs away. Kobashi gets some feeling back into the shoulder and with a sneer comes in and locks in a sleeper hold. KENTA reaches out trying to reach for the ropes as Kobashi pulls him back, but then grabs the head and drops down for the sit out jawbreaker. Kobashi though keeps hold of him, ignoring the pain and heaves KENTA up and throws him back with a sleeper suplex, driving KENTA hard into the mat and rolling away, kicking his legs as he holds his head in pain. Kobashi rises shaking off his hurt shoulder again and comes in on KENTA who is laying out cold on the mat, being checked on by the referee. Kobashi though comes in and throws the ref aside, kicking away hard at KENTA on the mat, then picking him up and driving him down into the mat with a DDT and covering for 2. KENTA sneers at this and then heaves KENTA up, scooping him up and body slamming him down onto the ropes, but keeping hold his legs there and locking him in the tree of woe on the ropes. The referee yells at his for this but he ignores him, then heaves KENTA up to lay vertical in the air between his hold the ropes as the referee counts, setting up a side karate chop and then bringing it down hard across KENTA’s chest, driving him down to the mat below. “My God that looked painful! KENTA literally went head over heels from that chop” JR called as the crowd react, KENTA clutching his chest and rolling away. “This whole match looks like it hurts!” King calls back. KENTA now rises and Kobashi comes in for him again, chopping away it him but holding his arm as the one he uses to chop is the injured one. He however grits his teeth and ignores it chopping away hard again, and again. But now KENTA springs to life and brings up a hard side kick to the shoulder, a chop from Kobashi, a kick from KENTA, but then a few more hard stiff chops the chest turn KENTA around and then down to the mat. Kobashi then reels back with KENTA on the mat and brings down a double axe handle chop the head! KENTA rolls over in pain as Kobashi shakes off his hurt arm some more, aggravated by his chop based offense. Kobashi then picks KENTA up and leans him back, delivering down the burning sword chop to the chest driving KENTA down to the mat, then heaving him up and delivering a side chop to the head sending down to the mat hard again! Kobashi then picks KENTA up again and now hooks him in an octopus stretch, grabbing the leg and wrenching that back as well. KENTA cries out in the hold as Kobashi brings up his hands to pull back on the hurt head, but shakes his head and yells “no!” At the referee when asked if he wants to give it up. KENTA though then brings up and elbow, breaking the grip and getting out of the hold as Kobashi walks away holding his arm. KENTA shakes off the affects of the moves then runs and starts hammering with slaps across the face nailing the chops and kicks, finishing by hitting the ropes and nailing the Busaiku knee kick for the KENTA rush! The crowd cheering as he drops down and covers for 1…..2…..NO! King Kobashi’s shoulder power off the mat to a gasp from the crowd. KENTA slams the mat and then scoops Kobashi up, but Kobashi hammers into him with chops backing him into the corner and now hammering away with rapid chops over and over getting faster and faster with each, the flurry not stopping as dozens of chops hammer into KENTA’s now red raw chest. When finally he stops KENTA falls down to his knees and out on the mat, clutching his chest. He then grabs the arm of KENTA and backs him into the corner, delivering another chop then grabbing the arm and whipping KENTA across the ring, running in for following him in but KENTA uses the ropes to get his foot up and boot Kobashi away. KENTA then heads to the top rope and as Kobashi turns flies off with a diving big boot taking Kobashi’s head off and driving him down into the mat. Kobashi now struggles to rise, slowly though he does. KENTA though is now on the ring apron and leaps up onto the top rope and flies off with a springboard dropkick to the back of Kobashi’s head sending him down hard again as the crowd pops big, they are super into this one now. KENTA now comes over and covers for 1….2…..NO! Again Kobashi kicks out and KENTA can’t believe it. He now comes over and as Kobashi rises to his knees kicks away with hard roundhouse kicks to the chest. But Kobashi gets to his feet and nails another chop, but KENTA grabs the arm from that, wrenching it then bring up a kick to the injured arm again. Then as Kobashi backs into the corner KENTA runs up and nails a running dropkick to the face sending King Kobashi down in the corner, then backs off and runs in nailing a running hesitation dropkick down onto Kobashi in the lower corner, leaving him to fall out of it on the mat. KENTA now comes in and pulls Kobashi back to the centre of the ring, kicking away on him and then but then Kobashi back him into the corner and again goes to work with rabid chops. But KENTA blocks it, but as he stumbles out of the corner Kobashi kicks KENTA in the gut and heaves him up, power bombing KENTA down onto the corner! But he isn’t done, heaving KENTA up and then power bombing him down into the centre of the ring and then jumping over into a cover for 1….2….NO! KENTA gets the shoulder up! The crowd is now exhausted from all this action but cheers heavily; chanting and stomping to will KENTA back on. Kobashi picks him up and now goes for brain buster, but KENTA spins out of that and heaves Kobashi up onto his shoulders for the GTS. But Kobashi drops down out of that, grabs KENTA and heaves him up driving him down into the mat with the Orange Crush Suplex for 1….2…..3!
The crowd boos but can’t help but applaud for that match as both men lay out of it on the mat and Kobashi’s music plays. “Here is your winner: King Kobashi!” Finkle announces. Kobashi now rises, the referee grabbing his hand and holding it up to boos, with some applause from smart fans. He then snatches his hand and away and leaves, storming up the ramp and pumping his fist in the air yelling “Nihon no resuringu no ō!” Over and over meaning “King of Japanese wrestling” and then heads to the back as KENTA rises to a standing ovation, holding his head and body then leaving himself. “Well regardless what a match. These two put it all on the line here tonight and they have certainly got themselves noticed here in the WWF” JR calls as we fade out.
X Division Championship
*Play Entrances*
Kofi jumping up and down in his corner, punching his fists. He looks ready. Dolph strides out with Velvet on him arm, not looking at all happy due to what happened earlier on, giving an extra kick as his glides the ring apron and then steps into the ring. He then removes the X Division title, handing it over to the official as Velvet caresses his shoulder and chest. She then helps him removes his entrance jacket as the official takes the belt and holds it up for all sides to see, then handing it down to the timekeeper. Ziggler is now trash talking across the ring to Kingston, saying how he is going to take everything out on him; Kingston almost chuckles as he shakes he head and steps forward. The referee now getting between them and then calling for the bell. Here we go. The two now circle around the ring until Ziggler now reels back and charges forward with a closed fist but Kofi ducks it and then nails a side kick to the shin, then as Dolph keels over hits another to the chest beating him away. Kofi nails a few more good kicks beating Dolph down now to all fours and crawling to get away, Sky wincing and yelling at Kofi to leave her man alone. Ziggler now crawling out through the ropes to the outside to get away, standing on the outside to heavy boos. He yells for the referee to get Kofi back as he renters the ring, Kingston with his hand raised in his signature ready stance and gesturing for him to bring it. Kingston now goes around Dolph locking in a rear waist lock which Ziggler struggles to try and get out of, Kofi though then lifting him and driving him down into the mat with a belly to back takedown and keeping the strong waist lock applied on the mat. Dolph now struggles it back onto his feet and then delivers a back elbow to the face of Kofi to break it. Then as he turns to the keeled over Kofi kicks him hard in the side of the head, and then a clubbing blow to the back sending him down as Velvet claps and cheers at ringside. Dolph now continues to hammer down into Kofi’s head with repeated hard shots to the back of the head. He then heaves him up by his trunks and head and tosses him hard through the ropes to the outside, spilling out on the floor. Kofi though steadies himself to land on his feet, his face show aggravation now as he jumps it off and then runs to slide back into the ring, then across the ring and takes Dolph down with a running jumping shoulder barge. He then crawls over and covers a scrambling Ziggler for a quick 1 count. Kofi though then goes to the head and starts to hammer away, Ziggler now bails out under the bottom ropes as Kofi comes out on the other side to great him, coming around the ring post on the outside, charging forward and taking him down with a running closeline to the floor. Kofi now reaches down and picks Dolph up, driving him into the ring post, then scooping and rolling him back into the ring, following him in. But as he comes in at him Ziggler is able to get up a foot and boot Kingston in the gut, then stands and kicks hard into Kofi’s head again, then hammering into it. He then picks Kofi up, reels back and punches him hard in the mouth sending him down to the mat. The referee now backs him off and warns him about the closed fist but he ignores him with as sneer and comes in and rolls Kofi over, covering him for 2. Kingston now crawl away but Ziggler comes in and applies a modified camel clutch, pulling back on it, Kofi though is able to power onto his feet and then hammer into Dolph’s gut a few times to break him off, but Dolph grabs the head and throws him down hard into the mat by his head. He then stomps away hard on Kofi on the mat, the crowd now clapping and yelling Kofi on which raises the ire of Velvet Sky at ringside who screams at them to shut up. It works though as when Ziggler picks Kofi up Kofi hammers into his gut, then he head as he rises, then the gut again with the other hand, then the head again with the right hand as he stands. Kofi then leaps up and nails a dropkick. Ziggler stumbles to stand from the mat using the ropes to hold himself up, Kofi then charges forward and closelines Ziggler over to the rope and out onto the mats below to a loud cheer. Then as Ziggler rises on the outside Kofi runs the right and through the ropes down onto Ziggler with the suicide dive taking him out. Kofi is feeling it now, yelling out to the crowd and now picking Dolph up and throwing him back into the ring. He then comes in after him but Ziggler comes to life, and as Kofi runs in for him in the corner moves and sends him hard into the ring post! Then as Kofi turns he hammers into him, kicking Kofi hard and then taking him over with the arm drag and locking in and arm lock on the mat, pulling back on it with a hand pushed in against the jaw. Kofi struggles in the hold for a few moments but is then able to break it and rolls away, but Ziggler is right on in, grabbing him and weaving his arms through the ropes and pulling back, wrenching that hurt shoulder from the post impact. The referee counts for 4 before Dolph breaks it, and when he does he kicks away at the arm of Kofi. Kingston pushes him back away the ring but Dolph sneers and comes back with a soccer ball kick to the arm. He then picks Kofi up by the arm, wrenching on it a few more times and then taking him over in a snapmare and then backing off before running in and jumping over Kofi, grabbing his head coming down and whiplashing the neck sending Kofi falling back hard as Dolph now crawls over and covers for 2. Ziggler now comes in on the writhes Kofi, but from the mat Kofi manages to get in a few good kicks to the body and side of Ziggler, the crowd cheering as he gets back into it. Ziggler though then boots down into the head keeping him down. Dolph then sets Kofi’s upper body up then drops repeated elbows to the chest, four times he does it and then on the last stands with his cocky swagger back now, slicking his hair back and then jumping up into the air to drop a final emphatic elbow to the heart of Kingston and covering for 2. Ziggler stand from that and now pulls back the hut arm of Kofi again, weaving his other arm though to hammer into Kofi’s jaw and then hook the arm and pull back on it and he pulls back on the head and neck with the other hand. Kofi though feels the claps of the people and is able to get onto his feet and then bring his arm around and hammer into Dolph to break it, beating him back into the corner now, but Kofi is backed off by the referee which allows to get a boot up into the jaw as he comes back in. He then runs up and wrenches the arm of Kofi, pulling it over his shoulder and sitting down with it for the sit out arm breaker. Kofi retreats his arm, holding it is pain as Ziggler swivels around to stand and come in, pushing Kofi to the mat and covering for another 2 count. Dolph now stands, shaking his head and then comes in and boots down into Kingston with hard stomps to the chest, then using the top ropes to rake his boot across the injured shoulder until the referee forces him to break it. Ziggler now grins over to Velvet who blows him a kiss in return, he thrust at her and points to her, obviously saying what he going to do later then comes in right into a running Kofi who goes up the body and drops forward into victory roll for 1….2…..NO! Ziggler just gets the shoulder up. Kingston stands from that, shaking the damage to his shoulder off and calls for it, signaling for Dolph to stand and then runs forward for trouble in paradise…but Ziggler ducks it and then grabs Kofi from behind in the sleeper hold, pulling back on it and scissoring the legs, dropping back and syncing it in, nodding and yelling for Kofi to give it up. Kofi reaches out for the ropes, yelling out in pain in the hold but still refuses to give it in at every turn. Finally he is able to bring up his elbow and elbows into Ziggler’s ribs over and over until he breaks the hold. Ziggler stands now holding him ribs, right in to a dropkick from Kingston which sends him back into the ropes. Kofi then stands and runs in, but Ziggler ducks down and send him flying over to the top rope with a back body drop, but Kingston is able to grab the top rope and swings his feet around to land on the ring apron. He then heads over and climbs the top rope as Ziggler turns in the ring and flies off with the diving axe chop to the head and covers for 1……2…..NO! Ziggler just gets the shoulder off the mat. Kingston is now breathing heavily as he stands and then runs for the ropes, up onto the them and springboard down onto Ziggler but Ziggler catches him on his shoulders and then drives him down over his knees with the fireman’s carry gut buster covering for 1….2…..NO! Again Kofi gets the shoulder up to the delight of the capacity crowd. Ziggler now pulls Kofi up and then backs off; going for the Zigzag but as he runs in Kofi turns at the last second and nails him with the trouble in paradise! The crowds explode for that as Kofi now rolls over and covers, but the referee is distracted by Velvet Sky on the ring apron. She is arguing with him in animated fashion keeping him from making the count to heavy boos. Kofi now gets onto his knees and sneers up at her doing this, coming over to pull the referee back. But as he does Ziggler crawls across the ring and grabs him, rolling him up and hooking the tights for 1…2…..NO! Kofi still manages to kick out to a big cheer from the Milwaukie crowd. Kofi now rises and runs in for Dolph but Ziggler kicks him hard and then scoops him upside down and then drives him down over his knee for the shoulder breaker to that hurt arm. He now backs into the ropes in fatigue but then looks up with a frown, the crowd cheering heavily as Chris Sabin and Alex Shelly appear in the aisle way, their title belts around their waists and grinning across the area at him. He yells for them to get out of here, that this is none of their business but then turns…right into Kingston who nails the trouble in paradise again! Crawling over and covering but now Velvet slides the referee out under the bottom rope and gets in a blistering yelling match with him at ringside. In the aisle way by the fiery stage Sabin now runs down and slides into the ring, the referee distracted by Velvet who now tries to get him to look back but he is not done telling her off. The crowd going nuts as Sabin runs up and goes for the flying forearm, but Ziggler ducks and he takes out Kofi instead! The crowd reacts in shock to that as Sabin rises with his hands on his head….but then from behind comes Ziggler who nails him with the Zigzag. Shelly now comes running down but is stopped by the referee who has seen him now, Shelly is crying bloody murder but the referee holds him back. In the ring now Ziggler watches this and then yells for Velvet to deal with him, having dumping Sabin out of the ring he then sets Kofi up and runs in, nailing the zigzag on Kingston now! “No come on! Kofi had it won before all this nonsense!” JR yells. “Yeah but who has cost him. Chris Sabin haha!” King laughs out. Velvet now runs around and slaps Shelly hard across the face, arguing with him which frees up the referee to slide into the ring as Ziggler hooks the leg and makes the count 1….2…..3!
The boos reign down as Ziggler grins and rolls off of Kofi, his music hitting and the referee going over and grabbing his title belt to bring it to him. Velvet now grins evilly at Shelly, who is just absolutely miffed and then goes into the ring and jumps onto Dolph, Dolph swinging her around as the two celebrate with a deep tongue and all kiss as Ziggler holds the X Division title in his hands. “Here is your winner and STILL X Division Champion; Dolph Ziggler!” Finkle calls. “Wow he did it! He overcame blatant cheating and interference. Velvet and he overcame the odds! What a champion!” King calls. “Are you kidding me? Kofi had the title won at least twice!” JR shoots back “but the backfire of Sabin’s interference was the nail, agreed there. But it would have been a taste of his own medicine. Damn it!” Chris now rises up on the apron and it going nuts, swearing and kicking the ring as Ziggler and Velvet run off up the aisle, into the night with the X Division title still in their possession. Shelly comes over and grabs Chris, helping him away. Sabin though stops and looks back into the ring at Kofi who is on his knees and glaring at him. He knows what happened. What a situation here that will no doubt continue to escalate.
Interlude #1
We are now in the interview area with Gene Okerlund. “Ladies and Gentleman I am here with two of the men who will be in the next big match up. The Rock and John Cena!” The crowd boos thunderously as the two men step into shot “Cena, Rock. It is time. You two against the men who say they are out stop you Hulk Hogan and RVD.” “Well they can say whatever they want because the fact is that tonight is the start of the final road to the superstars, the megastars retaking the professional wrestling world from the Indy morons, the extreme trash wrestlers and the old legends who just don’t know when to give it up. And oh how the last two fit our opponents perfectly. See tonight the final piece will be set into place as we destroy these two and then head on to the ring of the ring where we will retake this business. RVD, Hogan you can’t beat us. Fact.” “Yes indeed. And tonight in this cold cheese filled stupid little town the Rock and John Cena will take care of some very big business. And quite frankly tonight’s match is beneath us, but that’s ok because we will make short work of it. Tonight we do to Hogan and Van Dam exactly what we did when we embarrassed Bryan Danielson and eliminated Shawn Michaels from the WWF! Tonight the Rock gurandamtees that the two men before you will win and the Rock gurandamtees that tonight is the end of the Hulkamania. If your smell what the Rock is cooking!” With that the two walk off, Cena wrapping his chain around his fist. It’s time.
Rock and Cena VS Hogan & RVD
*Play Out*
The crowd roars as Hogan tears off the shirt, Rock and Cena bailing from the ring and mouthing off as they glare in at him. RVD is grinning, standing beside Hogan and then holding out his hand, doing Rock’s just bring it sign behind the ragging Hulkster. Rock and Cena now get back into the ring as the music dies and the referee tries to get order for the match to begin. The crowd now chants loudly for RVD and Hogan as Rock and Cena yelling abuse back at them and threaten them even. The referee goes over to the corner where Cena is now stood on the apron and tells him to remove his chain. Cena sneers as he unravels it and then places it on the ring post. The referee nods at that and then turns back to the ring where Rock is jiving, looking ready to go, still mouthing off at RVD and Hogan. “When they invented Main Events in pro Wrestling they were thinking of this. No matter what Cena, Rock and the critics may say you look at the name talent in that ring. This is big” JR calls. RVD now nods to Hogan, tapping him on the chest and saying that he’s got this. Hogan says if he’s sure then nods and heads out onto the ring apron. Rock and RVD now step forward as the crowd buzz and now the referee gets between them, checking with them both that they are ready and both nod looking like they are ready to kill each other. The official nods and then calls for the bell, gesturing for them to go at it as he steps back. Rock and RVD now slowly walk forward, the flash bulbs going off as they meet in the centre of the ring. Rock then looks over past RVD and raises the signature eyebrow…as soon as he does Hogan hits the ring and nails RVD from behind! The crowd first react in shock and then the boos are deafening, the referee looking on in confusion as Rock and Hogan put the boots to RVD on the mat, Cena now joining them for a three way beat down. “What! No! God no! What the hell is this? What the hell is this! Hogan is with them! Hogan was with them all along! The Rock and Cena did it again! Dammit to hell! And RVD is getting mugged here!” JR yells over the thunderous boos and jeers. Rock then picks RVD up and drops him with the Rock Bottom! “This was all a work. This was all a big charade JR! Man these guys love playing with the people, getting their hopes up. They are so very bad, but they are so good. The acting talent alone” King exclaims. Hogan is now sneering out at the booing crowd who are now starting to throw trash into the ring as he and Rock pick RVD up and throws him to Cena who heaves him up and drives him down with the FU! Hogan then sneers out in disgust at the upset people then hits the ropes and drops the big leg! He then backs off and points down, Cena and Rock nodding and covering RVD. The referee is just standing shaking his head in disbelief and not knowing what to do. Hogan though just yells at him to count, saying that there’s no rules against this. The referee eventually just shakes his head and drops down counting 1…2….3!
Rock’s music hits but the match was just a formality, the whole feud was all a big game to these three. They now all laugh at the people as they continue to be irate and throw trash into the ring. Hogan then goes over and drops the big leg drop again. Rock now stepping over to the shoulders and pulling the elbow pad off, the bell is ringing over and over but they ignore it and Rock spits on his pad and throws it on RVD, hitting the ropes then doing his jive and dropping the Hollywood Elbow. Cena now had gone over and got his chain from the ring post, wrapping it around his fist and dropping down, hammering into RVD’s head with chain wrapped fist as Hogan throws the referee out the ring and they tell the time keeper to get lost as he continues to ring the bell. The three then stand in a line, just like at Bash of the Beach 1996 and hold their arms up side by side to thunderous, deafening boos as trash is thrown at their evil grinning faces. “JR looks at that picture! Look at that! You know what this means? The three biggest stars, the three biggest heroes in wrestling ever are on the same side! As a group against the WWF!” King yells. “I am in shock King…it’s the NWO all over again for Hogan but this is far bigger than that ever was. The Rock, John Cena and Hulk Hogan are on the same side. Dear God! Damn you Hogan! Damn you all!” JR replies. In the aisle way now Dusty Rhodes appears, hands on his hips and shaking his head in obvious frustration and anger. In the ring Hogan, Cena and Rock and now pointing and laughing at him, they have made a right fool out of him. They then depart from the ring, leaving an out cold RVD lying as they walk up the aisle, shoving past the garbage being thrown and then angry people and leaving as one. This is not good.
*Play King of the Ring Promo*
When we come back attendants are clearing the ring as the crowd and the commentators are still trying to settle after what they have just seen. “Well folks frankly I wish that was the last match because I don’t know how we can continue the show here after what we have just seen” we now cut to the announce table as JR speaks “but folks it was all a plan, all a charade. Dusty Rhodes has to be livid but the Rock and Cena did it again, they are working with Hulk Hogan.” “But man does it make sense JR. Think about it. They said they are taking back the WWF for the superstar who made it. Well who fits that more than Hulk Hogan?” King asks. “Well…yeah. But never the less folks. Obviously we will have more of this coming up on Raw. But we still have to decide our two most major titles. The first of which is next. Let’s hope this match gives this crowd something to cheer up about.” “Phat chance JR. Liger’s reign is coming to an end, Big Show will destroy him just like he did last month” King replies as we now fade into the ring where Finkle is stood.

Intercontinental Championship
*Play Big Show/ Liger*
Big Show glares over at Liger as he removes his entrance cape and then the Championship belt, holding it in his hands for a moment then reaching up and handing it to the official. The referee takes it and goes over to show to too Big Show who snatches the title and holds it up with a roar to boos. He then yells over at Liger that the title is a good as his, that he just extended his reign a month last month before finally allowing the scrappy official to take the belt back. He takes it from him and shows it again to the Champion then holds it up at all sides, Big Show and Liger staring across at each other than up at the belt. The referee then takes the title and hands it through the ropes to the timekeeper. “No disqualification, no count out here as was added last week on Raw at Big Show’s request. Don’t know how smart it was to Liger to accept it. But they both said they want a clear winner by pinfall or submission here, so it’s commendable” says JR. “Commendable but stupid JR. Liger has held that Championship for nearly 22 months now, very nearly 2 years but he is just going to fall short tonight” King replies. The referee now calls for the bell and Big Show walks forward, stamping his feet on the mat to shake the ring as he does. Liger does not get phased by the tactics, just stepping up to go nose to nose with the Giant in the centre of the ring. Liger the reels back and strikes him with palm strikes over and over to the chest actually reeling Big Show back to a big cheer as Liger hammers him across the ring. But then Big Show grabs the head and drives down his own for a hard head but sending Liger into the mat. Liger shakes off the grogginess from that as he stands and runs in nailing a dropkick that send Show stumbling back again into the corner. He then runs up onto him in the corner and start working away with hard mounted punches to the head in the corner until Big Show is able to get his hands up and push him off, flying back across the ring but Liger is able to land on his feet and run in again and hammer into him again but again Big Show pushes him off. Liger then rolls back onto his feet and runs in again, jumping up but this time is caught in the air by his waits, the Big Show walking forward , turning and then throwing Liger down hard back first into the corner. Liger holds onto the ropes as he is out of it in the corner when Show comes in and slams a hard open palm across the chest sending him down to the mat. Liger now crawls across the ring when Show comes in and heaves him up driving him back into the corner then reeling his hand back and driving it down hard across the chest of Liger again. The sound echoing around the area. He then picks Liger up and Irish whips him across the ring but Liger is able to slide out under the bottom rope and lands on the outside, walking around there. But as he comes back in Big Show grabs him by the horns of his mask, pulling him up with them onto the apron the onto the second rope. But there Liger is able to grab the head of the Big Show and drop down, slingshoting him neck first off the ropes back into the ring. The crowd is now cheering heavily as they realize Liger actually might have a chance here. Liger now gets back up onto the apron as Show stumbles around in the centre of the ring and then leaps up onto the top rope and down onto Show with a springboard cross body…but Show catches him out the air! He then heaves Liger up and scoop slams him down hard into the mat. He then comes in and boots Liger hard in the back on the mat, then picks him up and Irish whips him hard across the ring to collide back first with the opposite corner and fall down hard on the mat. Big Show now comes prowling across the ring and now steps on Liger, using the top rope to step up and push all of his weight down on Liger’s chest! Liger cries out and rolls away from that clutching at his chest. Show then picks him up and sets him up before heaving him up high above his head in the military press. The crowd fearing for the Champion as he is held high above the ring, Big Show then walks forward and drop Liger down behind him…but Liger lands on his feet, Show turns around, his eyes wide in rage at this then goes for the big boot but Liger rolls underneath it to avoid it then runs in and nails the rolling Liger wheel kick which finally sends Show down. Liger now stands, breathing heavily and holding himself and then running the ropes coming back, but does so right into a hard big boot from Show that takes his head off and leaves him out on the mat. Show sneers down at Liger now as he walks forward, he then heads out of the ring and goes under it, pulling out a steel chair now. The crowd now begin to buzz as he straighten up with it…but as he does Liger flies over the top rope and down onto him with a senton plancha taking him down on the mat to a huge cheer! Liger now rises and now looks over seeing the steel chair, then walking over and picking it up to a cheer. He then turns as Big Show rises and drives it down over his head, then into his gut and then down across the back sending him down. The front row are yelling and cheering for Liger, the whole packed crowd loving it as Liger throws the chair away. He then heads onto the ring apron and flies off with a rolling Liger wheel from the apron to the floor taking Big Show out! Liger now heaves Big Show up and rolls him back into the ring, now coming in and hammering down into him, then grabbing the head and going for a side headlock…but Big Show roars to life, standing and dropping Liger off of him down to the mat with a back suplex. The air is let out of the crowd as Liger falls off to the mat and lays still. Big Show now pull himself up on the top rope and turns, out of his feet for moment but then recovering and coming in, picking Liger up and scoop slamming him down, he then hits the ropes and drops a big elbow into a cover for 2. Big Show looks up in rage at the referee at that, the ref being backed off but still insisted it was a 2 count. Big Show now heads out on the ring onto the apron, but them Liger is up! He runs the ring and nails a dropkick to the back of Big Show sending him flying off the ring apron down through the Spanish announce table! The tables exploding and Show lying on its remains as the crowd is going nuts. Liger is now on his knees in the ring taking a moment to recover for the damage as a couple of replays of the giant falling and totally annihilating the announce table is shown. “Never count out Jushin “Thunder” Liger. Last month he was hurt, but tonight he is giving it everything he has to retain that title that he held on to for 2 years now here at Judgment Day!” JR calls as now Liger stands and comes and now stands on the ring apron, yelling something in Japanese as Big Show starts to stir, placing his hand on the English announce table and pushing himself up. Liger then takes to the air, flying off the apron down onto Big Show…who catches him by the throat! Heaving him around and down through the English announce table with a chokeslam! “Ah!” King yells as he and JR jump back “never count out the Big Show! Never count out the Big Show! That is it. We just saw Liger’s almost 2 year reign end right there!” King yells over the noise of the crowd. “Both announce tables are destroyed! Big Show is back in control and Liger’s reign may indeed be over here. This is nuts!” JR yells in return. Replays of that are shown and then Big Show is up and throws a monitor aside, picking Liger up with both hands, one on the mask and one on his tights and heaves him up, carrying him through the air and dumping him over the top rope and back the hard way into the ring. “This is it JR. I’m telling you. It’s over, the epic reign of Jushin Liger as IC Champ is over!” King calls as show now rises up the ring steps and comes over the top rope into the ring. He then drops an elbow down into Liger’s spine, then turns him over and covers him for 1….2…..NO!!! Liger kicks out and the Milwaukee crowd goes berserk! The roof blowing off as Liger’s shoulder is off the mat and Big Show just stares into space in shock. He then gets a new fire, a new rage in his eyes as he stands with a roar and head over undoing the top turnbuckle pad, ripping it off and throwing it into the centre of the ring. All the referee can do is plead with him not to do it as he comes over and heaves Liger up in a scoop slam position, taking him over to the corner as the crowd gets louder…but then Liger comes to life swinging around drop down Big Show’s head onto the exposed buckle! Show’s knees buckle as he lays out cold on the steel corner. Liger then stands and runs in, rolling Big Show up for 1….2….NO! Big Show powers out throwing Liger across the ring! Liger is now breathing heaving, holding his whole body in immense pain as he rises and now comes in, grabbing the head of Big Show and with all his might heaving him up as high as he can get him and driving him down with some semblance of the brain buster for 1….2….NO!!! Big Show powers the shoulder up again, Liger is in shock now, falling back holding his head as the crowd was sure that was it. Liger now stands to huge chants of from the crowd and heads out and onto the top rope rises up and flying off…right into the grip of the Big Show who heaves him up and drives him down with a mighty chokeslam! Rolling him over, the crowd is stunned, holding their heads as Show covers Liger for 1….2…..NO!!!! The whole arena jumps up as one as Liger kicks out! “He kicked out! My God Liger kicked out of the Big Show’s Chokeslam!” JR calls over the noise. “What!” Is all King can reply. “It is deafening here folks, these people love it that he kicked out. My God. This is still going.” Big Show doesn’t even have a reaction, all he can do as stare into space and shake his head in shock. He then turns and pulls Liger up by the throat, throwing him back and now going over for the steel chair. He now sets it up and turns back to Liger as the crowd now begins to sense bad intentions. He now heaves Liger up by the throat, holding him into the air in the chokeslam and turning towards the chair, the noise getting louder and louder as he approached it….when Liger springs to life and spins around driving Show’s head through the open chair with a tornado DDT! Jaws drops everywhere as Big Show’s head has demolished the seat and now he lays out of it, Liger now reaching up and placing an arm over for 1….2…..3!!!
The roof blows off, the people jumping up in their aisles with heavy thunderous cheering as Liger’s music hits. “Here is your winner” Finkle can barely be heard “and STILL World Wrestling Federation Intercontinental Champion! Jushin “Thunder” Liger!” Liger now can barely stand as he rises, taking the belt from the official and holding it up high to massive roar. “I am in shock King. He did it, he did it again. Liger is once again still the Intercontinental Champion. I am beginning to wonder if anyone can beat him, if anyone can take that title from him” JR is shaking his head. “They can’t, he will hold it until he retires. This is insane. He beat the Big Show! Somehow some way he turned the No DQ rules on the Big Show, used everything but the kitchen sink and is still the Champion! Wow!” Liger now stumbles around but is holding his title up in the corner to more loud cheering, kissing it and then leaving the ring with it, cradling it to himself. In the ring now Big Show rises up and glares up the aisle way at him. But no matter what Big Show can say or do Liger is still the man, he did it again.
Interlude #2
We now cut too backstage where Christy Hemme is stood in the locker room. “Ladies and Gentleman, coming up next is the first part of our main event and I am here with the men who will be on one side of that. AJ Styles and Bryan Danielson, gentleman” the crowd cheers as AJ and Bryan steps into shot, they look focused “well gentleman there has been a lot of talking on both sides about who should be the WWF Champion. A lot of people have been saying how Dusty Rhodes made this match to test the strength of the Nexus as a team. But in fact many are now wondering if you two can co exist given the nature of this match. Remember if any man but the Miz gets the decision then they will be get a WWF title shot right then and there tonight.” “Yeah, and that certainly would test a lot of partnerships” AJ replies “and I agree that Bryan and I have butted heads, hell we fought to a one hour time limit draw last June over that title, we fought to another 30 minute time limit draw on Raw a couple of weeks ago. Neither of us would give an inch, but it was all because of how badly we wanted to be Champion. We have but got there before, me twice, him once and that just makes it that much harder, drives us that much more to be Champion again. Miz, Barrett you can throw everything you want at us, and yes we are both out there for ourselves and to win. But what we both agree on is that it doesn’t matter who wins so long as it’s not you Miz.” “Yeah and not Wade either because we have seen what they do in the past. We see how they play when they are forced to fight. And if people want to believe that that makes them a good team that’s fine. To me what makes them a team to beat is that they are 2 time former WWF Tag Team Champions, that makes them one of the greatest teams just by holding those belts” Bryan now speaks “but just like how Miz won everything from Money in the Bank to the title itself, it was through questionable means. Well tonight you don’t need Barrett to attack us when the referees back is turned Miz, because he can do it as part of the match. But this time we got back up. And yeah we may not get along to much, we may have a professional rivalry and one day we will find out who is the best between us! But what we do have is respect. And a lack of that respect for you. Tonight Miz that title is coming off of you, no matter what it takes!” With that the two walk off as the crowd cheers again. “Well Gene is with their opponents. Let’s see what they have to say. Gene.”
We now cut to the interview stage with Gene Okerlund who is stood with Barrett and Miz “Well thank you Christy and Gentleman indeed. Miz tonight your title is in deep jeopardy” Okerlund puts the microphone in the grinning Miz’s face, he adjust the WWF title over his shoulder as he speaks. “Well that’s where you wrong. Because you see by allowing this to be a tag team match and giving me a shot to not have to defend this title at all here tonight is going to give me the easiest night of my WWF title reign. Think about it, he is saying that I don’t have to defend my title if I can beat AJ Styles, who have beaten time and time again and Bryan Danielson who I know I can annihilate and have proved that in the past. And then you add this huge 300 pound giant and the fact that we held the WWF Tag Team titles for almost all of last year and you just have to do the math. This belt is not going anywhere.” “Well then Mr. Barrett I will turn to you. Given you recent problems over some things” Gene looks over his shoulder sneakily at Chelsea who is stood with Cornette behind them “it has come in question, along with the opportunity you have here to advance yourself of whether the Nexus can hold together?” Wade grins and goes to answer when Miz grabs the microphone and pulls it over to himself “I can answer that one if you don’t mind Wade. Like we said for the last two weeks, a little spat does not constitute as a break up. And anyone that has seen us in action, anyone who has seen us together knows that our bond professionally and personally cannot be broken by a few words said in the heat of the moment. The fact is that I am the World Wrestling Federation Heavyweight Champion of the World. And Wade knows that, and he knows that tonight is not about him, it’s about me and making sure I retain this title. Because I am the leader of the Company, I am the best wrestler in the world and I am AWESOME!” With that he grabs Chelsea by the arm and drags her off with him, Barrett narrowing his eyes but then shaking it off when Cornette slaps him on the shoulder and pep talks him, Wade smiles and Jim and then follows. Cornette smiling and rubbing his hands to together as he trails them both and we now fade back to ringside.
Main Event
*Play Nexus/ AJ/Bryan*
AJ and Bryan stands in the corner looking across and Miz and Barrett come out cocky as ever, holding their Championship and briefcase high as Cornette and Chelsea applaud for them. Both sides them remove their entrance gear, Barrett’s T-Shirt, Miz’s coat, AJ’s sleeveless jacket and Bryan’s robe are all handed to the ring hands. They then turn back to each other and meet in the centre of the ring, Miz still holding the WWF title until the official insists that he give it over. Miz sneers at him, handing it over as he then turns and slaps Barrett on the shoulder, the two going into a hustle as they talk tactics with Cornette on the apron. On the other side of the ring Bryan has now decided to start first for their side as Styles heads onto the apron and Miz nods to Barrett saying “I got this” and slapping him on the shoulder to assure him. Barrett sighs and nods then heads out and stands on the apron. Miz now turns back to Bryan with a slick, sneering smile as they now meet, the referee now checking with them both before signaling for the bell. At once Miz swings with a couple of good right hands, but on the third Bryan grabs it and goes behind twisting it into a hammer lock, then grabbing the head in a dragon sleeper and forcing Miz down to the mat. Miz struggles in that for a few moments until he is able to get his knee up into the head then stand and take Bryan over with a snapmare following by hitting the ropes and coming in for a dropkick, but Bryan throws him down and then grabs the leg, twisting on it and going for a reverse step over toe hold, but Miz scrambles to the ropes and grabs the bottom one, clinging to it for dear life as Bryan is backed off by the official. Miz stands, yelling for the referee to keep him back and now goes over tagging in Barrett. Barrett now enters running in right into a hard straight kick to the chest, and another, but on a third Barrett catches it and takes him down with a leg whip, then drops that and jumps over dropping a elbow and covering for 1. Barrett now stands and hits the ropes again, coming back and taking Bryan down with a shoulder tackle then going for another elbow drop but Bryan moves out of the way and as Barrett rises to his knees turns and kicks his head off with a hard roundhouse kick. The crowd cheers as Wade falls back to the mat, Bryan now going over and tagging in AJ now. Styles runs in and drops a running dropkick, following with a couple of good shots on the mat as he picks Barrett up then hits the ropes coming back…right into a hard closeline turning him inside out and leaving him laying on the mat. Barrett walks forward shaking off the damage then turns and scoops AJ up, dropping him with a side walk slam. He then looks up seeing Miz now wanting back in, calling for the tag. Barrett walks over on Cornette’s insistence and tags out as Miz comes back in now on the rising AJ and locks him in a rear face lock on the mat. He keeps that applied, Styles kicking his legs until he rises and then grabs the waist taking him over with a belly to belly, then keeping hold of the arm and locking in a leg scissors on the arm, pulling it back across his knee. Miz cries out in pain, but is eventually able to get over and grab the bottom rope. AJ stands from that and as Miz rises spins around and drops him with a discuss closeline. The crowd loves that as AJ now drops down and covers, both Barrett and Bryan coming in the ring for it but Miz kicks out at 2. “You see that JR! Bryan was coming in to break up the pin!” King yells. “You don’t know that. He could have been coming in to stop Barrett” JR replies. “You so full of it JR” King chuckles. AJ looks up at Bryan for that one, yelling something at him as to why he was coming in. Bryan shrugs he shoulders and points to Barrett. Styles sighs and then goes back in on Miz but Miz takes advantage hammering away into his gut with right hands as he stands and then raking the eyes. He gives a sly smile at the booing crowd from that and then runs up and nails the running neckbreaker and covering for 2. Both Barrett and Bryan were almost in the ring on that again, Miz now looking back at Barrett who points to Bryan and yells he was going to save his arse. Miz nods and picks AJ up, backing him into the corner and tagging Wade back in. The two both now double stomp away on the AJ on the corner, Barrett taking off of Miz as the referee warns him and forces him back into the corner. Barrett now scoops AJ up and drives him down with a running power slam, but as he goes down AJ manages to get his legs up and reverse that into a head scissors! The crowd erupts for that move as AJ stands from it. Bryan now is now calling up, holding his arm out for the tag…but Styles ignores it and heads onto the apron, leaping up onto the top rope and down onto Barrett with a springboard closeline and covering for 2. AJ stands but from behind comes Miz who drops him with a Russian leg sweep, the crowd booing heavily as he grins at Bryan and taunts him as he is forced back to his corner. Bryan just shakes his head and yells for AJ to get up and tag him. But now Barrett stands and picks AJ up off the mat, applying a shoulder claw to the nerve and wrenching on it. The crowd now starts to clap willing Styles to get back into it; finally he manages to get a few good back kicks up into Barrett’s head sending him off. He then stands, shaking off that punishment then running the ropes and comes back…right into a hard big boot from Barrett taking him down again. Barrett now sneers as he stands and pulls AJ up by his head, back hooking his neck and heaving him up and down across his knee for the sleeper hold backbreaker and covering for 2. Bryan and Miz were again both in the ring on that one. Miz now yells in to “stop that!” Barrett now stands yelling back “what?” “Stop pinning! Let me pin! It saves you a loss if you get the fall you idiot!” Barrett shakes his head, showing some aggravation at that but now picks AJ up and now drops him down into the corner with a snake eyes and tagging Miz back in and yelling “you do it then!” Miz yells back “I will!” And heads in hammering into Styles with hard shots. “Looks like the so called iron clad partnership of the Nexus; their master plan is falling apart a little here due to egos. Well one ego in particular” JR comments. “Yeah. Barretts!” King shoots back. Miz then Irish whipping AJ back first into the corner then following him in with his swinging corner closeline, sitting on the ropes as he always does with a cocky smile as AJ down into the ring. He then weaves himself onto the ring apron and then heads up climbing up and then flying off and down into AJ with a diving double axe handle. Miz now stands and goes over tagging Barrett back and saying “kill him. But save the pins for me yeah?” “Alright” Barrett nods as he heads back in and hammers into AJ on the mat with hard boots. He the backs into the ropes as AJ stands and takes him down with a leaping elbow smash. He then drops a big leg drop and instinctively going for the cover…but stopping himself, looking up to Miz and a yelling animated Cornette with aggravation as he lifts Styles head off the mat and locks in a rear chin lock, wrenching back with both clasped hands. On the apron now Miz yelling in, gesturing for the tag again. Barrett nods and pulls AJ up, bringing him towards the corner and tagging. They communicate something and Barrett complies, driving AJ down in a backbreaker and holding him there. Miz then heads to the top rope and flies off with a diving leg drop, decapitating AJ off Barrett’s knee to fall to the mat. Miz now yells for Barrett to get out of the ring and rolls AJ over covering him for 1….2…..NO! AJ gets the shoulder up. Miz sneers and pulls AJ up onto his knees, then dropping back for the snap DDT and covering for another 2 count. He then picks him up and drops him with the snapmare driver for 2 again! Miz is now getting frustrated but stands and backs off, gesturing for the end, coming in and rising Styles and hooking him for the SCF…but AJ elbows out of it then reaches behind and turns it into an Angle Slam, driving Miz down into the mat. The crowd now come alive and starts to clap as AJ and Miz lay out on the mat, Bryan now yelling and holding out his arm, begging for the tag. Finally AJ starts to move towards his corner, at first he seems a little reluctant, staring over at Bryan but then shakes it off and runs in, jumping up and hot tagging in Bryan who comes in like a house on fire, pulling Miz back who was going for the tag himself and takes him over with a snapmare, driving hard kicks into the back over and over then going to the front and delivering his hard kicks to the chest, then nailing the final one to the head that sends Miz into the mat. He then drops down and covers for 2. Bryan now turns Miz over, locking his legs, grabbing his arms and dropping back to synch in a Mexican surfboard! Miz yells out and clenches his teeth in serious pain, but continues to shake his head when the referee asks him. Bryan then seeing that that wasn’t getting it twists Miz around in the air straight from the surfboard right into the bow and arrow lock! Pulling back on it with full force as the crowd applauds for that one. Miz now looks in serious pain, yelling now but looks like he starting to fade…when Barrett runs in and boots down into Bryan breaking the hold to heavy boos. AJ is now yelling at the referee from the apron which starts a mini argument; Barrett though already is back on the apron by time he returns to the action. Bryan is the first to stand regardless and now pulls Miz up from behind, hooking his waist and taking him down with a release German suplex. He covers again for 2. He then hits a full nelson suplex and again gets 2. Barrett was again in the ring on that one and now gets backed off by the referee, Bryan now standing, but as he picks Miz up Miz drives a hard low blow! Bryan keels over; the referee didn’t see a thing as he was dealing with Barrett. Miz now eventually comes to life a pick and scrambles across the ring, tagging in Barrett. Wade now comes in and drops an elbow to the back of the head, then picks Bryan up but the head, but as he rises Bryan comes to life, grabbing Wade’s head and sending him back with three consecutive European uppercuts. Barrett stumbles back from those as now Bryan turns and nods to AJ tagging him and then after they communicate something AJ grabs the top rope and looks ready to launch, Bryan grabbing the top rope and pulling back to slingshot AJ over to the ropes and into the ring down onto Barrett with a cross body. The crowd cheers in delight for that. “Well, it looks like the tables have turned. I looks King like AJ and Bryan are now functioning as a team” JR comments. “No! Guys remember it’s for a title shot! Be competitive! Be jealous!” King pleads. AJ now hammers into Barrett on the mat and then hooks him in the head scissors, syncing it into the mat. Barrett’s tries to struggle out of that, he head down in the vice, kicking his legs to try and break free. Finally he manages to power AJ around and then heaves him up, turning the head scissors into a powerbombs…but AJ drops back in that position turning it into a victory roll for 2. AJ stands from that and now heads out onto the apron, leaping up onto the top rope and down with a diving corkscrew….but Barrett catches him out of the air in that and drives him down into the mat with a Black hole slam! Barrett now dropping down and hooking the leg for 1….2….NO! As Miz pulls Barrett off! Yelling at him for going for the pin there. Barrett is not taking that yelling back at him, a fierce argument now erupting in the middle of the ring. “I was trying to win the match for us! Then I can lay down you you bloody moron!” Wade yells. “I said I get the pins! Then you don’t get a loss when I beat you!” Miz shots back. “Who says I’d let you now!” Barrett snaps back. Cornette is now on the apron, going crazy yelling and pleading for his guys to get it together. Chelsea is even yelling in at them. On the apron now Bryan has a huge grin on his face at this and now yells for AJ to get moving, calling for him to make the tag. Finally AJ does start to move, but when he does Barrett and Miz see him and agree to disagree, nodding to each other then turn and stomp down into AJ. The referee now gets up to them, trying to stop them but they just ignore him as they kick the hell out of Styles on the mat. Bryan though now comes running in and nailing Barrett with a running knee strike sending him into the Miz and taking him out. He then grabs Barrett by the arm and throws him to the mat, hooking the arm and locking in the label lock! The crowd standing for that, but the referee gets in his face telling him to stop it, yelling that he isn’t the legal man. Bryan though doesn’t care just pulling back as hard as he can on the hold until the referee now counts for 4, finally forcing the break. Bryan now shakes his head and sneers, arguing as he forced back into his corner. The referee in fairness then turns and forces Miz back into his corner as well. We are now back to the two legal men who are lying out of it on the mat. Finally after some clapping and stomping from the crowd it’s AJ who rises first, pulling himself up on the top rope and turning to face the standing Barrett in the centre of the ring. He then runs up behind him, up onto his shoulder and drops back for the reverse frakensteiner for 1…2….NO! Barrett just power out. AJ now stands and heads over, tagging Bryan back in again. Bryan nods to him as he heads it, the runs in for Barrett…but then Wade comes to life and grabs him incoming and drives him down with a double A spine buster. Not to make the same mistake twice his refuses to urge to cover, getting onto his knees and now looking over to Miz who is begging for the tag now of course. Barrett shakes his head and moves over tagging him back in to loud boos, this crowd do not like it that he cooperating at all. Miz now runs in with nails a running dropkick on Bryan, then runs over and nails AJ off the apron sending him flying to the floor. He then comes in and kicks Bryan out of the ring under the bottom rope, coming out and following him. He then picks him up and throws him hard to collide chest first with the ring post, then grabs his head and drives it into the post before rolling him back inside. But then from the side out of nowhere comes AJ running it, but when he does Miz duck and AJ flies right into Barrett who is stood behind him, driving him down with a hard closeline, snapping his head off the floor. Miz grins at this, then high fives Wade and heads into the ring, booting away on Bryan there and then locking in an abdominal stretch to pull back on that injured body that just struck the post. Back on the outside Barrett heaves AJ up and Irish whips him back first into the crowd wall. The runs in picks him up and drives him down with a power slam on the hard floor. Wade stands from that, dusting off his hands with a smile and leaves AJ writhing in pain on the floor as he heads back to his corner, ignoring the yells from the official. In the ring no though Bryan now comes back into it and throws Miz over with hip toss out of the lock, dropping down and hooking him in the full nelson, pulling him up in it then dropping and back and driving him down over his knees with back cracker and holding him there, raking Miz across his knees as he pulls back on a full nelson to a huge cheer now. Miz shakes his head holding on in the innovative hold, and eventually now Bryan throws him to the mat on his belly still in the nelson, then jumps over and turns it into Cattle Mutilations, the place exploding for the moves as Bryan pulls on, Miz kicking his legs, the ref on position, he has nowhere to go when bam! Barrett drops an elbow to stomach of Bryan to break the hold. Heavy boos as Barrett and backed off into the corner, but the hold was broken never the less. But as Barrett gets back on the apron AJ is there and drives straight kick to the back, then grabs the head and jumps over the top rope sling shooting him off the rope to fly off the apron and crash down back first into the crowd barrier hard below! AJ then stands in the ring and runs up, leaping over the top rope and down onto Barrett with a fooseberry flop taking him out to massive pop from the wild crowd. Back in the ring now Miz is in some serious back pain, holding his back as he crawls across the ring for the tag and looks up…to see nothing. Miz screams out to the missing Barrett, when from behind runs in Bryan who drives him head down into the mat with a bulldog, then picks him up. Miz struggles which backs them off as Bryan tries to lock in a regal-plex but they back right into the corner where AJ blind tags himself in. Bryan gives him a death stare as AJ grabs Miz and then nails him with the Pele Kick and covering for 1…..2…..NO! Bryan grabs AJ’s leg and pulls him off! The crowd now reacts to that as now AJ and Bryan get into a screaming match about who should get the pin. Back and forth it goes getting more and more heated until now Bryan pushes AJ, AJ pushes back. But then from the side comes Barrett who takes them both down with a double closeline! Barrett now backs up and heads out onto the apron and yelling for Miz to get up. Finally Miz slowly crawls to his feet, holding himself in pain as he rises and looks at Barrett, reaching out. Then shakes his head, looking back at the two and yelling “I got this!” Running over and pickings Bryan up, driving him down into the mat with the Skull Crushing Finale, the referee at first refuses but then shrugs basically saying “screw it” and drops down counting for 1….2…..NO!!! Bryan kicks out! Miz now rolls off in disbelief as the crowd roars big time for that kick out. On the apron now Barrett is shaking his head at this, stamping his foot and yelling for Miz to tag him. But he yells again that he has this, picking AJ up and hooking him for the SCF…but AJ gets out of it and flips back nailing him with the Pele Kick! Miz though, perhaps accidentally, perhaps out of self preservation rolls out under the bottom rope from that. AJ stands shaking his head at this and wiping the sweat from his brow as he comes in, beat up and worn down from this one. On the outside now Chelsea runs over to Miz, helping him up and getting warned by the referee for it. Miz taking her help, barely able to stand but does with her help and turns back to the ring. In the ring AJ now hits the ropes, running the ring and coming through with a suicide dive, but at the last second Miz pulls Chelsea in the way! AJ collides with the girl and both fall down hard as Miz just stumbles back fine. The front row is now yelling abuse at Miz for that, the crowd booing heavily. Behind him Cornette is now in shock even that he did that but then gets back into it and yells for Miz to keep on him. Miz goes in to go and grab AJ, stepping over the out cold Chelsea. But now Barrett is back and pulls him around yelling at him for what he has just done. Miz yells back at him, telling him to something off and then turns back to hammer back in on AJ ignoring his KOed girlfriend. Barrett though drops down and sees to her, picking Chelsea up in concern and calling to the back for him help. But now Miz turns and sees his women in Wade’s arms, again! And that sets him off, running in and yelling a storm at Barrett. Barrett stands, with a red face ready to boil over now. The blistering argument continues to get worse, Cornette running around to try to cool it down but Wade pushes him away then turns back…right as Miz slaps him hard across the face! The crowd let out a massive reaction to that as slowly Barrett turns his head with a stare that would send the best of them running for the hills. Miz now seeing this backs off, holding out and pleading that he is sorry as Barrett’s continues to steps towards him, then brings up a big boot taking Miz’s head off! The roof absolutely blows off! These fans love it as Barrett stands over the fallen Miz, sneering down at him in a look of total satisfaction. “What! No! You can’t do that! He can’t do that! JR stop him!” King yells over the thunderous ovation. “Wade Barrett has had enough! Enough of doing all the work! Enough of being the muscle for the Miz! Enough of how he treated Chelsea! Wade Barrett just knocked the Miz’s head off!” JR yells back as the replay of the decapitating big boot is shown. Barrett now picks Miz up and the drives him down into the mats with the Wasteland! The crowd continue to roar now as he stands and goes over picking Chelsea up. Cornette tries to plead with him but his shoved aside as Barrett now carries Chelsea up the aisle. “He’s leaving! Wade Barrett had devastated his partner and now he is leaving him high and dry” JR calls. “You back stabbing traitor! Over what! A women!” King yells. Barrett though heads for the hills, taking Chelsea back for some help. AJ now stands and picks Miz up, rolling him back into the ring. But then from behind comes Cornette, seeing his WWF Champion going up in smoke and drives the tennis racket down across the back of AJ! The referee not seeing it due to checking on the Barrett situation. Miz now somewhat comes to life and pulls AJ into the ring hooking him and drives him down with the Skull Crushing Finale! The boos reign down as he rises then rolls him over for the cover. But then in runs Bryan who drives him down, jumps over and locks in cattle mutilation!!! The crowd is now jumping up and down, yelling for Miz to tap. Miz struggles in the hold, doing all he can to kick, claw, anything to get out of it. He then lifts his arm…and taps the mat!
The crowd goes insane as Bryan’s music hits and he rises in exhaustion getting his hand raised. “Here is your winner and now will get a WWF Championship match! Bryan Danielson…” The words barely leave Finkle’s mouth when wham! Form behind Cornette takes him down with the tennis racket! Beating the hell out of him on the mat with it. The boos though now turn into a big pop as Wade Barrett is back, running down the aisle obviously having taken care of Chelsea running over and nailing Cornette with a big boot taking his head off! He then stands but now an army of referee and security fill the ring, trying to maintain order as Dusty Rhodes is now in the aisle way directing traffic and yelling, ordering for the ring to be cleared. The crowd boos, not liking it one bit but eventually an annoyed and resistant Wade Barrett and AJ are removed from ringside along with Jim Cornette. We are now left with Miz and Bryan, both out of it on the mat, Bryan obvious damaged from the racket shots. But Dusty orders the match to start anyway, yelling for the referee to ring the bell. “Ladies and Gentleman!” Finkle cuts in “this match is for the World Wrestling Federation Championship!” Then as both men start to rise, the referee checks on them both and then…rings the bell. “Well here we go again” JR comments. “We are going have a WWF title match now! After all that!” King shoots back. Both men are now destroyed, tired, barely able to stand as they come in for each other and then Bryan reaches back and nails Miz to a cheer, Miz reels from that then reaches back and nails Bryan to loud boos. Back and forth it goes slow punches boo, yay, boo, yay. Miz though then grabs Bryan and brings up a knee to the gut. He then scoop slams him down, then heaves his head up and locks in a sleeper hold. Bryan struggles in that but as the crowd wills him on as able to power to his feet then grab Miz’s waist and heave him up and down with a back suplex for 1….2….NO! The crowd let out a massive gasp at that one, Bryan holding his head. Finally he manages to struggle onto his feet and heads out and onto the top rope, pulling him up and cutting his throat, then flying off with a diving headbut! But Miz moves out of the way leaving Bryan to crash and burn into the mat! Miz now backs off and uses the ropes to pull himself up, then comes in and picks up Bryan hooking him and driving him into the mat with the Skull Crushing Finale for 1….2…..NO!!! Bryan kicks out! Bryan kicks out! The crowd explodes as Miz just falls back pulling his hair out now wondering what he has to do. He then stands and picks Bryan up, setting him up for it again…but Bryan comes to life, throwing him to the mat and turning it into Cattle Mutilation!...But Miz rolls through standing and pulling Bryan up turning that back into the SCF and driving him down for 1….2….3!
The boos reign down as Miz’s music hits and he falls back. Everyone is holding their head in disbelief, they don’t know how Miz did is this time. “Here is your winner and STILL World Wrestling Federation Champion! The Miz!” Finkle announces to louder boos. “He did it! His owner partner turned on him and left him! He lost the first match but Miz still retained his title! Miz is still the WWF Champion!” King jumps for joy. “Yeah but give the big assist to Jim Cornette and that tennis racket of his” JR replies “that’s who was his real partner here tonight.” “Well it wasn’t that idiot Barrett” King scoffs. Miz now stands, grinning, not quiet believing it himself as he gets his hands raised then is handed the title belt, hugging it to himself as the crowd continues to boos. He now drops to his knees, laughing as he collapses into his belt…but then looks up at the crowd roars as Wade Barrett is back picking him up and driving him down with the Black hole Slam!!! The crowd explodes as Barrett stands up from that and looks down at the fallen Miz, he then reaches down and grabs the WWF title, holding it up high above his head to a big cheer as the logo appears and Judgment Day fades to black.
