NWA Championship Rules:
A title can change hands only on pinfall or submission, unless stipulated in the contract. The Cruiserweight Championship may also change hands on knockout.
No title will change hands due to discretionary stoppage of the match by the official.
Any championship match that is won by the challenger by count out or disqualification results in the challenger receiving an automatic championship rematch. Furthermore, if the champion intentionally gets themselves disqualified or counted out, the challenger's automatic rematch will be contested with no count outs or disqualifications.
Any time a title changes hands, the former champion reserves the right to invoke or revoke their rematch clause, at any time of their choosing.
In the unlikely event that one half of the NWA World Tag Team Champions is unable to defend their title, that wrestler may be replaced either temporarily or permanently to defend their title. Title changes will occur as normal.
Any stable of NWA World Tag Team Champions invoking the "Freebird Rule" is allowed to have any combination of wrestlers in their stable defend or lose the NWA World Tag Team Championship.
