The World Wrestling Federation Presents:
RETRIBUTION
2011
Live from Atlanta Georgia, Phillips Arena
Attendance: 21,000
Theme: Born to be wild
The opening package hypes the disturbed nature of Mick Foley and his Cactus Jack persona in stalking pursuit of AJ and the gold, of what happened in the week leading up to this.
We come into the arena, fireworks and pyro exploding off the set as the crowd goes crazy. The light comes up now and we pan the rabid audience. The set is three rings of scaffolding around a small ramp way that leads to the aisle.
“Hello one and all to the biggest event of May where tonight men and women will look for Retribution, especially AJ Styles and Cactus Jack for the WWF Championship!” JR yells in greeting.
We now cut to the announce table.
“Yeah that is going to one of those championship matches JR; it may be the most vicious brutal thing we have ever seen if the moods of the two leading in are to be believed! I may just leave before that one!” King replies, shaking his head.
“That and every other major title in this company on the line! But we are going to start things off with a grudge match plain and simple between two of the WWF’s top tag teams! Let’s hand over to Howard Finkle. Howard.”
Tag Tables Match
“Ladies and Gentleman” Finkle is stood in the centre of the ring “the following contest is a tag team tables match. The only way to win is to slam both members of the opposing team through a table!”
*Play Guns and Outlaws*
As soon as the Outlaws are halfway down the aisle the Guns run out the ring up the aisle and attack, the crowd erupts as the Machine Guns hammer into Gunn and Dogg as the bell rings.
“The bell songs and we are underway fast and strong here, the Guns not wasting any time” JR comments.
Dogg manages to get his knee up now and Gun blocks, the two starting to hammer back. The Guns fire right back. The two teams now start brawling up and down the aisle, Dogg and Sabin heading towards the ring now. Dogg manages to get the upper hand on the trade of blows as they reach ringside and grabs Chris throwing him hard into and over the steal ring steps. He then looks and comes over as Billy Irish whips Shelly down the aisle into a hard closeline from Dogg to the thin aisle carpet, Shelly knocking the back of his head on the floor from the impact.
Gunn now comes over and grabs the rising Sabin, scooping him up and scoop slamming him down to the floor with his foot slamming down hard on the top ring steps.
“After that erupt offensive from the Guns, it’s the Outlaws who have taken charge” JR says.
“Yeah!” Replies King “serves them right.”
Dogg now rolls Shelly into the ring and goes over to one of the tables, folding it and sliding it into the ring. He now comes in and picks the table up over his head and bringing it down onto Shelly but Alex manages to move out the way, the table slamming the mat with Dogg still holding it. Shelly now runs from the ropes behind him leap up and over to bulldog Road Dog’s down onto the table. Dogg falls flat out face first as the crowed cheer. He then stands and sees Gunn brawling with Sabin on the outside now and is about to get involved when Sabin manages to dropkick Billy back into the crowd barrier. Shelly follows that up with a springboard senton from the ring down onto Gunn on the floor. The crowd erupt in cheers and claps for that one.
The Guns are now firmly in control as they come in, grab Dogg and take him over with a double suplex. Shelly now yells for Sabin to get the table, which he does, setting it up and turning back to Dogg. Both the Guns now set Dogg up for the double suplex again, in front of the table this time….lifting up….but behind Billy is back and pulls the table out the way. Dogg landing a millisecond later but only on the mat. Gunn now takes his chance, coming in stomping and hammering both Guns as they try to rise from the move on the mat in confusion. He then takes Shelly head and rams it into the ring post, turning and grabbing Sabin, lifting him in the powerbomb position and heading towards the table now, he gets to it, lifts Sabin up…but from behind comes Shelly dropkicking Gunn and forcing him to stumble and drop Sabin. Shelly turns but is nailed with a closeline from Dogg followed by an elbow drop. Dogg now picks Shelly up and throws him to Gunn who drives him down with the fameasser. Gunn then drops Sabin with the pump handle slam. The New Age Outlaws now rise and taunt the crowd to heavy boos yelling “it’s over!”
“It’s over JR! The Guns won’t be looked over anymore; they are going to beat these two idiots and then go on to tag title match!” King exclaims in support.
Gunn now goes and gets another table from the outside, bringing it in as Dogg sets the other on in position. Gunn now perches the table in the corner and turns, both outlaws kicking away at the downed Guns then Billy picks Shelly up and Irish whips him towards the table…but Shelly manages to run up the table, turn and push off it and down onto in the coming Gunn with a cross body!
Dogg however continues hammering into Sabin, Sabin manages to fire back now to cheers but Dogg now kicks him out of the ring to the floor, going out onto the apron and down with a diving axe handle…but Sabin is able to jump up and dropkick Dogg out the air in the ribs…both men falling to the black mats and the crowd react and cheer, Dogg rolling away holding his ribs.
Back in the ring Shelly has risen and grabs Gunn, grabbing his head and running up the ropes, swinging from Sliced Bread 2…but Gunn counters it and pushes Shelly off towards the tables….but Shelly manages to go over the table and land on his feet. The crowd clap but it’s not over yet, Shelly runs up onto the table and dives off onto Gun’s shoulders and takes him over with a hurricanrana.
On the outside Dogg and Sabin are now brawling back and forth towards the aisle until Dogg nails Sabin with a hard shot and rolls him into the ring, coming in…but there is Shelly hammering into him, firing him back into the corner. Sabin now comes back in running in, Shelly moves and Sabin hits the shinning wizard in the corner, leaving Dogg to fall face first to the mat.
Shelly now positions the table and goes back over to Gunn, but Billy hammers back, kicks him in the gut and goes to hoist him up for the powerbomb again, Shelly however is able to spin round onto his shoulders for the reversal, but Gunn reverses that…driving Shelly down with a forward sit out electric chair drop. The crowd let out a massive “OH!” In reaction as Shelly holding his face as he rolls away. Gunn now stands but Sabin is right there hammering into him, he then grabs a hold of the hair and throws Billy onto the table. The crowd begin to buzz as he sizes him up and then goes over to the corner, rising up on the top rope and flying off with a 450 splash….but at the last second Gunn moves leaving Sabin to crash down through the table! The crowd let out a huge reaction that turns into boos as Gunn just escaped his fate and Sabin is out cold in the remains of the table.
“The clarify folks, Chris Sabin is now eliminated. He must be put through the table by an offensive move….but he may have just eliminated himself from being able to stop that at this point” JR tells us.
Gunn now comes over to pick up the remains of Sabin as Dogg joins him, when from the side comes Shelly dropkicking Dogg away coming in, hammering into Gunn. Billy turns and tries to fire back but Shelly grabs him, hoists him up and drives him down through the other table with the shellshock! The crowd goes nuts, cheering as Gunn lies out of it and the announcement comes.
“Billy Gunn has been eliminated!”
Shelly now goes to work on Road Dogg hammering him into the ropes, running for the opposite ropes and coming in…but at the last second Road Dogg drops down sending Shelly up and over with a back body drop down through one of the tables set up on the floor! The crowd boos heavily as Road Dogg gets a huge grin, dropping to his knees.
“Alex Shelly has been eliminated!”
Road Dogg now gets up and looks over to Sabin, who is just started to move, a huge grin on his face as the boos and jeers get louder from the live crowd.
“Well King. It’s basically academic now. Sabin took himself out by going through that table and Dogg…he’s not been through any” JR comments “the Outlaws are taking this.”
“Yes! Next stop tag team titles! Oh you didn’t know Chris Sabin!” Lawler cries with glee.
Dogg now comes over and peels Sabin up off the mat from the remains of the first table and casually pushing him through the ropes to the outside, letting him just flop lifelessly to the floor. Dogg is now chuckling at this, his smile getting wider as he comes out and now grabs himself a microphone.
“Well, well, well!” Loud boos “seems to me this little punk is out cold…after doing a stupid high risk move, after beating himself. Now it’s just play time and I can finish little Sabin off whenever I want. But I don’t want to keep y’all so watch this Dad; I’ll be in the shower in ten minutes!” Dogg throws down the mic to more boos.
He now comes over, prepping the set up table in front of the announce tables, dusting it off and going over to the lifeless Sabin, grabbing him with a broad and cocky smile as he picks him up….then Sabin fires back! The crowd goes nuts, Dogg is in a state of shock and Sabin hammers into him over and over again, his body wanting him to give up but not letting himself, pushing himself on. He then mule dropkicks Dogg, stumbling him back to lie on the table. He then holds himself but pushes himself on, ignoring the pain as he slides into the ring. He then grabs the top rope and uses it to slingshot over and down onto Dogg, down through the table for the win.
The crowd goes nuts with cheers as the bell rings and Guns music hits.
“Here are your winners; The Motor City Machine Guns!”
The crowd cheers get louder as Sabin and Shelly pull themselves up and holding themselves, enter the ring and embrace before getting their hands raised to massive cheers from their adoring public. With that they hold each other up as they head to back, a huge win under their belts and having proven themselves once again.
Samoa Joe VS the Pope
*Play Joe & Pope*
The Pope stands in the ring, his cocky swagger during his entrance gone as he stares into the eyes of the predator known as Samoa Joe. Joe rises up on the ring steps and looks over as Pope who gulps and stands frozen in fear. Joe enters the ring now, removing his towel and placing it in the corner, turning to his prey as the bell rings.
Pope slowly, timidly comes out of the corner. Joe just stands there. Pope moves in….Joe just stands there. He then lifts his hand and gestures for Dinero to hit him. Pope swallows again and looks around and then back at Joe in confusion. Joe insists, now taking his eyes off his opponent. Pope finally shrugs and then starts moving his feet, shuffling around the ring like Muhammad Ali. He shuffles back and forth around Joe, Joe following him with his eyes. Pope gabs with his right, a shuffles around, no reaction. He jabs with his lefts and shuffles around again. No reaction. He now yells out “praise the lord!” And jabs again with his right, when Joe brings up his foot and takes Popes head off with a roundhouse. The crowd roar in approval as Pope spins around and falls to the mat in a heap.
Joe now comes to life, moving in on the rising pope and grabbing him by his hair, backing him into the corner and now hammering away with rights and lefts, then backing off and slamming in roundhouse after roundhouse to the chest. When finally he stops Pope comes out the corner, holding his chest in agony. Joe runs in and batters Pope back in and now down in the corner, backing off, running in and driving his foot over his face for the face wash!
Joe now reaches down and picks D’angelo up, put Pope knows he is fighting for his lift now and hammer back with everything he’s got. That backs Joe off a bit, he then heads to the second rope and flies off…but Joe catches him out the air and takes him over with the capture t-bone suplex! He now hits the ropes and as Pope sits up takes his head off with a dropkick. Joe sneered as he scoops Pope now. Pope now fires back again, trying to get an offensive going. He swings with a closeline but Joe ducks it, goes behind and locks in the coquina clutch! The crowd stand in unison and cheer as Joe drops to the mat and scissors the legs and the hold it now totally locked. Pope struggles for a moment but then lifts his arm and taps out.
Joe refuses to let go as the bell rings and his music plays, finally letting Pope out of it when he is out cold. Joe has a frowned, demented smile on his face as he gets his hand raised. He then goes over and grabs his towel, putting around his neck and leaving yet another victim.
“Folks this man has not suffered a loss in a WWF ring all year. Samoa Joe is on a rampage that may only end with the WWF Championship” JR says as Joe walks to the back and we go to a video promo.
Women’s Championship
*Play Women*
Hamada gets a good respectful reaction from her side of the crowd. Trish gets a big ovation that is worthy of the Champion. The referee takes the belt, holds it up and then calls for the bell.
Both women stand in their corners, stretching for a moment, and then come out and Trish extends her hand. Hamada takes it and nods politely, the two shaking hands as the crowd clap in respect. They both them back off and then come in locking up.

Trish holds her arm as she sits up but Hamada comes in again now and stomps away at her.
“Man! Hamada wants this bad!” King exclaims.

She then picks Trish up by the hair again and…bam! Trish fires back with right forearms, hammering her back as the crowd comes alive, cheering her own as she beats Hamada back into the ropes, then grabbing her and taking her over with hip toss. Trish now holds herself as she walks over and climbs the top rope, gesturing for Hamada to stand which she does, turns and gets nailed with a missile dropkick for 1…2…NO!

Hamada clapping and leaving as Trish turns and holds her title belt up high to a big cheer from the crowd. Hamada walks up the ramp, hands on hips exhausted, turning back to clap for Trish.
“Hamada gave her a hell of a fight. But in the end there is still your champion folks” says JR as we cut.
KENTA VS Dolph Ziggler
Dolph comes out with Sherri to boos, KENTA to a good pop. Sherri gives Dolph last minute advice, warming her up some and then stepping down to the floor, KENTA staring across the ring at his heated rival as the referee calls for the bell.
The two stare daggers at each other as they circle the ring, ready to the go at it. They both then run forward, punch from Dolph, kick from KENTA, punch from Dolph, straight from KENTA. Back and forth it goes at a rapid pace. KENTA able to nail a spinning back kick to take the advantage and send Ziggler stumbling back. He however comes right back in, under hooking the arms and pulling KENTA in but KENTA and turns that into a hammerlock, Dolph dropping down to the mat and turning, hooking leg with his own but KENTA turns him over and goes for a dragon lock but Dolph swings around and goes behind as he stands, KENTA reverses that into a rear waist lock of his own, going from a German but Dolph manages to nail a back elbow and get out of it. He then hits the ropes and comes in but KENTA leap up, grabs his head and takes him to the mat with a rear face lock. Dolph manages to power to his feet, grab the waist and turn it into a fisherman suplex for 2.
Both men stand and turn in for each other again now, KENTA nailing a hard kick to the chest then hitting the ropes and hitting a spinning heel kick, then a spinning leg drop for 2.He then picks Dolph up the whips him into the corner, but there Dolph stops himself turns and as KENTA runs in takes him down with a running closeline and then covers for another 2. KENTA struggles in the hold for a few moments before being able to roll back, bring his legs up, grab Ziggler’s head and take him over into a roll up for 1…2…NO!
KENTA stands and then nails Dolph with another straight kick to the head sending her down again and then runs for the ropes, jumps up and springboards off with a moonsault…but Dolph catches him out the air on his shoulders and nails a fireman’s carry gut buster for 1…2..NO! KENTA gets the shoulder up.
Dolph now lifts KENTA’s head up and again lock in a rear chin lock. KENTA struggles for the first few minutes but then starts to fade, wilting as Dolph twists and applies the pressure. KENTA struggles for a minute longer before the crowd start to now clap and stomp, willing him on. KENTA is able to power onto his feet now and shoot Dolph into the ropes, finally releasing it, dropping down as Ziggler comes in and letting him pass over, standing as he hits the other ropes, leapfrogging over him, letting him hit the ropes again and then catches him coming in now but Ziggler boots him in the gut now and whips him into the ropes, swinging for a closeline but KENTA ducks that and hits the opposite ropes again now coming in and hitting a X factor as Dolph ducks down for 1…2…NO!

Ziggler picks him up and again whips him back first into the ropes but KENTA catches himself this time and is able to bring his feet up onto the mouth of Dolph as he runs in. He then turns Ziggler, hoists him up and powerbombs him down hard into the corner. KENTA now comes in, grabbing Dolph’s legs, turning him over and applying the cloverleaf! Gets nailed with the brass knucks, which he quickly stands and places in his tights, pretending to adjust them. Then turning as Sherri yells for him to do so covers for 1…2…3!
The boos are reigning down as Ziggler’s music hits and he is announce the winner. Sherri comes in and joins him, both of them jumping for joy as he gets his hand raised.
“What a bunch of BS! That damn ref never saw the brass knucks and Dolph stole this one with more than a little help from his new manager Sherri Martel” JR yells.
“Didn’t I tell you Sherri is the best manager around JR?” King exclaims in reply.
Sherri and Dolph now head to the back in victory, looking very pleased with themselves as in the ring KENTA has only just started too as we to the back.
Backstage #1
“Ladies and Gentleman” Christy Hemme greets us in the interview area “the WWF Tag Team Champions the Nexus!”
The crowd boos heavily as the camera pulls back to reveal a cocky as ever Miz and Barrett with Chelsea behind them. Miz in his new yellow trunks, Chelsea in a no sleeved women’s Nexus shirt.
“Miz, Wade Barrett. In moments you face the biggest threat to your tag team title reign so far. Three teams in one match, four corner tag rules. How do you hope to beat the odds and walk out of tonight with your titles?”
“How Christy?” Barret sniffs and adjusts his title belt on his shoulder, pulling the mic closure to his mouth “by being what we are; the greatest Tag Team of the modern era. Two months ago on the grandest stage of them all, the biggest night of the year for this business we formed. A month later we beat two little boys and became the Tag Team Champions. Tonight we have a whole lot of bodies out there…but put simply. They barely have one brain cell between all of them!” He laughs and nods his head as Miz pulls the microphone to himself with a grin of his own.
“Shane Mcmahon has been trying to get these Tag Team Titles off us for a month now. And what came of it? Nothing! And that is exactly what is going to happen tonight. Hey Shane! You like suspending people? Well suspend us because that’s the only way we will ever lose these championships. We are the face of your brand so you better get used to it. Because I’m the Miz, he’s Wade Barret, she’s Chelsea. We’re the Nexus…”
“And we’re bloody awesome!” Barret finishes.
With that they swagger off screen. Christy turning back to us.
“Well everyone. That match is next. Back to you JR and King.”
Tag Team Championships: Four Corner Tag Team Match
*Play LAX, No Limit, RVD & Sabu and Nexus*
Miz stands at the top of one corner, arms doubles over the belt as he holds it up for all to see. Barrett holding up his with a grin on the ring apron as Chelsea stands between them clapping. In and around the ring their opponents and managers look on, their eyes of the prize. Miz and Barret now enter the ring and walk up to each team, pushing their belts in their faces and then holding them up one more time before handing them to the referee. He holds them up, calling for six of the eight men in the ring to go to the corners. We are starting with Miz and Naito as the others all get on the corners and grab the tag ropes, the referee calling for the bell.
Miz swaggers out of his corner, shaking his head, pointing and trash talking Naito.
“Well he certainly doesn’t lack confidence” JR sighs.
Miz now walks up and slaps Naito hard across the face. Everyone reacting, Miz laughing as Naito slowly looks back. He then goes nuts punching and kicking at lightning speed into Miz and beating the hell out of him across the ring. The crowd getting louder with each and then erupting louder as Miz groggily falls back into the ropes, not knowing where he is.
Naito comes in and chops him before taking him over with a snapmare, then hitting the ropes and nailing and dropkick to Miz in the seated position and going for a quick cover for 1. He picks Miz up and takes him down with an arm drag and locking in an arm lock in the mat; he rolls that over and turns it into a cross arm breaker, locking it in tight. Miz cries out in the hold but then manages to power onto his feet and lift Naito up off the mat with all his strength but then Naito drops back turning it into a roll up for a quick 2 count. Miz is out of it, looking like he has no idea what is going on as Naito backs off. He then comes and lifts Miz up by the head, kicking him in the gut and then dragging him over and tagging in Yurjio. He then holds Miz there as Yurjio jumps up onto the top rope and springboards down with a leg drop to the back of Miz’s neck and driving his head into the mat. Naito goes into his corner as Yurjio covers and finds 2.
“Miz needs to get something going here” JR comments.
“Oh he will, this is all part of his game plan” King replies, trying to convince himself of that.
Yurjio now picks Miz up but finally he comes to life, kicking him in the gut and driving him down with the DDT. Miz now starts to crawl, and then scampers across the ring and tags in Barrett.
Barret now comes in and as Yurjio stands he runs in and decapitates him with a big boot. He then goes for a cover and also finds 2. Barret now picks Yurjio up and Irish whips him into the ropes, lifting his foot up for another big boot but Yujiro ducks it, hits the ropes behind him, comes in and takes Barrett down with jumping side kick. Yurjio now runs over to tag in Naito but is intercepted by Homicide who begins beating him down to loud boos, Konnan and Sarita on the outside yelling him on from ringside.
“Over here!” Konnan calls.
Homicide nods, ignoring the referee as he tries to get him out the ring and drags Yujiro to LAX’s corner now and forcing him to tag Hernandez. Hernandez comes in with a head full of steam, running into the rising Barret and taking him down with a shoulder tackle, then hitting the ropes and hitting second shoulder tackle that sends Barret to the mat. He then lifts Barret up and scoop slams him down, following that with an elbow drop but Barret moves out of the way just in time, leaving Hernandez to drive his elbow into the mat. Barrett now stands and pulls Hernandez in, hitting a European uppercut followed by a side to side belly to belly. He goes now for the cover but finds 1 as Homicide comes in and breaks it up quickly. Barrett scowls over at Homicide as he holds his hands up to the ref and goes back to his corner, Konnan nodding and directing him the whole time.
“LAX want their first Tag Team titles bad tonight. And Konnan, the new brains of their group, is making sure they walk away with gold” JR says.
Barrett now grabs Hernandez up and backs him into the corner but as he backs towards the ropes Sabu blind tags himself in. He then leaps up onto the top rope and flies down with a springboard leg drop to Barrett, sending him down to the mat with his leg. He then stomps at him and jumps up onto the top rope, spring boarding off with a moonsault but Hernandez is there and catches him upside down, driving him into the mat with the power slam. He then goes over and tags in Homicide, Barret now being rolled out of the ring.
Homicide comes in and stomps the hell out of Sabu on the mat, dropping to his knees and then beating the hell out of him with his fist. He yells abuse as he then takes off his bandana and chokes Sabu with it, the referee yelling at him but can do nothing in this type of match. Homicide just yells “shut up white boy!” At him and keeps choking Sabu before throwing the bandana away finally. Sabu coughs and splutters as he rolls away, but now Homicide stands and boots him in the back of the head before lifting him off the mat. Sabu now comes to life beating Homicide back with hard punches following by a spinning heel kick. He then charges over and tags in RVD to a loud pop.
RVD comes in and looks around at the cheering crowd, nodding and then pointing his thumbs at himself as the crowd chant along “Rob Van Dam!” He then runs over and drives Homicide back into the corner with a tackle, then driving his shoulder into him in the corner one more time before back flipping, running in and doing it a final time in signature RVD fashion. He grins out at the cheering crowd as Homicide holds his ribs and falls down in the corner. He nods at them and then comes in; picking Homicide up by the head but Homicide grabs his singlet and throws him back hard into the ring post shoulder first. Homicide now stands and out of breath backs into the ropes where Miz now blind tags himself back in.
Miz sizes up RVD and then runs in nailing a running swinging neckbreaker and covering for 2. He picks RVD and throws him to his corner, lifting his thumbs and mockingly points them at himself, smiling as he yells “R V D!” Then running in to bam! RVD blats him in the face with a kick, and another but Miz catches it, but RVD floats over into his spinning wheel kick counter taking Miz down. RVD then crawls over and tags Naito in. Miz now crawls over and tags Barrett back in.
Naito comes in hammering into Barrett and then hitting the top rope, flying off down onto Barret with a cross body block but Barrett catches him out the air, swings him around and turns it into a black hole for 1…2….NO! Homicide breaks it up.
Now in runs Miz, grabbing him from behind and hammering into him. In comes Hernandez now to stop that. Both of LAX then start double teaming both members of Nexus down, then turn to Naito and start stomping the hell out of him on the mat when now in comes Yurjio…then RVD and Sabu and now it broken down into a right man mêlée as the crowd goes wild.
“The referee has lost control of this one now!” JR yells.
Men start tumbling out the ring now as they continue to battle. In the ring Naito hits the ropes and runs in for Barrett, leapfrogging over him but as he falls down the back of Barrett from it get closelines out the air from Miz! Homicide then takes out Miz out to the outside. Barrett turns when incomes Yurjio now who jumps up for a hurricanrana but Barrett brings his arm up and drives him into the mat with a powerbomb, not letting go but lifting him up and driving him down again for a second, and again doesn’t let go, instead he lifts Yurjio up again, spins around and hits a spinning sit down powerbomb as his third. Barret finally lets him go and covers for 1…2…NO! Sabu breaks it up and then hits the ropes running in and getting taken down with a black hole slam for 1…2…NO! RVD breaks that up now and lifts Barrett up, hitting a spinning heel kick and then dragging him over to the corner and hitting the split legged moonsault for 1…2….NO! Homicide breaks that up now lifting RVD up and over and hitting the Cop Killa for 1…2….NO! Miz is back now and nails the SCF for 1…2…NO! Hernandez is back and breaks that up, lifting Miz up and throwing him hard into the corner, charging in but Miz moves out the way, letting him hit the corner, turning him over, backing up and running in for his corner closeline when bam! Hernandez comes out the corner with a flying shoulder tackle taking him down and covering for 1….2….NO! Miz just kicks out.
Hernandez stands, grabbing Miz and tossing him out of the ring before going up to the rising Naito now and hammering into him until Naito blocks it, hammering Hernandez back as Yujiro stands. Both nodding to each other, hitting opposite ropes and nailing the high low double team. Yurjio covering for 1…2….NO! Sabu flies off the tope rope and hits the atomic Arabian face buster, which knocks Yurjio out cold.
Sabu then stands picking up the chair and throwing it to the incoming Naito who catches it but wham! From the other side comes RVD with the Vandaminator for 1….2….NO! Barrett is back and picks RVD up, blasting away on him and then nailing Sabu with a big boot as he runs in, pulling in and hoisting him up for the wasteland but from behind comes Hernandez stopping that, Barrett drops RVD and gets spun around and taken down with a closeline. Hernandez now goes over and grabs the rising Miz, hoisting him up and dropping him with the border toss for 1…..2…..NO!!! Sabu breaks that up!
Sabu now lifts Hernandez off Miz and hammers into him, hitting the ropes and driving him down with a spinning heel kick. Hernandez hits the mat just as RVD pulls himself up onto the top rope and flies off with a Five Star Frog Splash for 1…2….NO!!! Homicide is back and breaks that up, beating Sabu down and then grabbing RVD, RVD however ducks and closeline and nails him with a buzz saw kick. Homicide hits the mat as RVD grabs the chair again now and throws it to Sabu. Sabu nods as RVD drags Homicide over to the ropes and places him in the corner. Fonzy blows his whistle and calls for it “Terminator, Terminator daddy!” as he goes to the top rope, Sabu holding the chair in front of Homicide head. RVD then takes off and hits the Van Terminator, driving the chair hard into Homicides head and knocking him out cold. RVD pulls him out and covers for 1…2…..NO! Wade Barrett is back and stomps him in the back of the head, big booting Sabu down as he comes it and then grabbing RVD and hitting the Waste land for 1….2….NO!!! RVD just kicks out; Barrett yells out and slams the mat with both hands in frustration. He then stands and turns just as Hernandez is right there and takes him out with a flying shoulder tackle. But as they fall to the mat behind then Sabu comes in, when from behind Miz grabs him and rolls him up with a school boy, pulling the tights for 1…2…3!!!
Miz falls back as the music plays and the crowd boos heavily, they are not happy.
“Here are your winners and STILL World Wrestling Federation Tag Team Champions the Nexus!”
Chelsea now runs in and grabs Miz, pulling him out of the ring and handing him the title. They then both go over and pull Barrett out the ring, handing him his belt. We then get a shot of Konnan, Sarita and then Bill Alfonzo and they slam the apron, kick the wall and generally curse at the result.
“Well they barely did it but they did it. Miz and Barrett are still ruling the Tag Team World!” JR calls.
“What champions! They beat the odds! Take that Shane! They beat your stupid four corners match! Hahaha!” King exclaims with joy.
Barrett and Miz now are sweating profusely, are exhausted and hurt but hold up their title belts with a smile as Chelsea claps between them, still the champions.
RETRIBUTION
