there's alot of speculation as to who it is, there's reports saying sting has signed wit wwe, advertisements saying taker is returning on 2 21 11, even some people saying it's when tyler black will debut but nothing is confirmed. if it's not sting, alot of people will be pissed including me

Everything is speculation up until 2/21/11. I've heard one of four people that make sense to me.
1.) The Undertaker returns. Yeah, but why wouldn't they do a "return" video instead of a debut-type video?
2.) Sting. This would be fucking incredible, in all honesty.
3.) Abyss. I don't see this happening at all, since he's TV Champ on TNA, but still... it's possible. Would I mark out for it? Not really.
4.) Awesome Kong. They won't hype a Diva. Sorry.
My personal addition to this COULD be:
5.) Mistico. IF They bring him up to the main roster, he can't use the Mistico gimmick since it's owned by CMLL, and Mistico has to fulfill those previous obligations to CMLL. However, if this IS Mistico, perhaps it's a new gimmick for him, but I honestly don't see Mistico being brought up to the main roster that quickly, three weeks after his signing with WWE, IF that's even 100% confirmed.
I'm hoping for Sting, but expecting The Undertaker. If it's either one of those two, I'll be happy, but let me remind you of some things:
1.) The Undertaker's not a Raw superstar. He's on Smackdown. Also, the guys that took him out are on Smackdown, not Raw. 'Taker hasn't been a Raw superstar since 2002.
2.) 2-21-2011 is the Raw right after the Elimination Chamber, which is being held in Oakland. The Raw after that is also being held somewhere in California, which is NOT far from Sting's home town in Venice Beach. I see a lot of things in this promo package that build up to it being Sting, although I just seriously doubt that it IS Sting and will not get my hopes up, since Sting admittedly doesn't like WWE, because of how they mishandled a lot of WCW talent. (Which is all true, by the way.)
So, who is it? The Undertaker? Sting? Someone else? Who knows... we have 20 days to wait...

You also have to remember, Booker T and Nash kind of are 'buddy buddy' with Sting and just happened to arrive in WWE so AND signed Legends contracts meaning their ring time will be abismol if at all.
Taking that into account they would never (if ever) push a woman wrestler with this like this, in fact the last video package they did was Maryse as a debut but we already knew what she looked like.
Tyler Black is possible as well but I would have assumed he would have shown up on Smackdown perhaps to boost The Corre rather though they did just sign him not long ago.
The Undertaker -- Well he REALLY has nothing to do with RAW and the rumors floating around with him being the American Badass again....erg. We already have 'rehashed' Deadman and Badass/Big Evil Taker no need to have a mix of a mix of a mix. The obvious answer is that it's going to be The Undertaker though I think the Trench Coat is supposed to throw us off.
Sting - Now, if the planets aligned correctly and there is some justice then it's him, however you also have to take into account that HBK is going into the HOF, they wouldn't DARE put Sting and HBK in the HOF at the same time, that's just cruel, and should they actually have acquired Sting, you can guess what the match set will be at Mania (if not this year next year, 20-0 against Sting, sounds better than 19-0 doesn't it?). Of course this is WWE and they ALWAYS find a way to fuck special things like this up. The last one was Jericho and instead of surprising us they tell us before the official debut (I watched that RAW, I hated it).
So we should see, lets not get our hopes up and PRAY fucking WWE and Fans don't ruin this surprise for us.

Watch WWE pull a curve ball, they debut TWO people on Raw, one being Kong or something at the start of the show, throw us all off and then BANG Sting at the end

- To update, there has been no conversation between Steve "Sting" Borden and World Wrestling Entertainment as of last week, but there has however been interest from both sides.
