Ok so this is kinda a guest booker esc thing which I have been starting on ramblings so I am diffinetly interested. With that said strap in.

If I was given 100 total control of TNA in a Bishoff/Mcmahon/Heyman role right now I would:

I would then start on day one by giving Kurt Angle, Ric Flair, Jeff Hardy RVD and Foley time off. Then bring them in on a special occasions or in the right way to give them their larger than life personalities again.

I would then have AJ Styles turn babyface and have a run with the championship belt, each month facing Main Event talent such as Desmond Wolfe, Daniels, Mr. Anderson, Abyss etc. Then at the same time have Samoa Joe hit the gym a bit a return as the Joe of old tearing through the ranks as a monster again building to a title match between the two at BFG NEXT YEAR. This year Angle or Hardy can face AJ make it big enough, mabye even have RVD drop the belt to one of them so AJ can win it at the big one.

I would then merge the X Division Championship with the TV title and have the champion be Doug Williams facing as a heel all the mid/lower card faces.

For the tag division I would start with pushing the Young Bucks and bringing in London and Kendrick, mabye even have them feud. Also have LAX be very prominant but the Tag Division should revolve around Beer Money and MCMG ending in a BIG match of some kind. Mabye even a Tag Team Iron Man match.

I would bring in Kong and have her detsroy anyone in the Knockouts Division until finally Mickie James shows up and you have a big program similair to the one I did with Trish and Kendra.

But the most important thing:

GET OUT OF THE IMPACT ZONE. Get away from those easy to please fans/ theme park crowd and to real wrestling fans who will give you real feedback.

Make the people care about your product as a revolution fighting "the man" that is WWE. Get passionate fans who can rally with you and give the true "ECW" feel that will make people want to come and be part of that.

Buisness wise you need to up your marketing, up the press, up everything so that wrestling fans will know where real good wrestling is and let the casual fans/kids know that people like Jeff Hardy and RVD are in your company. Then get them to buy your PPVs and to come and see you and let word of mouth let it grow.

You can't be WCW so stop trying and stop trying to be or compete with WWE. You need to just worry about making your own product great and everything else will follow.

Rebuld the Women's division and the tag division. Key thing here is I would try and do what the other companies weren't doing. Of course I'm going to have a World/Secondary/Women's and Tag Team division, but I would install the Cruiserweight market or FURTHER showcase the X-Division with rules attached, bring some 'sport' like feel back to it.

Promo's would be a thing of the past, rather, you would have 'interviews' and also further analysis of other wrestlers, almost have Kurt Angle talk about his opponent and his 'strategy' to survive, etc etc. Treat it as if it's real but leave the cheese out for any comedy segments which will be sporatic.

Also I would keep as FAR away from having 'old talent' be pushed far above the younger talent with only a few exceptions to the rule, being, in this state of TNA probably Angle, Sting and Jarrett since they would be considered your HBK, Taker and HHH of that company, I wouldn't say they wouldn't ever lose but book correct sense, the older talent is to pull in older viewers and help the younger crew grow, not always win titles or destroy younger talent (As in both cases of each company.)

Another key thing is to have exclusives, certain matches you would only see once in a while but not build a PPV around it (hell in a cell, lethal lockdown for example, takes away from the effect of it). I would also make sure the secondary title holder, being either the X-Division or Cruiserweight Champion would be the most high impact, main event worthy style matches that close the home shows giving them just as much credit as the World Champion which would be wrestling based (granted whom you have to work with as well.) Having the world champion on every single time, doesn't make it special to see him. Each title needs to feel special or at least have worth, granted the World Title will be booked as the ultimate prize.

Let the young stars run the show and the veterans the locker room, that's how I woudl book it. As far as whom I would fire and or hire, I think we all know where I stand where certain people would go in TNA.

i like both your guys concept, had to think a little bit of the title holders and storylinges so here it is

i know most people will have aj styles as champ, but id love joe to have it, id hve joe go into fueds wit styles and abyss over the belt, while that is happening, desmond wolfe wuld be goin through people like hardy and daniels, tis would lead to wolfe v joe for the title, would love to c this main event a ppv.

the tag team division would obviously revolve around beer money and mcmg, but i love all the possibilities of all the matches, bm vs l and k, mcmg vs lax, young bucks vs bm, all be great, but the team id build to face mcmg for the titles are the young buck, like i said in my previous post, id have raven be their mentor, kinda like serotonin, he would be the bucks leader, id love to c it(leave your thoughts on that)

ko division would be revolved around awesome kong, angelina love, hamada and mickie james. kong would wreck through all the ko's up until she gets to mickie and hamada who would push her to the limit. the ko tag titles would c love and sky vs sarita and wilde and maybe a team of daffney and hamada idk

x division would have doug williams continue his reign and have him go into fued wit lethal, who id have win the title, which would lead to a lethal vs benjamin fued

tv title would c dinero have a nice reign by into fueds wit kaz, daniels, anderson, and morgan, the tv title would have to be defended every week and on every ppv, give pope a nice rvd in ecw like reign, maybe not as long, but to build him and the title.

well just my thoughts on how id book the fueds, leave thoughts and opinions.
