If this isn't a storyline, then WWE has dropped the fucking ball big time on this. They really need to listen to the fuckin' fans and give this guy a chance. He's a fantastic wrestler, and he's got "Chris Benoit/Jeff Hardy" syndrome. He can stay off the mic and still be an amazing excellent.
If this is a storyline, then this is excellent.

God I hope they don't bring him in against Cole.
In truth, this is a storyline because to my knowledge NO ONE has ever talked about backstage politics and broken the 'third wall of kayfabe' like Danielson did on NXT this Tuesday. WWE is allowing him a lot of space to speak his mind it appears which I have no problem with.
It's a different concept all together since they're allowing him to bash the WWE product when he's under contract (yes still) with WWE. If by chance it was not kayfabe and he said what he said as a 'shoot' WWE would have instantly cut him off and edited it out completely and by now, the Dirt Sheets would have picked it up.

DM: Someone remembers a certin Austin who in 2001 kicked Coles ass , but he didn cut a worked promo.. maybe we soon be seeing PG 14 ? , i know ive herad Danielson cuzzing...

Well I think everyone has kicked Cole's ass at one point, though it's a worked promo for sure. Austin just went against the grain and didn't need to mention 'backstage stuff' really

There's a difference between fighting Cole in a match and kicking his ass.
I hope, like DM, that they don't do Bryan Danielson vs. Michael Cole in a match. I COULD, however, never get tired of seeing Michael Cole get his ass kicked all over the country.

I just saw the segment from NXT today and it was AMAZING! It was like watching an episode of our show. I am loving this storyline.
