Monday in the main event of impact RVD won the TNA World Heavyweight Championship!
Ok first of all as an RVD fan I am happy about this, its good to see him the face of a company
However...
Wasn't Pope the new big deal that everyone was raving about and getting the biggest pops?
Wasn't buring his push under the Hogan VS Flair shit bad enough?
Now he had a big title match which wasnt even the main event and losses and then the next night a NAME talent wins the belt randomly with no hype or reason.
Wow its offical welcome to WCW part 2 folks where out of nowhere stunts for ratings is what drives the show.

this gives tna some recognition, it makes a known name champ, as opposed to pope, who i love but isnt really a known name. tna is going for ratings and thats what rvd as champ will give them, people will be interested in this and if they keep up the good work they;ve done and make every impact as good as it was this past monday, tna will slowly get more and more veiwers. plus who better to win the belt the day before 4 20

Ugh.... this is fucking pathetic.
The Pope gets pushed, pushed, pushed, pushed, and loses. Now... the CORRECT thing to do would've been to have a Pope/Styles rivalry, OR give some other TNA talent a chance for the shot, since "Pope had his chance, and he failed". But they said...
"OH! EX-WWE TALENT! GIVE HIM THE BELT!!!"
