Various internet sources are reporting that officials backstage in TNA are concerned about Jeff Hardy’s physical and mental well-being. Here is the rumor as it has been posted around the internet:
There is growing concern amongst TNA officials that Jeff Hardy might once again be dealing with past issues that plagued him during his last run with the company, and also lead to his release from WWE prior to debuting with TNA. It’s being reported that Kevin Nash suffered a concussion during the cage match he had against Hardy when Jeff hit the Swanton Bomb on Nash’s head.
Many backstage TNA officials believe that Hardy’s work since returning to TNA has been sub par, with examples being that his promos are mostly babble and appear incoherent, his ring work is unusually sloppy and his behavior is erratic.
Since there has been no confirmation of this information, I caution you all to take this rumor with a grain of salt. Remember, today’s internet wrestling community is rife with folks who use innuendo and assumption as fact. This rumor would seem logical given that Hardy has had drug and personal problems in the past. However, with no confirmation of the information italicized above, remember that this is just a rumor at this point.

You know TNA really needs to look at themselves and wonder "Well he was kind of....caught with drugs when we signed him" you wonder if that has anything to do with it.
Here's the best option, release Jeff Hardy and force him to get help. I mean in TNA where there is 'drug testing' to a minimal, of COURSE he's gonna fall off the wagon
